  MacBooks, just like any other computer, are pretty easy to take a hard drive out of. There are a billion tutorials online about it. As for the enclosure, I've never done this, but I hear its not too difficult. You can probably find some tutorials on that too. http://otherworldcomputing.com/ Has enclosures and toolkits if you need them.
