    Have you been previously banned or warned, and if so how many times and for what?: Yes, I have been banned and warned previously. I have been warned once on the forum, and I have been banned twice in the past. I am hoping to clean up my act. I was warned for having a signature that was too large, so I fixed that immediately. On the other hand, my ban history is complex.

     

    My first ban was originally a permanent ban. Back in 2012 I thought it was a wonderful idea to drop people into a water trap. This trap would drown any and all people who entered the gates of Salvus. I would not RP the drop, and I collected the treasures from those I killed without RP. These atrocities that I committed were not easily forgiven. This permanent ban lasted a year. I returned after sending apologies to all who reported me, and I made sure to provide evidence to the officiating GM.           

     

    This second ban was well deserved. I had the most wondrous idea of creating an NPC named Drake. His dialogue was the lyrics to Hotline Bling. He would stand at Felsen during the time of construction, and he was created as a meme. He was around for about a week, but it soon resulted in a ban. I was able to appeal to CosmicWhaleShark, and he was generous enough to change my ban time down to a week. I am truly grateful. CosmicWhaleShark is a most wondrous person. I have learned much from him, and I hope to continue bettering myself. I hope to better myself as a FM.

     

    How much time a week can you dedicate to Forum Moderation?: I can moderate the forum like a part time job. I can spend quite a few hours a day moderating the forum. My days are filled with college and homework. My weekends are filled with work. Everything in between I normally either hang with friends or play LOTC. I can spend a good 20-30 hours a week on the forums.

     

    Why should you be a Forum Moderator?: I honestly think it would be cool to be a forum moderator. The people on the team seem very nice. I have not had a single issue with any of you. I feel as though I would fit well into the team if I were accepted.

     

    Anything else you'd like to mention?: I have zero experience moderating a forum. I am in need of a teacher. If accepted, I will learn as efficiently as possible so as to provide the best experience possible for all visitors on the Forum. In order to achieve this I shall seek the aid of any current forum moderator if ever the need arises. The forum moderators are some of the most helpful people in LOTC. I hope to work with them, and join their ranks as an outstanding member in LOTC.

    Weren't you the guy who stole those skins and then gave them out without permission as your own or something?

    No, I believe you have me mistaken with another person who was in Excercitus Draco. Excercitus used a reskin of Delrof’s armor since a lot of the Dracos liked how classy the Vindicators looked. One of the members of Draco published a lightened version with tabard, and it became the norm. Draco collapsed, so the skin might still be around, but I am pretty sure it is dead. I just ended up being a scapegoat because I honestly didn't care what people said about the skin.

    Dude you stole my username as your skype name and stalked me from ROBLOX to here years ago.

    You ended up messaging me randomly! I never knew you played LOTC until I already established a small farm and started making money. Also, we already went over the skype name back in 2011. It was because you did something to piss me off back then. I am still amazed you are still around. I come back after a 2 year hiatus, and boom. Every time I return you always are the first to message me. I am pretty sure you are the one stalking me.

    #What is something you have always wanted to change on the server?: There is only one change on the server that I truly want because it will cause a ripple effect throughout the player base. The amount of cyberbullying and insults on the server and out of the server have caused numerous issues throughout the community. The amount of rudeness one can express with a single word directed at another can be detrimental to RP. Lord of the Craft is supposed to be a realm of enjoyment and happiness, yet it seems to lack said qualities due to the dark nature of the player base.

     

            Most arguments in today’s day and age include some form of curse word. The use of swearing has become more acceptable as time progresses.

    The chart shown can be extrapolated to the average American. Swearing has become more prevalent in today’s culture which has caused a negative influence on people of all ages. It has become more socially acceptable to swear. Such actions are done out-of-character, and while in-character. While some minute swearing has been acceptable while roleplaying, it has become an OOC curse. If there is one thing I would want to change it would be the amount of cursing on the server.

     

     

     

     

     

    #What are your finest qualities?: I am a militaristic person. I have spent four years in an AFJROTC program in which I have learned basic discipline, etiquette, and professionalism in any environment. These qualities have helped me greatly outside of the program when it came to important meetings with my employers, and in the interviews themselves. I like to present myself as competent as possible, so as to give others the impression that I am an excellent addition to any team possible. This program has allowed me to achieve a variety of goals.

     

            I am a giving person. While working with this program, I was able to retrieve over two-hundred pounds of non-perishable food items to donate to the local food pantry in a single night. I love to help my community, and I have volunteered at the local hospital, and food pantry to assist those who are in need. My community is something that I want to protect, and something I wish to improve.

     

            I am a capable person. I tend to keep myself well organized. Organization makes everything a bit easier, and will always be advantageous in the long run. I take criticism very well, since it is a great way to better one’s self. Constructive criticism is a learning experience, and allows someone to strive to improve. I will improve myself if that is what it takes to succeed.

     

     

     

    #What are your worst qualities, and how could you improve these aspects?: My worst quality would be my own hypocrisy. I am a hypocrite since I myself have used insults in a demeaning fashion, and I am ashamed for it. I chose to send this application in, so that I may change my own hypocrisy by being forced to defend the statements above. If I am to truly start seeking change, then I shall start with myself. Then work my way out passively to others. I want to recreate myself as a role model for the server, so as to end even the slightest sliver of bullying in the server. I want to be a GM, so that I may use it as a stepping stone to not only end my own hypocrisy, but to help those who have been hurt from the words of others. The phrase “sticks and stones may break my bones, but words will never hurt me” is a logical fallacy. Words leave mental impressions that mold a person into who they are, and who they will become. A single word can mold a person just enough to change their perception of others, and create a hostility that is not easily fixed.

     

     

     

    #What members of the Staff could you look to for guidance?: CosmicWhaleShark and I have a personal history with each other, so I believe he would be the person that I would go to the most. Out of all honesty, I have had no issues with any of the staff members on a personal level, so I would probably seek guidance from all of them. After gathering all this information I would then start dwindling it down to the best techniques for each situation. Everyone is different, so I hope to be able to gather the best from each of the other staff in order to improve myself and improve LOTC.

     

            If anything else, I might also turn to Telanir since he is the person on the staff team who I have the closest personal connection to. He is always ready to answer any question as though he has some form of precognition. Telanir has always been a valuable mentor whenever I had questions, and I hope he will continue to mentor me in the future.

     

     

     

    #Who do you not get along with on the current team?: I have yet to have any personal issues with any of the staff. I generally don’t hold grudges since I am a very harmonious person. If I have been punished by a staff member, then I most likely deserved it. I do not hold that against them since it is what they were required to do in the current situation. Other than that, I like the staff team as it is, and I hope to join them.

     

     

     

    #How much free time do you have? Will this change in the foreseeable future? My free time tends to change depending on my situation in my personal life. I generally hop on sequentially. I am currently on break from college, so that will leave me with a lot more free time than normal, and I hope to spend it helping out the server in any way possible.

Give a definition of what it means to you.: Role playing is becoming a different person, that requires their own personal needs and wants. who will have adventures, join groups, and think differently than you normally would in real life, and you should always remain IC during roleplay.

    In your own Words, describe what Metagaming and Powergaming are.Powergaming is doing impossible things that normally can not be done in a RP setting, and being more powerful than you actually can be. Metagaming is using OC thinking during an IC situation.

    Personality: Tends to be patient, Strategic, takes charge of the situation, Pwnage!, Loyal, Strong willed, ETC. As a youth i was born to a wealthy merchant family. Until the day arrived when my family was killed at the age of 2 moons. I grew up in a small orphanage outside the town of Whistletooth. At the age of 7 a large python crossed my path and i was forced to fight it. As it lunged at me i quickly punched it in its jaw. It soon rebounded and bit my leg wide open! Blood gushing and soon to perish at the monsters maw, the other orphans attacked the beast with sticks and stones! That gigantic gash has been there ever since. Every year on the date of the strike a groaning pain surges through my body. It is strongest at the bite mark.

    As i began to mature, and began to have a liking of women, i met the love of my life. Annabeth was her name. when she spoke her words penetrated my heart. Her gaze shot through my soul like a bullet through a piece of paper. She had golden lochs that waved in the wind. I had nerve enough to ask her to come with me to the inn for a drink! She slapped me across the face and walked away.

    At the age of 17 i joined the Army of Albania. With swords raised high we defended the capital city, but much to my surprise my inexperience would be my downfall. I was quickly overtaken by 2 large men! Their weapons were to powerful for our own.

    At the age of 19 i was released from the prisons of Nekova, and the only thing i did was train and train and train. I had the power to lift 2 full grown men! and the agility of a cheetah! Since i have also been a strong studier i did what ever i could to recieve reading material in the prisons.

    At the age of 23 i met Master Shoo in Guanla after traveling with caravans. I trained in the art of strategy, and swordsmanship. I lived in his monastery for 5 years until a terrible day came.

    A man wearing a black suit of armor came to the monastery and for some reason knocked the gates down with only his breathe! He continues to stroll slashing at the guards with his 2 stygian blades! He killed everyone in his path. Until he came to me! He looked at me and said "your next!" but my master popped out and fought the man off!

    My master had suffered grevious wounds in the fight, and began to die. He said "avenge me my son."

    After that moment i had sworn that i will end this villain, and unite the warring nations together as a whole! for after meeting many orcs and elves i have made many friends. As a human i will avenge my master.

    Your characters ambitions: To unite the races under a single banner.

    Out in the Wilds, your character comes across a small cottage. Outside, there appears to be an elf struggling combat with two bandits. What does your character do? Grabs his sword and carefully disarms the bandits. He will tell the bandits to leave now or suffer death. if they continue to struggle he will end them where they stand!

    Your character walks up to a shop in the middle of Al'Khazar. "Hello, my good sir!" says the shop owner. "What may I help you with today?" How does your character answer? What do you have in stock? for if you have what i need i will pay good gold for anything that you carry!
