What weapon you are most comfortable with (and your stats for swords, axes, archery, wrestling and smithing): My weapon of choice is a sword. My weapon stats are Swords: 83 Axes: 1 archery: 12 wrestling 17

How long have you lived in Salvus: I've lived in Salvus almost since the time we first arrived in Asulon.

Why do you wish to join the Peacekeepers: I crave action and adventure. Farm life has grown boring and is not earning enough pay.

What military experience (if any) do you have: I fought many battles in Aegis. I was also part of the Golden Harvest Guard.

Have you read and understood the military order and laws post? (Name one of the laws of high accord and the fines that can be imposed from it.): Yes, one law of the High Accord is harboring criminals in Salvus such as someone who is banished or a rebel and can result in a fine of 2000-5000 minas, a jail time of 3-7 MC days, execution, and/or banishment from Salvus, and losing all of your possessions located within Salvus.

  3. Yeah, 1000 minas is way too much. Should be more around 100 minas. Some people, including myself, simply like to sell items that are not very profitable so we have a wide variety in our shop. I own a farming shop, so I sell hoes and help farmers. However, me and many other people are not going to pay 1000 minas to sell an item not worth the price. So if it is this expensive, there are many items shops aren't going to auto sell.

  4. Wow im sorry but you guys are celebrating over death? REALLY? im sorry but i know what he has done was bad but that doesnt mean you should celebrate that he has died. That just makes you even lower of a man or woman he was.

I understand what your saying here. It does seem wrong to celebrate the death of any living being. However, I feel it is more of a celebration for hopes of a better future for the Libyan people, not for death itself.

  5. I am really interested in buying the dead mans rest inn. It seems kind of a waste because the owner never seems to be on, its right near the oren entrance, and the shop is never stocked. I take really good care of my shop, but ever since I joined this server I have always wanted to own an inn, especially in Alkhazar, but none are ever for sale. I am willing to pay every last mina I have. (about 20,000) If that isn't enough I will pay you the 20,000 now, and work off the rest, or pay you back 5000 more than what you want for it later.

  6. Then you can try to improve it. If you want to help, try becoming a guard. With the knowledge you claim to have, you will be able to rise through the ranks. Once you are high enough rank, you will be a leader. As a leader you will be able to help the Oren Guard in the right direction.

  7. OOC: So when important political figures are considered dead in roleplay, what happens to them? I'm sorry but I'm very uninformed by this. What happened to the old king of Oren? The undead leaders? How do they keep playing? I know this may seem stupid because they most likely play as different characters, but I would like to know who they play as.

Edit: Well I just looked into it and just realized MrZombez was Prophet Rott (duh) and now he is a halfling. Kind of hard to imagine once an evil undead prophet now a peaceful farm-loving halfling :D

  8. I believe that the man got the justice he deserved. However, I also believe you shouldn't of had any business with it. Your services to Aegis are very much appreciated, but it is the guards jobs to deal with prisoners and it should always be that way. You are a citizen, yes? Correct me if I'm wrong. It is very kind of you that you wish to aid the great city of Al Khazar. Here is my word: if you wish to help, try volunteering in more constructive things. The city is constantly expanding and I'm sure you can serve the human nation in other ways like helping with construction or gathering supplies.

ooc: This is all rp of course :D

  9. Sounds like a great idea! Only, I feel that the people of Aegis should be more aware of whats going on, and what went on. But then again, knowing about the Sages IS an important part of history. Hmmm.... *scratches head thoughtfully* I know! Maybe we can mix the two!

Feel free to send your ideas in! *Places mailbox outside of his house*

  10. *The bartender of the Haven inn walks sluggishly to work. Half awake, he almost doesn't notice the note nailed next to the door of the Haven Inn. He tears it off and, exhausted and without care, glances through it as he opens up.*

    To whoever it may concern,

I have recently out of curiosity traveled to your fine city. I soon found it hard to draw myself away from its magnificent beauty. The garden and city was full of wildlife and magical power was thick in the air! The under city truly was a hidden gem. One thing in particular that really surprised me was the quality of the inn. The rooms were elegant and the ale names were truly exotic.

I was only disappointed by the emptiness and lack of purpose of the theater. This feature can really draw customers and even people to the city. Why should it be wasted? That is why I would like to help. I wanted something fun, and intense. Not some boring cheesy comedy act!

How would I do this you ask? Well, why not game show night! It will take a lot of planning of course. It will not happen right away. However, I can give you an idea of how I think it would work.

People are divided into teams. Each team will have to pay to enter. There are categories up on a board. In each category there are different level difficulty questions Higher difficulties will give you higher quality rewards such as diamond. Lower difficulty rewards will give you lower quality rewards, such as iron.

Questions will be mostly focused on the history and lore of Aegis. Each team has redstone powered light that plays a tune when powered. First one to hit the switch gets to answer. If they answer right, they are given the reward and the question taken off the board.

I feel there can also be a load of more rules to play by added to this exciting event. I believe this will not only create a fun experience, but will also allow people to be more aware of the world around them. Remember, knowledge is one of the greatest weapons in war, my friends.

    Sincerely,

    Manoth Hale

*Too exhausted from the earliness of the hour to think clearly, the bartender stuffs the note in his pocket before he prepares to start the long day at work. He decides he will read it when the work day is over.*
