I play alot of games and spend ages infront of the computer. I've funnny jokes and i always think before acting. I consider myself as being some what creative in different occasions. I also have good grades.

How much time could you be on the server weekly?:

Alot, I'm online like 2-5 hours every day! If not more.

What do you know about Roleplaying? Give a definition of what it means to you.:

Roleplaying is when you create a story behind your character witch you later act out as. You pretend to be a person you wish to be or normally wouldn't be. Roleplaying lets you experience new things and new ways of thinking or just new thoughts.

In your own Words, describe what Metagaming and Powergaming are.

Metagaming is when you use OOC (out-of-character) information in IC (in-character) to your advanatage.IT could be when someone exploits a bug in the game to find ores for example. Another example is when you meet someone on a mountain you can't say hello (name) just because you see their name above their head. You have to act like you've just met them.

Powergaming is when you give another roleplayer no option. The othe rroleplayer has no chance to fight back. You roleplay things that would normally be impossible for your character to do.

What do you expect this server will be like?:

I think it's probably a very addicting server but a very fun one aswell.

What other server(s) have you played on and why did you leave them?:

I play on a survival server called Voidteam. The server ip is Mine.Voidteam.net. I still play on it because it's a community where you think about eachother more than your self.

Have you read, understood, and agreed to the rules?: I have read them and I agree with all of them. Alot of peaople might just say ''Yes I have read them'' but to prove I really have read them, here is one example.

• Abusing of bugs for your betterment will get you banned, that is including block jumping. It's when people exploit bugs or lag to their advantage. (metagaming)

How did you hear about us?:

I have seen trailers on youtube made by you guys and Reckreations. I've also watched alot of videos of series on your server.

What is your Race?: Human (northerner)

Biography(This should include the history of your character and his life as well as age, appearance and personality, etc.):

(I form:) Here I'am now, at the start of my new beginning. The monk found me and healed my wounds and given me information and directions of Aegis. I'm ready to go, but what brought me here? What went wrong? Here is summary of my life up til now:

When I was 3 years old, I remember my young days faintly but this is what my mother told me. We lived in Winterfell a military establishment north-east of Al'Khazar. Father left our mother alone with me being 3 years old and my brother at the age of 5. Me and my brothers childhood was rough. We lived in a cold, one roomed house with no furnitures but a table, some blankets and coniferous leaf stack to sleep on. It wasn't comfortable at all! Allthough the winters were worst, at one point I almost died because my whole body was numb.

Even though our childhood was a struggle I've never blamed my mother for it. It was the unfair job alternatives between men and females. She worked hard at a bakery making bread for the military to get just enough money for food but just barelly, sometimes she even stole some bread from work to get our tummies full meanwhile she was skinny and hungry all the time.

When I was 10 years old and my brother 12 mother started speaking with us about our father. She told us the similarities between each one of us and him and how he was a hero in the world of Aegis, how he had slayed dragons and fought the undead alone. I later found out that the stories about our father was just a fairy tale. I saw the exact same story in a book at a library in Oren but the only difference was the mans name.

Mother told me that I got my brown hair, strenght, agility and light skin from my father. Allthough I got my beautiful green eyes and writting skill from her. My brother was an anomaly, he looked like a normal northerner man with no better skills than anyone else. I later found out that he had a great talent in blacksmith.

Nothing really special happened after those days forward until 12 years later when I was 15 years old and my brother was 17. We sat in our house one night where we now had more furnitures since my brother and I both had found jobs on a local farm. That night mother never came home. She was mysteriously missing. I still don't know what happened to her but one day I'll find out.

From that point on it was just me and my brother. We took some classes by an old guy who had fought in the military. I practised mostly with bow as I would rather fight on a distance than in close combat. My brother trained with a sword and with his fists.

When we felt that we had a grip in combat we sold everything we had and went out into the wilds of Aegis.

We traveled around for many years and visited cities to gather food or work when needed. We met alot of people some were elfs and some were other humans. We got friends and emt some amazing people. We had the time of our lives adventuring but that was just about to change.

We were traveling to Waterfell when 8 bandits with hoods ambushed us. We pulled out our swords but they were to many. I was cut on my arm and back but my brother had it worst. The last thing i saw before I was knocked unconscious by one of the bandits was my brother being stabbed in the stomach.

The bandits stole everything I had on me, except for 30 minas I had in my shoes. When I was laying in the snow bleading and unconscious a traveling monk walked by. He took me to his temple, fed me and took care of my wounds. When I was fully restored I decided to say farewell to the monk. I wanted to repay the monk somehow but I didn't have anything on me so I told him I would return one day. This leads me to this point where my new beginning starts. I'm 34 years old and my life has been miserable so far. I'm hoing for a change.

Your characters ambitions:

Find some friends.

Get a job.

Find out if his brother is alive.

Keep training with a bow.

Hopefully find a wife.

Write a book.

Defend his loved ones.

Out in the Wilds, your character comes across a small cottage. Outside, there appears to be an elf struggling combat with two bandits. What does your character do?

He is to afraid of the bandits at this point since he has been attacked by them once. He wants to be loyal to the race he trades with but the thought of fighting against the bandits alone gets to him. He tries to sneak by knowing he will regret it later.

Your character walks up to a shop in the middle of Al'Khazar. "Hello, my good sir!" says the shop owner. "What may I help you with today?" How does your character answer?

Hello there! I would like to buy your finest bow so I can defend my self in the world of Aegis. It's a rough world out in the wilds of Aegis. *Leaving* Thank you very much, have a nice day sir!

I've been working on this for 6+ thinking and writing.

I've read the wiki and seen youtube videos of lotc.

I've read all the forum moderators advices.

I've done my best in this application. If I dont get accepted please tell me what I did wrong. :)

What do you know about Roleplaying? Give a definition of what it means to you.: I've played a few roleplaying games like Mount and Blade and GTA-SA. To me roleplaying is being you in the game. You are the guy that you decide to be. RPG takes you to your own world where you can do what ever you feel like doing, that's why i love RPG.

Character Name: Merfall Edsgard

Biography(This should include the history of your character and his life as well as age, appearance and personality, etc.):

-Character history: Merfall grew up in Laurelin with his father and an older brother. As young Merfall walked in on his mother being brutally murdered by a mysterious man who fled when he saw Merfall by the door. He struggled opening up to people ever since. He had no friends but his lovely brother who swore to protect him no matter what happened in the future.

30 years later Merfalls father left him and his brother alone in the house together with the money they had left and a note saying that he would commit suicide because of depression. When Merfalls brother decided to seek revenge on their mothers death he told Merfall to start practising combat with a sword, bow and arrows. Soon Merfall would be able to defend himself against any attack by bandits or orcs until his brother returned. Though one night when Merfall was sleeping he got robbed and the only thing he had left was some money and the memories of his loved ones.

-Characters appearance: Green eyes, 43 years old, tall and strong, brown hair, uses a black and grey cape, green shirt, blue pants and brown shoes.

-Character personality: Quiet, afraid of opening up to people, is a lonewolf, kind to people he trust, caring.

Your characters ambitions: Build a house and defend it aswell as defending the town. Hopefully get a wife but no kids. Get some trusting friends. Earn alot of money and become a great archer. Maby farm some aswell.
