Do you have any past experience moderating Minecraft servers?:

  I have owned and moderated many servers in the past and I have exceptional experience with Bukkit plugins. I owned the server CanadianCraft with a fellow player and I did the moderating and plugin configuration while he managed the website and donations. I quickly learned skills in order to maintain a professional approach towards server moderation despite the server having a younger audience. However I did leave that server because the other owner stopped paying the hosting company and kept the money to himself so the server was shut down by the hosting company unfortunately. Another server which had a larger population was on Sparky's Minecraft (SMC) where I was one of the head admins on. There I learned how to deal with multiple people at the same time instead of having less people like on CanadianCraft. There I helped people with their building projects and disputes with other players. However that server was shut down because the owner got a career in San Francisco, CA and he closed down the server to focus on his fiance and his work.

  Through my experiences on these servers I have learned to cope with multiple situations and multitask to ensure that people were helped faster. I also learned how to manage my stress in stressful situations with other staff members or other players in the server and keep my anger under control so as not to start a fight and remain neutral with a player or staff member. I am quick to pick up on new things that have been implemented or told by another staff member. I am a willing listener who likes to hear both sides of an argument instead of just one. I'm a responsible individual who will admit mistakes if I make them and make sure not to make the same mistakes again. I have learned to be a more positive person to make both the players and other staff happy to be around me and talk with me.

Why have you decided to create a trial GM application?:

  I have decided to create an application because I have played for this server for a few years or so now and I would like to give back to community. I want to help out with moderator requests and make people happy so that they can get back to the roleplaying. Sometimes I even notice that there's not always moderators and admins on who can help out or if they are on they might be busy and I want to help take those situations off their shoulders so the staff themselves can get back to roleplaying. I want to show Lord of the Craft that I will be there for them and answer their questions. I want to help new players get accepted and onto the server as well so they can join in on the roleplay. I also want to help them get settled on the server so they can have a better roleplaying experience. 


Additional information:

  I have also been an administrator on various other servers such as servers for Garry's Mod and Arma 2: Operation Arrowhead DayZ Mod servers. I was quick to learn how to play Garry's Mod and worked my way up on a Dark RP server to the position of Head Administrator where I was in charge of managing most of the staff members except for the owners. There I learned to implement systems and suggestions to help my staff moderate the server better. The Garry's Mod server may not be as large as Lord of the Craft but it was still great experience to dealing with other players. I was also a moderator on a DayZ Mod server where I was in charge of dealing with people who were suspected of hacking the game and poison people. When I say poison people I refer to people who put down the server or other players with rude and nasty comments and they make the experience bad for other players. On the DayZ Mod server I learned to control myself when it came to dealing with poison players on the server and to remain professional in their presence. I also learned quickly how to cope with players who felt like quitting the server due to a poor experience. These are also good examples of server moderation and player management.

  I hope you consider me for a position within your server so that I may offer my experience and positive attitude towards the players and staff members of Lord of the Craft.

Why was this revoked anyway. All I need to do is change the skin and I wasn't even RPing at spawn anyway cause when I died I actually ran away from the Cloud Temple so that I didn't have to deal with anyone and wouldn't have to RP with them. So once again... little confused.

What's going on here. I mean the this person was already accepted and this person was probably excited like me. Then a wild, spontainous denial appears. It uses Denial Without Regard For Acceptance. It was super effective.

You know what... I'm not even going to say anything else. I am so mad I cannot function enough to even generate the very sentences that would rebuttal against this. So, without further ado... I'll accept it being revoked and that was probably my... if not my... last chance that I could do something on this server that I'd enjoy and of course I was excited for it. Now I have to go back to playing characters that aren't even allowed to get involved in anything so I'll probably end up not playing for a while... again.

Personality:

Si'Dathri is noble to his culture and his customs. He also spends much of his time talking to people and demonstrates that he's very social. He also enjoys nature and tries to spend a fair chunk of his time in the jungles and forests around Asulon and discover the nature. He's a very easy going type of Kharajyr and goes with the flow in almost any situation.

Si'Dathri was born to his father, Ko'Uhni and his mother, So'Hiluia in the jungles of Asulon. He was born in a small litter where there were only 4 kittens born. He had developed a passion for loving the jungle where he was born, in his spare time he would leave the rest of his brothers and sisters and he would sit on a stump or explore and view the various plants and animals in the jungle. As the days passed he slowly emerged as a "black sheep" compared to his brothers and sisters who followed in his father's and mother's footsteps. His brother wanted to become a merchant like their father and his sisters wanted to learn to help with the various tasks and chores that his mother did. He was considered a "black sheep" because he had a passion to live off the land and hunt for his own food. He also loved nature and he enjoyed talking to the other Kharajyr that came around where he lived.

Dathri matured and became an adult and followed in his pursuit to live off the land and be dedicated to nature. At the age of 20 he finally made his first contact with a different race and realized that he wasn't alone. Although being a very sociable one he tried to engage in conversation with the other raced person. The person however did not respond in the way Dathri thought and he was called a monster and a beast so he ran away. He still wonders if he could ever become friends with the other races of Asulon.

Character's ambitions:

Dathri wishes to become a very sociable person and to make friends with some of the other races. He also wants to use his skills to help his fellow Kharajyr.

---Situational Rp Questions---

As you travel through the Karakatuan jungle, you spot a human trespassing on your nation's lands. He approaches you, obviously distressed, and asks for any food, water, or shelter that you can provide, then tells you that he has been lost in the area for days without any proper supplies. How do you react?:

Dathri being very sociable would first try to talk with him and warn him that he's trespassing and if he didn't comply he would have to take him into custody and report him to the others. If he understood that he was not suppose to be there I would at least give him a small amount food for his travels and point him in the right direction so he didn't run into any more trouble with other Kharajyr.

2. As you romp through the lands of the "apes", you come across a tavern. Inside this tavern, a Dwarf notices you and starts gawking at you, then begins to speak.

"Oi! I gots a bowl of cream for you, Kitty! Ha! I'd bet you would make a nice throw rug, wouldn't ya, ya mangy furball?!"

He continues act generally as racist as possible. What do you do?:

Since Si'Dathri was previously called a monster and a beast he would run away from the dwarf and not turn back. That way he wouldn't have to hurt anybody and he wouldn't have to talk to a dwarf who is clearly a waste of his time anyway. The dwarf clearly had nothing good to say and didn't want to converse with him so there's no use in talking to him.

3. One of your fellow Kharajyr and a close friend of yours comes to your dwelling in the middle of the night and begins to pound on your door. After you let him in, he confesses to killing another Kharajyr over a slice of cake. What do you do in response?

Si'Dathri would have to report him to the people to confess to them about his crimes instead of confessing to Dathri so that he doesn't have to deal with it. Cause he knows that if he got involved or helped him it would of been a risk to his own life. Although before he took him to the Kharajyr he would most likely give him words of wisdom and send him with something to think about.
