-Do you have a good grip on the English language/good grammar?: I definately hope so after spending the whole of my life in the south of England! However, I am no stranger to getting words and grammar muddled up in real life.

-Small 2-3 Sentence Description of yourself: I am a sixth-form student in my last year before moving to university where I study History, French (the only guy in both years!) and Psychology. I spend a large time of my spare time browsing the internet (mainly Youtube) watching Let’s Plays, playing games and trying to do my homework (sometimes unsuccessfully! >.<)

-How much time could you be on the server weekly?: Within the confides of my school timetables and considering the amount of homework I am set, it may vary between 21 hours a week to 35 hours a week (although it has to appreciated that school, unfortunately, is a higher priority :\)

-How long have you played minecraft?: I have played Minecraft since, at an estimate, for a year or more (I was on multiplayer for the Christmas 2010 cape), but for the majority of the time my interest was variable before and after my first minecraft server (I’ll get to that later :P).

-What do you know about roleplaying?: Roleplaying for me can be simplified by stating that it is playing through somebody else’s life as if it were your own. No outside knowledge nor skills other than those of the character (an extreme version of re-enactments, if you will).

-What do you expect this server will be like?: I expect this server to have far more interconnection betwwen the players, the admins and those in trusted positions. Moreover, the sense of limited freedom within the game is what really sets the tone for me, no more crude dirt-made shelters ruining the scenery for everyone else. Everyone is here because they want to be!

-What other server(s) have you played on and why did you leave them?: Previously, I was part of AGMC, another large-scale server, with one of my friends from school, whom I invited in when applications were closed to everyone else (Any griefing or mis-conduct would result in his ban AND mine too!). Eventually, I left due to the isolation of my playing. Not that the server was not well managed but because there were clear social groups and ranks which left me feeling outside of the server community itself ,although it did not stop me making a giant Steve statue all by myself (I wonder if the images of it are still on the forums! :D)

-Have you read, understood, and agreed to the rules?: Definately! Rules are there to be understand and obeyed, are they not? :P

-Name the 4 races on this server: The four races are the Elves, Humans, Orcs ad Dwarves (your stereotypical bunch!)

-How did you hear about us?: Ages ago, I, by chance, happened to stumble upon PertiDaGamerNerd’s videos of Lord of the Craft while browsing through role-playing Minecraft severs but it was not until recently that, after seeing the trailer favourited by the Yogscast, I watched candle340’s videos (you know who you are :P) and decided to join, hopefully, with one of my other friends, who is a more expericenced RP gamer than me.

-Character Name: André Manouche

-What is your Race?: Human

-Biography: André was born into a modest family as the only child of a travelling merchant. Although being named by his mother, through the events of his own birth he had inadvertently resulted in the death of his mother(only in her twenties) and was, as a result, as much as a burden for his father as much as a blessing. Not only was this, only a handful of years after their marriage, traumatic and deeply scarring to his now sole parent, neither he nor the distant relatives of his family were able to cater for the young child and sustain enough money to live whilst remaining at home. As a result, at the coming of the next First Seed, the samll enfant was taken to the ‘nearby’ elven settlment approxiamately a day’s walk away and, under the darkening sky, was allowed to live there within the elf community on the condition that his father, the only breadwinner available, would pay a bi-yearly fee of 10% of whatever he earned, as a sign of good will and support.

Many years went by with André, under the schooling and care of the elves, becoming increasingly curious as to the outside world which he was to soon embark into and the circumstances of his father. Although the payments were still being made to the elves bi-annually, he had not met his son since he had turned ten; Did he still care for the child that had taken his beloved? All became apparent as, upon the news of his father’s death north of Snowy Fields whilst travelling, it was revealed to him by the elven leaders that he had become almost bankrupt following an unexpected ambush. Wanting not to be seen by his son, whom was well-dressed and well-fed, in poverty and despair, it had been agreed that news of his father’s fate would not stop him from his own ambitions. Filled with his a burning desire to restore his family’s name and return the debt owed to his father, André set off for the distant horizon in search of adventure.... his story is yet to be written....

-Character Age: 21

-Character Appearance: Standing at 6 ¼ feet, André usually wears clothes similar in style and weight to the elves whom he once lived with, consisting primarily of dark greens and browns.

-Character Personality: Although very considerate and calm, usually often wearing a stern face, he is no stranger to the rowdiness of his own native species once foramilites cease (much to the despair of his old elven teachers!)

-Your ambitions: André wishes to build and run his own tavern or inn from scratch, surrounded by his fellow humans and elves alike.

-Can your character read or write?: Yes, under the teaching of the elves, he is as literate as one of their own.

-Can your character mine?: Very poorly, although still a human, he rarely was made to undertake hard physical labour.

-Are you a capable builder?: Yes, but it is a skill that he still has to be test on his journey.

-Can you wield a sword?: Yes, although his preferred weapon would evidently be a bow.

-Enjoy Farming?: To some extent, though he prefers trees and grass to wheat and farmland.

-Does your character have any special skills?: No, although his thorough teaching from a young age could serve him well among his fellow humans
