Reasons for Denial;
I fear your biography contains no server lore whatsoever. If you wish to have a chance of being accepted, this is vital.
Your character seems to show no signs of any weakness anywhere. Not in your description and not in your ORQs. I would class him a little powergamey as he seems to have a high expertise in multiple things.
Finally, I wish for you to expand your ORQs further, and remove the small bits of powergaming that are scattered in them.

Reasons for Denial;
Your definitions are all incorrect , and need to be longer with examples. You may search the internet to aid your definition, but plagiarism is not allowed.
I enjoyed the idea of an Orcish cook rather than a fighter, but I think your biography still needs a little more work; it must be longer, maybe a paragraph or two, and it must contain enough server lore to be accepted. Improve the biography and add enough lore and you will be on your way.
I think that if your Orc is mainly an expert cook, that he should probably be weaker than the other orcs, simply because he spends less time klomping than the rest.
I liked your ORQs (Open Response Questions) but they are far too short for my liking. Expand them a little more and you will be sorted!
