During the later days of Anthos, a majority of Clan Marsh joined the Order Of St. Lucien, and took on the family name of Dyre. When Anthos was abandoned, the Dyre family began to dissolve. As family members left for other lives or died off, the name began to fade into nothingness. Now in Athera, the few men that still bore the name Dyre have decided to band together and rebuild the family name, but this time bearing the original name, Marsh.

I would be lion if I said he didn't.

Zetronis tends to his lumber mill, running logs down the tracks through the saw. He was about to head back to his home, when one of the logs got caught in the blade, and begins moving violently up and down along with the saw. He rushes to inspect it, and spots a nob in wood has caught the saw. He tries to grab the log and pull it down, in an attempt to free it from the saw. He is not strong enough however, and is lifted with the log. he is flung over the log, and into the main saw. He is severely mangled, and tossed to the floor. and lets out a scream of anguish.

He tries to get up, but is unable to find the strength to. He continues to lie there on the floor gasping for the last breaths he would ever take, his vision begins to blur, and with his last breath he mutters a word, a name faintly.

"Arianna..."

With that, his eyes take on a lifeless stare and his chest ceases to rise and fall, Zetronis Dyre, Erik Zebeltun, Erik Marsh, the man of infinite names, has finally died.

Short Bio: Erik, born to Thoro Marsh, used to be an annoying little brat who would always play tricks on people, then he almost lost his life when he tried to scam one of his 'friends'. After that, he wanted to be a soldier, always playing with his little wooden knife. Recently, he has fallen in love with the idea of building his own brewery and making ale.

I believe the server is capable of making a new evil, the same would be dull.

I'd like to see the undead brought back, I might even revive the snowballers to combat them.

Here is what I think.

I think that this whole idea of a new island is stupid, I know how you say that no time was taken away from 3.0 to make this, but obviously it is going to take time, and effort by people to make this map and the lore happen. Why not, instead of wasting time on this map, take the people you were going to have work on it, and have them work on 3.0 to speed that up? I just overall think that this is a dumb idea and is only supported by people who's characters didn't exactly work out in 2.5. I also don't think that all the time I've spent on 2.5 is worth just throwing away for a new TEMP map(don't say "oh but 2.5 is suppose to be all hazardous and dangerous, I get that part). I am willing however, that when 3.0 comes to get rid of everything. I just don't think it is worth it to get rid of everything just to move to a new island where there won't even be any lore all that well prepared.

Overall, I just think this isn't a good idea and should just be scrapped all together.

I will however, offer a solution.

You could simply take the server down for say, a day or two(oh no, no server for two days?). During this time, you would take 2.5(a backup of it of course) into world painter, then add an extra island some 200 or so blocks off the coast of the original island(just rp that some volcanic activity or something caused it to shoot from the water.) I think the island should be mostly exotic but still somewhat hostile environments, so the island will still be used, but not settled like 2.5 was(I think this part is optional, depends on what other people think). Now of course, the two days that the server was down would just be to world paint the area. You could then set up a region protection(using entry flag) that prevented any of us common people from even coming close to it. During this time, you could construct any builds and the lore while we can still continue on with our daily lives.

I think that solution will make the people who want a new island happy, but also those who want to stay and not leave until 3.0(like myself) pleased as well.
