Why do you wish to join the Imperial Legion Military? : Because I am quite in need of a job, and seeing as Renatus is in dire need of a sizeable military force according to forum posts, and I have always had the urge to join the military, I put two and two together

Give some short lore about why your character wishes to join (1-5 paragraphs) : When Domas was but a little lad, his whole family disappeared off the face of the earth, all but he and his brother survived the mysterious slaughter. He has always wanted to find a way to give back to Humanity, and has a bit of a hotshot mentality when he gets going. He is young, but with great potential because of his military Father. He has also wanted to see action all because of the great honour that is brought from fighting the right fight in his mind, and he knows that Renatus is great and that if it were to fall, much culture and history would be lost all for the sake of land, or money, or power.

The military is also a safe haven for a man in dire need of food, shelter and of course a job that he can have to be useful to the community and make some money by doing the right thing.

Prior Experience, been in any factions before? : None, Domas is new to the land and would be glad to call Renatus home.

Why should we recruit you : Because, Domas could be developed into a fierce warrior with a little bit of training, and he would be glad to support a good cause.

Strengths: Domas specializes in Swordsmanship, Blacksmithing, and Wrestling, which are three things that could be very useful to any military. He is new to all of these but carries great potential.

Weaknesses: Domas is not a bowman, or a Axeman of any sort. And as said before, his skills are slightly limited but with great potential.

Well I am currently at the age of twenty-five. I'm quite the joker if I do say so myself, but none of that, you know, prankster sorts of things. I was born to a military Father and a Hard-working, home-maker Mother, which I lived with for a few years with me Brother and Sister. Then came them dark years, It was a dark night when I was only a wee lad, I got to say about fifteen. That night has ought to be most frightening thing that has ever happened to me in my twenty-five years. I can remember quite freshly, as if it just 'appened. It was one dark night, you know, the stormy type. Me and me brother were asleep in our room. We heard a couple loud crashes in the night but nothin' outa' the ordinary for a storm in Aegis. It wasn't 'till maybe early morning when me and me brother were awakened from our slumber. It was a normal time for us to arise. So, we carried out the usual morning activities of gettin' our food for breakfast and such. Then it had hit us, where in Aegis were me parents and me wee sis'? We checked their rooms without any luck. We found bloodstains everywhere in the house except ours. I was fifteen, and me brother was only a wee twelve years old, not even a teenager. We asked the towns folk if it maybe had been Orcish marauders who were camping ten miles from town. Townsfolk told us that they had no recognition of any Orcs comin' into town last night. We were left to fend for ourselves or stay together, like family.

Trading came as an easy job for me and me brother, it was efficient for making minas and we could meet people and make links. It seemed to work and we were able to travel in Aegis for a few years until we needed to leave after it fell. We then travelled to Asulon, where we currently are living. But, we still have unsolved mysteries, and we thought we could find those answers in Asulon.

OOC- He's a Trader, currently travelling around the Human lands of Asulon. He travels around selling his various wares alongside his brother. His family was killed by an unknown force and he is getting ready to set out to find exactly what happened to his family when he was fifteen. (Undead killed his famliy, he doesn't know that yet). Whilst traveling from the Cloud Temple you see a small halfling, being harassed by two armed warriors. They appear to be trying to steal money from him, how does your character respond? "What in Gods name are you doing to him! Can ya' not see he's just a wee one? Give him a break for lords sake!" He would try to go in to break up the warriors pickpocketing, and if the warriors didn't stop, he would pull his blade to battle them.

Your character wanders into Alras, and comes across a small stall, behind which a well dressed man is standing. He’s offering various wares, the merchant turns to you and says in a posh accent " 'ello there, what can I do you for today?" What is your character response? " Well, quite the snob we got 'ere I dare say, lemme' take a guess, you sellin' the diamonds to the poor for all their money? Makin' them suffer for a little scam that, well, lookin' at your little rich-boy accent, you been playin' for a few years now. Greedy bugger, they 'ought to lock you up for that!"

Whilst wandering in the wilds, your character comes across a small hut, which looks abandoned. Inside it you see a chest containing a few iron bars, and a golden sword. I and me brother were dozing away in our bedroom when we heard a loud slam from the door, so me family and I all got up to check and see what was the ruckuss. When me Father went to check what in Asulon was happening, and arrow struck him straight in his poor heart and killed him instantly. Then we saw that the marauders were a group of Orcs, breaking into our house for who knows what. All I remember after that, was darkness, and when I came too, me Brother and I were sitting in a raggity ole' tent. Me Brother tells me that the Orcs had taken us captive and that the rest of our family were slaughtered like cows, we were taken slaves for eight years. Until our break.

It was a dark and stormy night in Orcish territory when we had planned our escape from slavery. We waited 'till dark and when the cracks of thunder struck, we ran. Orcs began to chase us but by then, we were unstoppable, we had so much anger and fury that we beat and battled everyone of those sorry green-bellied pigs! So we ran, we ran for days, weeks, as long as we could without stopping just so we could find freeedom from the evil of the Orcs. We finally found a town, in which I currently reside in, as a trader until I can move to town.

Biography(This should include the history of your character and his life as well as age, appearance and personality, etc.):I, Domas Hawker, had humble beginnings as a son of a Middle Class, Hard-Working family of two other siblings until I was kidnapped by a group of marauding Orcs who killed the rest of my family other than my brother and I. After years of captivity and working as slaves in the Orcish Mines, we managed to escape back to Human lands and we began to try to restart our lives in Asulon.

Your characters ambitions: To get revenge on the Orcs that killed my family, to begin life again by trading, hunting, mining, and fishing for my town and family.

Out in the Wilds, your character comes across a small cottage. Outside, there appears to be an elf struggling combat with two bandits. What does your character do? Help the Elf fight off the Bandits, then take the elf in and help him recuperate by giving him a job until he can leave and continue in his travels.
