    -Minecraft Account Name: semaj009

    -How old are you?: 19

-Time-Zone/Country of Residence: Australian Eastern Standard Time (UTC+10)/ Australia

-Do you have a good grip on the English language/good grammar?: I most certainly do.

-Small 2-3 Sentence Description of yourself: I am an Aussie, whose friends got addicted to MC, and now I am searching for something more. Something, LOTC!

-How much time could you be on the server weekly?: I'd estimate between 10 hours (in a bad week, with University essays, etc) and 25 hours

-How long have you played minecraft?: About a year now.

-What do you know about roleplaying? How long have you been doing it? What kind?: I used to play it more when I was younger, only because the last few years were my last years of high school so a lot of hobbies became neglected, only to be picked up with fervour again now. Roleplaying games are games that one plays where one adopts the actions, and mentality of a character in order to create a seemingly 'real' environment based around a certain theme (eg. medieval fantasy, or even star wars universe etc). Players (or characters of the RPG world) develop (their character) over time, and much like in real life are able to make myriad decisions that affect the development of a character (unlike normal video games, where character development and storyline in pre-dictated). Characters, importantly are meant to be treated as if the 'real' world is irrelevant; the exterior knowledge of the player is not to interfere with the RPG character's development, or actions. The first RPG I played was Runescape, quite a long time ago (probably about 2001-2002). Subsequently I have played many RPGs, or MMORPGS, and even have a book (quite old called Maelstrom) regarding one form of tabletop RPG (non-computer based) that is set in late Medieval, early Renaissance, England.

(Honestly, I dont know if that covers what you want me to cover on this point, all I know is that I love being in character. I used to dream of being an actor as a kid, and was in a few shows over my high school studentship, because I relish the opportunity to create someone, develop them and everything so that other people can enjoy it, which is, I feel, right at the heart of RPGs. Not sure if this was relevant but hey I thought I'd say it anyway)

-What do you expect this server will be like?: I expect it to be like it is for a wandering soul. I relish the opportunity to Minecraft MP.

-What other server(s) have you played on and why did you leave them?: I used to run one from my computer, but then I had to stop because my laptop just couldn't handle running a server, although playing on one is fine.

-Have you read, understood, and agreed to the rules? What about the lore?: Yes I agree. I pledge allegiance to the Lore of LotC.

-Name the 4 races on this server. Elf, Orc, Man, Dwarf

-How did you hear about us?: Linked to it off a forum post

    -Did you vote?: Yes

-What was your favourite Law?: A tie between the racial discrimination law (as racism really is never acceptable) and the 1337 law, as 1337 speech can get really annoying.

-What was your least favourite Law?: The character skins one, as I really love my Green Lantern skin, but if I must take one for the team, so be it.

    In-Character:

    -Character Name: Helos Therikles

    -What is your Race?: Human

    -Lordofthecraft.net/forum forum account: semaj009

-Biography: Helos Therikles was born the son of a mighty Noble and a fair Lady, both of whom showed Helos the utmost care and devotion throughout Helos' early childhood. But one day, whilst taking a stroll through the wilds, Helos and his family were assaulted by a marauding pack of Skeleton Archers. At the cost of their lives, Helos' parents saved Helos from the archers, but left Helos stranded. He knew it was only a matter of time before the skeletons returned, so Helos set about collecting wood, coal and forging torches with which to buy himself some time. Eventually, although lost in the wilds, Helos managed to secure a home, deep in the forest, far beyond the realms of men, elves or dwarves. But, alas, not far enough to evade the Orcs, who merely days after Helos' 18th birthday captured and enslaved him. Helos was put to work in a gladiatorial school, learning the arts of swordplay and archery. One day, while sparring, Helos and a band of inter-racial gladiators managed to successfully escape the school (under the guidance of Spartacii Germanus, a human, like Helos) and the band marched forth, homeward bound. Eventually the elves men and dwarves all parted ways, with Helos and Spartacii becoming close friends. However, as Helos had no home to return to within the lands of Men, he decided that it would be wise to return to the cultural homes of his race and develop himself into not an ordinary human, but one worthy of respect, one whose name would carry on the generation gap. One who could one day avenge his parents deaths, and the deaths of all the gladiators he had, however briefly, known.

    -Character Age: 19

-Character Appearance: Human male, short auburn hair, tanned skin and a nice beard. Bedecked in Armour and leather.

-Character Personality: Warm and gentle when peaceful. Pragmatic, cool-headed, but capable of incredible heroism if needed.

-Your ambitions: To avenge my family and friends deaths. To become accepted by the human-race to which I belong, and if I am to fail, to be adopted by another race. BUT, most of all, to become worthy of being the hero minstrels write ballads about.

-Can your character read or write?: Yes. The language of English, my mother-tongue, and some German, as taught to me by my dear friend Spartacii Germanus.

-Can your character mine?: That he can. Able bodied and looking to get started in the world.

-Are you a capable builder? Certainly. After years in the wilds, one learns how to build a sturdy dwelling.

-Can you wield a sword?: I was trained by my father, my exile and my enslavement to be one with my sword and treat it with the respect it deserves.

-Enjoy Farming?: I do. It is a necessary skill, and although it may not be the most heroic, it is a well-regarded break from hunting Skeletons.

-Does your character have any special skills?:] Helos is quite skilled with a bow and arrow, as well as naval/aquatic transport/movement
