  1. The Silverblade Keep

As the Lords and family members of House Silverblade approached the Silverblade Keep and emerged out of the tunnel passageway through the mountain, the noise of hustling and rummaging of objects could be heard throughout the halls of the keep itself. As the Lords entered the castle, a fairly short, elderly woman standing at around 5"7ft dressed in a gown of blue with golden jewellery across her forearms was sat there barking orders at the bannermen whilst the moved various bits of furniture and plant life (sometimes even large rugs) that'd be running around like headless chicken.

    %252339.png

"What is going on here? and who are you,"

The Head of House Lord Huron Silverblade asked in confusion towards the woman.

"Mhrm? Gah! Greetings m'dear. How good of you to visit me and my miserable mob of useless sheep. I've taken things to accord in my own hands as I believe I had more fun than this at my Husbands funeral! Regardless, decorations must be done mhm?"

The elderly lady said whilst staggering over to the nearby dinning table, taking a seat with a sigh of heavy relief and clasping the nearby half full wine glass with her boney, feeble fingers.

    Lady-Olenna-Tyrell-Game-of-Thrones-Seaso

"I'd let you kiss my hand but I'd rather you didn't so let us get the pleasantries over with, My name is Lady Tara Forel-Silverblade, Born of the Forel family and daughter of Former King Syrio Forel, Former Princess of Alras and member of House Silverblade through marriage."

Lady Tara bowed her head towards Lord Huron who stood baffled about what was happening, but made his way to the head of the table to discuss further into the situation with Tara. As he sat down to introduce himself...

    "I..."

"You, Yes you deserve a matter of congratulations. For I already know whom you are and I am here to bestow my verbal praise for letting the Silverblade House thrive and live on!"

"Why thank you, yes we have been fairing rather well as of late in terms of productivity and sustaining ourselves as a House. May we offer you any food or wine to comfort you from your travels?"

"Many thanks but that won't be necessary. No woman can eat until the house that she lives in becomes a home. Thank you so much for your hospitality but I really must be getting on. Creator bless you m'dear,"

Lady Tara stands to her feet, reach aside for her walking staff and begins to patrol down the hall shouting up at men atop ladders barking orders and insults combined with one another.

"Not to the left to the right you blithering oath! Don't put it on mantlepiece place it underneath the chandelier! Are we going to close that window or do we have a stupid desire to sleep with bats on our faces tonight!"

((Been a while since I've done one of these, but Tara's back! Going to RP her until she eventually dies of age (or poison ^.^) she's changed soo much since I last played as her, very interesting character to flesh out so hope you all get to speak with her at some point :3))

  2. Tara Forel treads with caution through the snow forests of Malinor, pushing aside any straying twigs and branches in her path. She has the bottom corners of her hood clasps firmly together in defiance of the cold winter temperatures. Her eyes begin to dart across her surroundings, ever watchful and vigilant for an unwelcome intrusion until suddenly, from out of the forest depths, came a figure running straight towards her.

Tara froze, stunned in sheer shock at how quickly it was advancing, until revealing themselves to be a young orphan boy, one of which she had been caring for for a while now. With a sigh of gentle relief, she chuckled slightly, bending to a knee and placing a cold, feeble palm against the frozen cheek of the child.

"What is it Charles, What did you see."

"Missiz pwincess, I saw your papa! He comin' wiv Alras!"

Despite the childs little grasp on basic language, Tara had a sound understanding of what the child intended to bring across. With an unexpected loss of breath and satisfied grin, she lavished the moment.

What do you believe are key factors for a successful event?
For the process of developing an event with aspirations to it being a success, one would need to ensure the following aspects to the event construction are implemented. The definition of an event is 'an occurrence that happens or takes place, especially one of importance.' And you'll now see how this intertwines with the key aspects I detail below.

First of all the event requires a plot. A plot is the main event of the scenario presented by the planner as an interrelated sequence. An example of a plot could devise consisting almost entirely of a man and women falling in love. Without the plot the event has no meaning of significance and something to abide by. The plot could also be referred to as the backbone of the event, giving it structure and stability throughout the event duration.

Next the event would require a large amount of planning to ensure no mistakes or gaps in the story are made. The planning would determine all the fine details the event would intentionally produce for the players enjoyment. Planning an event will consist of venues selection, characters, scenarios, provocations etc. A key aspect to primarily consider whilst planning the event would be the players perspective, and consider the event constantly from their view.

Lastly would be Player inclusion. Without the player-base participating in the coordinated event not only would you perceive it from a singular perspective, but also you would have nobody to forge the event for. The purpose of the event is to create a Roleplay scenario for player participation or else the Roleplay will bare to many similarities without the constant variety in the scenario provided. In my mind the more minds involved in a situation the more creativity and coordination seeps out to the event at hand.

What type of events are you most interested in creating?
I'd say it varies depending on the location. I must say however that almost the entirety of my attention would be dedicated to the revival of forgotten yet unique cultures, nations, race's etc. Lately among Anthos the Roleplay variety seems to be very minimized in the sense that the community has been spread out over many different locations, causing Roleplay to be almost dissolved entirely.

I intend to light a spark in some locations across Anthos that deserve a revival, locations that have a well structured Lore and can bring new varieties of Role Play to the Anthos community rather than the constant continuity of repetitive Roleplay.

What strengths could you contribute to the Event Team?
My main strengths evolve around the Imaginative, Creative and Unique Role Play approach. I'm always looking for new techniques and aspects to Roleplay that the community haven't seen before and find ways to improve not only mine but the people around me and their abilities of character functioning. I wish to share my broad creativeness with the community in a hope that I can contribute my key factors with the player-base in a personal struggle to bolster the functionalities of Role Play and achieving a continuous discovery into it's heart.

Create three distinct RP scenarios/events that you, as an actor, could create for others (one paragraph each):

    The Wandering Bard

    a_game_of_thrones__chasing_dragons_bard_
The intent of this scenario would be an atmospheric enlightenment. Situated within a buzzing city centre or town square, of which would greet the travellers on arrival to the venue. A song, prior to the location he resides, would be played with the mere utensils of a lute and his heart. The lute is clearly old, the often nail perhaps protruding from its body and the absence of a string or two to disadvantage his entertainment. He would often approach citizens, greeting them with a merry high in his tone and a jolly grin stretching from ear to ear. An enthusiastic, eccentric character with strength in confidence and good will.

For this particular scenario no amount of significant planning preparation is needed as in some minor cases of Role Play development, spontaneous and improvised acting is best accustomed to the event at hand. To achieve player participation would be simple. Building the Bards characteristics to be a well spoken, friendly and confident character but still keeping the character balanced and level would encourage him to go forth and acquaint himself with nearby people for the benefit of social advancement. Players would therefore be indulged into my Role Play as the Bard would give them a sense of power over him, requesting they pick the melody of their choice and The Bard to abide.

    What is Love

    Prince_and_the_Raven_Princess_by_hanime.
Personally, romance Roleplay is a sincere favourite of mine. There is no better way to really connect with other characters then to really blend with them in a relation beyond friendship  a bond that seals two characters in a sense of alignment. This particular event would ideally bump the morale of the surrounding participants. To see a tangent genre of Role Playing away from the possible local war it could be good to keep the energy in the area high and see two unknown characters fall in a sacred bond. The couple, after exchanging of short kisses and flattering compliments, would suddenly be the centre of attention as the male (or female) of the two, descends to a single knee with a hand extended, asking for the seal of marriage. Enlightened faces would then emerge from surroundings as celebrations develop, before those involved veer off to a local tavern for wine, ale and other delicacies.

This scenario may sound dull from the perspective of the forums, but I have in fact hosted a scenario such as this one before and I can honestly say if given the correct approach  it could meet all the decisive factors that makes a successful event. The planning preparation towards the occurrence would be with the opposite character in the Love bond through out of character talks. As for the other participants (surrounding citizens) it would be total surprise  as I mentioned before spontaneous Role Play is the best Role Play for minor events such as these and to reap the reward of a satisfied reaction from other players would be heart warming indeed. I would also like to feel that following on from this event, visitors that were there on the day would be obliged to visit again, with anticipation to another similar occurrence to happen again, conclusively bringing back more attention to the location.

    The Nuisance Nymph

    640x954_10520_Nymph_2d_fantasy_nymph_sna
With this scenario I did actually create for the town of Ildon back in Asulon. The plot being the Nuisance Nymph, of which everyone was aware of her presence. For weeks, the town of Ildon's Role Play 'vibe' had depleted rather rapidly with the death of their Leader Artorus. Many citizens abandoned the town in search for new residence elsewhere in Anthos. I felt that the player 'Axl' that managed Ildon had put a good hard work into the town and it would hurt him more then me to see it's population decrease. With this in mind, a creature from the Ildon forest emerged by the nickname "Thorn". Thorn would climb across rooftops, scare little children without intention and hand an odd tendency to follow the new Leader Torrehn around where he went.

It was agreed the behaviour of this creature to be odd. It had no intentions of making contact with the citizens and travellers of Ildon, and when they did manage to venture close to her, she portrayed a very hostile attitude toward them, revealing her teeth and hissing vigorously as a defence against threat. Without knowledge to anyone, Thorn would be resting upon the chandelier of the glorious throne room, above the heads of the citizens as she watches, cautiously. It's body, poised in a position that resembled greatly to a cat, it's intentions unclear to the citizens and to why she had chosen to delve this deep into the town.

The plot and objective of this scenario would be to give the town a foreign asset, something they would never usually encounter before and give them an opportunity to learn and study something new. Also it would provide both me and those around me with new techniques of Role Play. The planning towards this event would need a substantial amount dependant on how much of the character you are willing to reveal. A Lore would first need to be established to approve the existence of the specimen. Then approval by the owner of the settlement or venue you wish to linger at or pester. Then I would need to look at the situation from the perspective of the player and see how I can constantly improve it to better the impression I put towards those participating.

  5.

All was calm and tranquil in the deep forestry of Southwood. The sparrows and thrushes blaring sweet songs of morning sunrise to sweeten the atmosphere in the Anthos woodlands. Nearby villages hard at work through crops and bountiful plateau's in order to keep the lands fruitacious, and rich in harvest. As the sun began to rise upon the horizon, with it came a disturbance among the peace.

A mounted figure, hooded and cloaked whispd through the wind, occasionally darting her head over her shoulder to watch her tail. The figure had golden locks, trailing from the darkness her hood sheltered. The horse she rode upon was in full gallop, matching the sense of panic between rider and animal a clear sense had struck the observing villagers that something was wrong here. The nearby wildlife evacuated path for the horses direction as the rider continued her vigorous venture deep into the woodland.

    1370991107714611.gif

((Ignore the writing, best image I could find:L))

As the hooded figure and her mount delved into the forestry and out of plain view. Three large men mounted on broad, muscular horses halted on the horizons belt where the cloaked rider had risen, overlooking the ahead view of forestry.

    "Bah! She's gone!"

The three riders veered their horses away from the direction of Anthos and back around into the outlands.

The villagers look confused and lost on the events that just occurred. Who was this hooded being? Why was she being followed? What does she intend to do in the lands of Anthos? However without further consultation with themselves they continue their work.

((She's daughter of Tara and Braxis, Granddaughter to Syrio and Shoi :3))

  6. Sashi'Zahr rides her Rexog winged by Argok'Zahr riding the Ogonaz. They parade into a large valley within the intense desert followed by their mob of black beasts known as the Zahr. They gradually march to a halt at the peak of the valley peering down into it's heart.

    "Dis vill du gud.."

Argok mutter so only Sashi'Zahr can hear. Once hearing Argok's words, she peers over her broad shoulder and announces to the mob, spitting and throbbing everywhere

    "Vel'com tu latz Blarg!"

The black horde roars with praise as the sands shake and the stone rumbles. The Zahr, have returned for good.

Why you are the best applicant for this character?
Her known personality and history is somewhat unknown to others other then her closest relations as far as I am aware. Therefore I would take great pride in developing the foundations in her personality and later on in her life advance those foundations into a structured and balanced character to provide both myself and those around me with exciting Roleplay.

Character skills (Taught by mother, father etc.)
Maia during her Adolescent years idolized her older brother greatly. As much to his dislike, she would pester him constantly to spend time and attention with her. Despite his solid personality, he was a very intellectual figure, and Maia would watch her brother solve advanced problems of intellect with ease, pondering for days on how he was capable of such knowledge. Her brother was a star child, and because of this Maia was cast into her siblings shadow as their parents attention was directed entirely at Harrison.

Once Harrison left home, it gave him time to reflect on how precious his families company was to him. Later that year Harrison would visit Maia frequently, giving her tutoring lessons on financial currencies, business affairs and politcal debates. This lasted on for just under a decade, until Maia was free to leave the nest as a strong independant women with a prospering intellectual mind to guide her path.

    Character weaknesses
Maia is a perfectionist. She takes great pride on her belongings and with that, the way others percieve her. Maia would go to great lengths and extreme amounts of time to tidy herself, ensure every fibre of her is clean and presented with beauty no matter the occasion. Maia's obsession with her looks is without match. She carries with her at all times a small reflective glass bordered by golden carvings so she can see how others would see her at all times.

Maia's appearance, cleanliness and beauty comes before all.

    Character personality
Maia's personality should be reflected mostly in the topics above, however here is a more detailed insight. She lives by three words.
    -Beauty
    -Intelligence
    -Success

    No this could be perceived as both positive factors, or indeed negative factors, as displayed;

    Positive
    -Proud
    -Wise
    -Achieving

    Negative
    -Vanity
    -Pompous
    -Preserved

Maia and her personality will leak out more so once I begin to Roleplay with her, but for now these are the foundations we will live by.

Bio of Character (At Least 2 Paragraphs):

Angelica was not like other girls she had the privilege of being raised amongst in the lands of Oren, her school teacher described her as an oddity in comparison to the rest of the class. Angelica was sent away by her mother at the age of 6, to a very prestigious school in the nobility districts of Oren, with intentions that Angelica would one day learn the attributes and manors that all ladies of Oren would have, However Angelica had other aspirations in mind. Angelica did not show interest in the noble lifestyle that was decided for her, instead she had great interest in the Outland woods and fairytales she was told to at a very young age.

After many unsuccessful attempts to escape from her school in the Oren Capital, one night whilst sleeping in her dorm under the majestic watch of the moonlight, she snuck out of bed and down the hallway with nothing but a night gown and a candle, escaping her education for the outdoor adventures that lay ahead.

3 days went past and no sign of Angelica remained at the school. The headmistress that had taken quite a liking to the missing girl was struck with grief, and took upon the liberty of writing a letter to Angelica's mother. Once the letter was written and sealed, it was attached firmly to an Owl's foot, with strict instructions to be delivered as soon as possible. On its journeys the Owl was flying over a steep valley with a single stream of river running down the centre. The owl itself had never seen such beauty before, and gazed down at sight beneath it as it glided.

Suddenly the owl struck into the side of a pine tree trunk that towered above the other tree's. The owl and its parchment tumbled down and down hitting every branch on its way before landing with a thud onto what seemed a leaf patch. The leaves rustled in its place for a while before being pushed aside to reveal a young girl, tired and exhausted, laying in the dirt.

It was Angelica, and as she sat up and looked at the intruding object, she say the signature of her beloved former headmistress in the corner of her eye. She scurried over with what energy she had left to the dead corpse and fine parchment. Angelica ripped the letter open with her teeth and held the tatty letter to her face, pushing a strand of thick, blonde hair from her eyes and holding it there, whilst her eyes dart side to side.

Angelica knew she had to return to her mother, and indeed her entire family before any worry came to them, however Angelica couldn't help fear of how her family might react. Would they banish Angelica for her actions? Would they punish her greatly in serious consequence? These are the questions that troubled her mind as she made the journey home in her night dress, with the letter scrunched in her hand

((I would make it colourful and better presented but at this time I'm writing away from home on my phone so ill fix it up a bit when I get homee:3))

  9. *It's late at night under the stars that shine over Kal'Dwain and in a remote area of the Dwarven lands in a warm, homely Dwarven tavern, commotion seems to be occurring within the establishment. Smashing glasses and chairs along with heavy bellowing shouts are all to be heard in the tavern with the heavy stench of ale and smoking weeds to add to the atmosphere. A ginger haired dwarf had lost a card game with another dwarf of similar build and threw a punch on the left side of his face, hell broke loose and two small clans had formed a 'bar fight' between themselves, throwing ale mugs and chairs to and fro acros the bar.*

"Gimme' meh moneh' bak yuh fawkin' wench!"

*Shouts the head of the first clan*

"Ye' mess wit a bruda of ar' clan ye mess wit da rest o' uz!"

*Proclaims a Dwarf of the other clan. Suddenly a deafening war cry is heard but of a slightly higher pitch than the usual and without warning a slim build of a Dwarven hooded women smashes through the tavern window as if in slow motion with her fist held back above her shoulder ready to thrust and her blonde, braided hair swaying behind her. As she comes to land her fist punches through the face of the first dwarf, knocking him cold with a blooded nose. The opposite clan to the injured dwarf points and chuckles to the unfortunate event, however the Dwarven female smirks at them under her hood and strides up to their leader and grabs the braids of hair from behind his head and crushes the dwarfs skull against her Iron breastplate with the cringing noise of a cracking skull and a clank of metal. The Dwarven female turns to the bar, removing her hood and looks around to the surrounding dwarves*

    "So, who's buyin'?"

  10. This village has the same identical meanings and reasons for forming as Rhunia apart from the fact they differ in culture. I strongly suggest joining them as I see no purpose of creation in this I'm afraid. However if creating a civilisation means something dearly to you then think outside the box and change its purpose, conjure up a Lore, do something that'll open people's eyes to a new direction within the LotC Charter system.

Other than that, a well structured and presented Charter, just needs something we don't already have :3
