  1. Respect to Tythus for making himself vulnerable to all the accussations!

Still, I would suggest a lot better PR and more public communication to avoid such situations.

At this point, all that happens is some guys throwing some random accussations without backup and others jumping on the hate-train.

Happening on both sides but you know...miscommunication's often the source of all conflict...

  2. Congrats to the news adminds, first of all!

Still, I can not resist to add, that I am surprised of how many people think they are in a position to judge the promotions/decisions made by the server staff.

Of course, go ahead and express your concerns...but blatantly saying other people are doing their job wrong (and doing so in a very hostile way), while you are not even understanding the job itself, seems a bit out of place.

You talk about having too many GMs representating small groups and that you want more GMs to representate you.

Then again...GMs, who do their job right, would NOT represent you or any other group at all and they are NOT a status symbol for biased and secluded groups of players. They are there for the entire player-base!

So basically you are asking for more influence on the server staff and blame others for having too much of it and being biased (only based on assumption once again), while you ask for the same "privilege" in the same sentence.

So in the end, what you are doing not only make you "just as bad" as them, it also makes you impressively ignorant.

Not wanting to insult anyone, but that honestly seems....a little dumb...saying it in a friendly way...

  3. Elanion recieves the news, which are actually quite public, from his informant. He nods slowly, staring out of the open window towards the ocean outside, thinking for a while before he nods to himself slowly. Grabbing a piece of paper, a quill and some ink from the scattered items on his desk, he orders his informant to fetch one of his men and begins to write down a message for the Raine Academy, which is on its way to the academy within minutes.

  4. Elanion reads the nore and brusts into laughter, not having laughed in quite a while. He pins another note ontop of the letter and walks off.

"Dear 'friend' you might even be a bit more convincing, if you would make any sence in yourself. Next time I suggest you read through the crap you're writing once again before publishing it.

And you might have your allies, but Malinor does not stand alone either."

  5. Elanion stands intop of the
walls of Malinor, the barricades underneath him. The blood of the
invaders all over his armor, he raises his equaly bloodstained claymore
high into the air, his men, a group of elves, dwarves and humans behind
him doing the same. His immensively loud shouts echo between the
treetrunks of Malinor, his men picking up the shouts as well, thundering
through the forests, clearly hearable for all the other defenders.

    "Victory! Victory for Malinor!"

  6. After severl negotiations within Malinor, Elanion walks past the message board once more and notices the new note right next to his. He steps back , takes a piece of paper out of his backpack and begins to write something down on it.

Once he finished writing, he steps forward once again, pinning the note right next to Sentlits and walks off.

"They seek for peace and order you say? Well, I've heared other words, even from a Delver himself, right after I stopped him from performing agressive actions right at the city gate such as branding the teretory as yours. I made him flee, but I am sure, that he was there for a lot of reasons, none of them peaceful.

People of Malinor, the Arcane Delvers are seeking for venegance and bloodshed rather than order and peace, which I've been told by their very own people! Do not support them, it might bring chaos upon Malinor.

~A supporter of the elven people"

  7.

Hidden by the shadows of the night, Elanion appraoches the noticeboard and pins another note right next to the others.

    The note contains following lines:

Despair, violence and destruction, these are the first things that would come to ones mind upon entering Malinor these days and also the first things to be seen.

How has it come so far, one might ask.

Most seem to blame the High Council and the elves themselves, but could it
realy be, that such a peaceful race suddenly turned into a bunch of
    corrupt villains?

    I highly doubt it!

This is the work of corrupt, war loving people, which are bringing up new
accusations against the elves every day only for the sake of being able
to raid Malinor and make themselves richer or seek for power within the
    elven nation.

How else could it be? Why would they even fight Malinor for any other reason? They live in their far away forts and towns, almost not being affected by Malinor at all, how would
the "corruption of the High Council" be enough reason for them to march
upon the elven nation and risk being killed?

It is greed that leads them!

It is greed, that makes them slaughter innocent people in random raids and burn their humble homes to the ground!

This is not acceptable and they are doing nothing but hiding true corruption behind fine words!

It is true, that Malinor has made mistakes, but are they serious enough to justify it's destruction?

I highly doubt that as well!

So what is to be done now, some might ask themselves in these dark days.

At the very moment, there are also other forces at work than only the forces of destruction and warfare. Hold on, people of Malinor, hold on against the uprising destruction and support the elven folk itself rather than high claims of warmongers!

Help each other against the upcoming attacks!

At the same time, I hereby request, that any offensive actions coming from the forces of Malinor
are to be stopped at once! Anyone who is attempting to provoke any violent actions against Malinor will face justice soon enough!

    Nothing is lost yet!

Hold on people of Malinor and do your best to avoid war and protect the elven lands, as we are doing the same!

~A supporter of the elven race

After his work is done, Elanion steps back looking at the note. He puts his right fist onto his chest, right above his heart, before turning around and silently disappearing between the trees.

  8. Ok, as some people seem a bit confused and stuff and maybe to let you know it's not as bad as some of you fear: That's not a virus, it's a simple modified MC-Launcher with a keylogger. Anti virus programs will not be of any use here, nor will a firewall or a virus scan. Simply do not use any MC-Launcher of which you do not have the source code. Any launcher for MC, official or inoffical, has to be open source according to a rule by Mojang. If a Launcher does not have a link for the source code available on it's download page, do not use it, unless you realy trust it (You can read through the code and see if it has a keylogger, if there is none, the launcher has something to hide).

Oh and shiftnative, you are save as long as you did not type anything in. It does not matter if it's on your PC or if you executed it, the only thing that matters is, if you log in on it or not. A scan will not be neccessary either,as mentioned. ;)

  9. Open being in the dwarven capitol once again, Elanion notices the notes and grins broadly, reading through them.

He is seriously tempted to have a try and sign up as they did not mention any racial restrictions, yet he thinks the dwarves could feel mocked about it. He then decides to simply politely ask them, attaching a note to the others.

    "Greetings, Lord Gorum!

I am pretty sure they are not, yet I wanted to ask you, if residents of the dwarven holds are allowed to participate, even though they are no dwarves.

If you wish to reply to this, please attach another note here, or maybe we meet each other when I am in the capitol once again.

    Elanion Whisperblade, General of Brom'Krah"

  10. Elanion leans against the large roots of a giant tree next to the place of the speach. He wears his hood as always, when he does not want to be noticed, yet still as the man finishes talking, he claps his hand, an approving smile on his face. "Well spoken...well spoken indeed...", he silently speaks to himself as the man steps down from the wagon. He then gets up from the tree, walking off into the direction the elf disappeared into, seeking for the possibility to contact him in soon future.

  11. Elanion smiles as he reads the poster ((guess that there's more than only one)), the hood of his cape pulled over his head, giving him a rather suspicious look. As he finished reading, he nods slowly speaking to himself, "So there is still some willpower left in Malinor, I appreciate that..."

He then turns around, walking down the road as he continues his missions, now also looking for these courageous and activistic elves.

As the walks past the pieces of paper a bit further down the road, she sighs shaking his head and whispering to himself once again, "Seems like some of those arrogant bastards still disagree with that poor lad..."

He then decides to leave the road and disappears between the trees.

  12. Upon traveling through the dwarven capitol, Elanion notices the poster and approaches it, begining to read.

"Galmun Irontouch...oh so they are onto him, too", he grins, nodding slowly, "Alright, so our hunt for him has even more purpose now..."

He reads through it all once again and leaves the capitol, ready to provide his men with the new information.
