  1. Elgon stands beside Ranger, his crimson cape bellowing in the wind, reflecting the motion of his golden mane of hair; in his hand is his full helm, dented and battered from years of war and torment, his armour weighs heavily on him, and the once pristine snow-white tabbard depicting a golden lion has been mauled and singed.
"You need not stand alone." he rests one hand on Ranger's shoulder, removing an ivory horn from his belt with the other and from it a mighty rallying call to his brothers sounds.

  2. Elgon's eyes glance over the crumpled piece of paper as he runs his finger across the paper, stopping at each of the two armored men in the picture. He suddenly crumples the paper and throws it onto the ground, crushing it beneath his foot.

"Justice will be swift." is echoed beneath his breath, as he marches off, his hand resting on the pommel of his sword.

  3. *The areas of the application that would be filled out ICly are written in roughly lettering, the letters unjoined. The sentences are simplistic, as is the language used, most likely the writing of a child.*

    Given name(RP name): Elgon

(Skype name if you have one): Javelin_kid

    True name(MC name): Crippledpope

    Race: Human

Authentic magic user?(accepted magic user?): No, I am not.

If so what form of magic ye use?: N/A

Do ye seek adventure, knowledge, and companionship?:
Adventure is what I live for! My entire life has been in the seeking of knowledge, both in languages and combat.

All applying will be apply for the applicant position. However should you pass that stage what profession might you take on? Note that if you want to learn magic you must speak to a Delver Arcanist personally:

I would like to reach the rank of 'Delver Ward', so I am able to protect those in need - as I have always wanted to.

    What combat skills have ye?

I use a sword and shield, and I train every day to become the strongest I can be. I often spar with those who are willing, and spar with a tree when no one is willing.

Short Response for all Applicants, write how ye
    would respond:

1.) You come across a massive ruin of ancient design,
strange sounds and lights emanate from within.

I would draw my blade and shield, entering the ruin without hesitation. Keeping my shield raised and weapon by my side I would seek the source of the lights and noise - without fear!

2.)While at a local bar you see two dark hooded figures
in the corner discussing in a whispered conversation. You can't quite make out
what they're saying but you clearly hear the word "artifact".

I would wait until the two finish their conversation, before deciding to take it upon myself to learn more about the so called 'artifact'. I would follow the one I heard the word come from, and see what else I would be able to learn from him.

3.)Walking down the Anthos Highway you come across a
masked man with a sword threatening a hooded figure, claiming he is a
    necromancer.

I would draw my sword and shield, slowly moving towards the slowly erupting fight. Raising my shield - I would begin to run towards the two, hoping to stop any blood to be drawn. I have learnt not to trust the word of others, and would protect whoever is struck first; I would have no way of knowing if the robed man is really a necromancer.

  4. Application For the Order:

    Out of Character information

    [MCname]: Crippledpope

    [Age]: 15

    [Time-Zone]: GMT: 0

[How much time you can be online per day]: A couple of hours, give or take some.

[How long have you been playing on the server?]: I Can't recall the exact date I joined, I believe it was early 2012.

[Why do you, as a player, want to join the Order?]: Lack of RP in general for my character, I'm sure this'll provide some great RP and help develop my character.

    [Do you have TS?]: Yes.

[Do you have a Skype?]: No, it seems to run my computer to halt, but I could use it for a short time if it's important.

    In Character Information

    Name: Rigrud.

Have you read, and understood, the Creed?: I have, yes.

Race: Short, plump and with a mighty head of flame-kissed hair. Most call me dwarf, or handsome, either way suits me.

Age: I'm about 200, give or take 60 years.

Experience: I've killed my fair share of orcs, humans, elves and other dwarves, and fought of the occasional undead back in Aegis. All with my bare hands and dwarven might.

Why do you wish to join?: I believe I'll be able to find my fair share of ale in the stocks of A friend of mine, of which I'm sure you know, pointed me in this direction. I'm only happy to oblige.

Describe your personality: I'm loved my the women, and the occasional man, depending on your taste. What can I say? I'm a dwarf. I like to drink, I like to eat and I like to smash hot metal with a hammer.

Describe your personal attributes: My body's sleek, muscular, my beard forms a perfect goatee on my chin, petruding from the face of a mighty Dwarven God. Besides all that, I like a drink, I like a laugh, and I like to get work done.

Personal Biography: Right, so my dad was a smithy, proper job that is, not one of those scholars, or a librarian. He took me to the forge pretty often, crafted my first dagger when I was a lad of 11, damn thing wouldn't cut butter but it was mine. Well, few months later, old man gets himself mixed up with the wrong people, murdered in cold blood on the way back from work. Years later, I move to a small fishing village - lakeside. Turns out, they were in deep with the wrong type of people, one bandit raid later and a hell load of blood three of us are alive, and the town in ruins. Aegis fell, carried a dead-weight on the boats to Asulon, and from there, well, you don't need to know about that.

Will you be one hundred percent loyal to the Order? Do you consider yourself a loyal person?: I've been loyal to those that have been loyal to me so far, so I don't see why not.

Who or what have you been loyal to in the past, such as other guilds or organizations. Are you still loyal to them now? Explain why/why not?: Sircaylin, he's practically my side-kick, bloody kid worships me, thinks I'm the creator. I let him stick around, I feel sorry for the kid, old pointy ears is a bit of a laugh, too. The knights of the North, back in Aegis. I was their smithy for a good 20 years, however during the fall of Aegis, the order deteriorated and fell apart, never really saw members of the guild. I was loyal then, and would still answer their call if they came to me now.

Some Additional Out of Character Questions

[show me you know how to talk in OOC:] (( No, do it yourself. )) I rarely even speak in local, or global OOC. I usually just observe what is being said unless spoken directly to.

[Will you, both ICly and OOCly, commit yourself to being part of the Order?]: Of course, I myself need a commitment and I'd gladly have The Order as this. Rigrud is an extremely loyal character to those who are mutually loyal, so yes.

[Link to VA for applying character if you have a VA:] http://www.lordofthecraft.net/forum/index.php?/topic/79000-rigruds-villain-application/ Currently waiting for references. I should hopefully be accepted and thus opening my options and benefiting those I RP with.

[Link to Server Application (if findable):] This was a very long time ago, and I am unable to find it.

  5. Well, It seems that once again, I be outa' coal. Im lookin' fer anyone willin' ta part with their coal, and I'll be willin' ta part with me' minas. Send me a letta', or somethin' of the sort, and I will make ye' an offer, dependin' on 'ow much yer offerin' me.

    (( Roughly 250-400 minas a stack, Depending on how i'm feeling :D ))

((PS: Ingame name is Crippledpope ))

  6. Amroth never showed his face, so that part of this thread can be scratched. And So much for the army of Laurelin, 3 men took on the entire Vanguard, 3 mages and a rouge dark elf murders a prince whilst he is next to the high princess, and surrounded by people, clear in sight, You really need to Up your game, malinor. I r dissapoint.

  7. ICName: Rigrud

    MCName: Crippledpope

A bit about yourself: My life has been full of grief, as a child, I was sold into the mines by my parents for spare change, after my coming of age, and I had earned my freedom, I travelled to Aegis, where I met a man named Bircalin, we travelled together, and we became great friends, At the fall of Snowy fields, I lost sight in one of my eyes and most of my face due to undead sorcery, at a later date, a grand druid named Respiren helped me to recover from it.

Your skills: I am a great axe man! (( or at least, I was, when skills where about.. )) I love the rush of war, and the feeling of adrenaline pumping through my body!

Your goals: If possible, I'd like to bring down the undead. And if it was required, I was attempt it all by my self. My main goal would be to become a quartermaster. But I guess that's a long way away.

What do you bring: I can't say I'm one of the best soldiers in all of Aegis, Nor can I say Im one of the worst, I belive, however, I can fight for your cause, and I hope that will be enough.

Other notes: I'm willing to take orders from those above me, and if the hierarchy is well made, I will follow it gladly

    Battle Record:

The claiming and holding of the snowy-fields undead tower

I had scouted out the inside of the undead keep several times with Bircalin , and reported the information to High Prince Native

    Defending several seiges at san'jezal

And many arena fights in San'jezal! I enjoy fighting with the orcs!

  8. '' It is a bit of a silly idea..And would make it incredibly unfair on the undead... ''

Coming from a member of the black hand ;)

Also, The undead kill on sight without giving you a chance to reply, I think the undead are treated too fairly. Did they treat Alstion or Snowyfields fairly? Just expressing my views, is all.

  9. For a while now, I've been noticing the growth of undead community in the rural areas of Aegis, now, now, here's a race, whom have destroyed towns, taken lives of innocents, and torn apart all peace in aegis, should the really be allowed to just wander in our largest cities freely? I say they should be killed on sight, who's to say they don't gather in al'khazar and destroy it? It would be simple. The only way to prevent this, is to prevent them entry, I'm sure many of you have had your lives torn apart by these brutes, and i'm sure you'll have strong views on this, post your thoughts! :D
