  1. Yup, that's my desk in the attic. In no way is that how it naturally falls...usually there are threads etc everywhere o_0

Mum surprised me by cleaning it....which was weird seeing as she never goes into the attic. So I thought, what better time to take a pic?

Oh, and all of the figures etc, I made. If you look real closely, you can see the grass cube in the corner that I'm making for Tengen XP (though I might have to make a smaller one to send as this one is massive).

  2. Name: Isha Wik

    Truename: LFReD

    Race: Wood Elf

Origin: I was raised in Normandor, but now that my parents have left it, I feel to move back. The wilds have not been kind to me.

What do you wish to become a citizen of Malinor: As I was already made an initiate into the guard, I find it would be much easier to serve my city if I lived within it.

Do you agree to adhere to the rules of Malinor: Of course.

Skills: I am skilled in archery ((52)) and am learning the basics of grappling ((8)) which suits me much better than a heavy sword.

  3. Out-Of-Character

    Minecraft Account Name:

    LFReD

    How old are you?:

    Eighteen

    Time-Zone/Country of Residence:

I am in Canada, currently observing PDT (UTC/GMT -7 hours)

Do you have a good grip on the English language/good grammar?:

Why yes, I believe I do, thank you very kindly for asking. I won third place in a short story competition and completed NaNoWriMo (writing a novel in a month).

Small 2-3 Sentence Description of yourself:

I am a nerdy web designer girl. I have been roleplaying on forums for seven years now and have recently started roleplaying on minecraft servers (though I have been a part of many non-rp servers). I live on a farm with ten dogs (one of three adults just had puppies), fourty chickens, and a cat. I am also cool enough to have a website (though quite unfinished....) here: http://seaworthygirl.com/

How much time could you be on the server weekly?:

I would say three just to be safe, probably more if I get addicted. It also depends a lot with my work yadda yadda.

What do you know about Roleplaying? Give a definition of what it means to you:

Roleplaying is the very essence of my being *dramatic pose*

Uhhh...maybe not so much, but it has been quite a big part of my life. My early teenage years were spent sneaking onto roleplay forums when I should've been studying (which is NOT a good idea, teens reading this) but I have always loved it and it will always be a part of my life.

Roleplaying is the art of pretending I think. Roleplaying allows me to fly across the sky on ships, crawl through tunnels as a rabbit and be right in the middle of well, Middle Earth. That about sums it up right there, I believe.

What experience have you had in Roleplaying, if any?:

As I have mentioned before I have roleplayed for around seven years on forums using the post-by-post style. I have joined forums in a range of levels from "beginner rp" to "elite rp." I really enjoyed roleplaying Warriors, a book series by Erin Hunter about cats. I am actually on a minecraft server at the moment that is a Warriors rp. Every genre though, from cats, bats and wolves to peasants and elves, I've tasted quite a bit in my time. I have also been the admin of over twenty forums and moderator on many more. Yup, I did not spend any time studying at all in school.

In your own Words, define what the act of Meta-Gaming is:

I find meta-gaming quite disturbing actually and had an argument with someone recently over it. If Jack is nowhere near Jill, how can he possibly know what she is saying to Jimmy even if the actual user did read what Jill said? It simply isn't realistic. Jack should be quite unaware of what was said and should be surprised when they jump out to scare him as he goes to fetch some water, not ready with his own friends to catch Jill and Jimmy first.

In your own Words, define what the act of Power-Emoting is:

Never actually heard this term before, though I am guessing it is somewhat similar to Powerplaying? If so, Powerplaying is the term in which user1 will refer to when user2 says something like "Then my awesome character jumped up and slashed your characters face, and your character fell backwards and couldn't do anything and was knocked out and my character won and was great and saved the day and your character got nothing." (run-on sentence and all)

What do you expect this server will be like?:

I think it will be an interesting experience with great architecture. I also believe that it will have good role-players judging by your lengthy application form :)

What other server(s) have you played on and why did you leave them?:

Lots -_- I left because they did not keep my interest, or I found they were unfair etc. I am currently on one of my friend's private servers and a Warrior cats rp. I am also on a zombie apocalypse server (which I think I will quit once I join this server) due to its lack of rp element even though it is an "rp" server.

Have you read, understood, and agreed to the rules?:

    Of course.

Do you promise to abide by said rules, and laws? This includes the Server, Forum, and Teamspeak set Rules:

I have never been a rule-breaker and never will be.

How did you hear about us?:

I believe I saw you on Minestatus a while back? Today I decided to consult the Oracle (Google) and found you in a matter of seconds.

Have you previously made an Application? If so could you link us to your last Application?:

    In-Character:

    Character Name:

    Isha Wik

    What Race are you?:

    Elven

What Sub-Race are you? (note, you aren’t required to have a sub-race):

    Wood Elf

Biography (Please make this at least 2 paragraphs long. This must include the history of your character and his life as well as age, appearance and personality, etc.):

Isha is quite a young female wood-elf, with the development equal to a twenty-four year old human. She is still considered a child by many, though she wouldn't say so herself. She loves racing through the woods and gets quite antsy if she has to sit still for any length of time. She almost always has a wide grin on her face and is quite naive to the dangers that she finds herself in. Isha has light brown skin with blue eyes and green-dyed hair in which she keeps a feather.

Isha is very happy to talk to anyone and has a strong sense of loyalty towards her friends. She is quite charismatic and respectful to elders, though she will just as easily laugh about them behind their backs. If put in a frightening situation Isha would hide feelings until she worked her way out of it. She often takes days to recover her happy nature after such occurances and can wear a sombre tone. Isha sees no difference in race and will happily chat with any people that she comes across.

Isha's parents weren't ready to have a child, and definitely not one like Isha. She was born in Normandor and seemed quite out of place, almost more like a human child than an elven one. She became the embodiment of their troubles, a constant worry and disappointment. She was not interested in her Father's studies of the ancient tongue, and would daydream as he tried to teach her a couple words here and there. She would much rather be out in the woods than stuck in a room learning a useless language that hardly anyone could speak. Her Father finally threatened her one day after she had told him her feelings on his studies, and he said that if she didn't want to learn to be a proper member of her people, she could leave. She called his bluff and walked out the door. She left for the Wilds, living off the land and only coming back into towns to sell her goods and talk to people.

Isha's Mother was equally disappointed in her. She would attempt to have Isha help her with flower arrangements to sell to the rich of Normandor, but Isha would have nothing of it. She would, however collect flowers for her Mother as she travelled and still every so often leaves a bundle of them on her Mother's doorstep.

    What are your Character's ambitions?:

Being quite young, Isha wants to see the world and meet new people. She loves hearing stories, so meeting any "legends" would be quite a thing for her.

What is your character’s favorite tool? (sword, pickaxe, shovel, etc):

Isha spent years with a home-made bow in her hand and so prefers that as her tool of choice. She can use light swords, but prefers not to due to their weight.

What is one of your Character's most skilled talents?

Isha's charismatic approach to life is probably her most useful talent as it helps her get out of all the trouble that her curiosity lands her in. She is able to make friends with near anyone and really listens when people talk to her.

A screenshot of your skin (must be in proper format, if you do not know how to acquire one, copy and paste this link into your browser: ( http://tinyurl.com/Lotcscreenshot ):

    Other Information about your Character:

Isha is quite trusting and can easily be led to believe something that isn't true.

    Open-Response-Questions

Whilst traveling from the Cloud Temple you see a small halfling, being harassed by two armed warriors. They appear to be trying to steal money from him, how does your character respond?

Isha looks around in shock. Not so much shock at the actions of the warriors, but more of the actions of the passer-bye's which was absolutely nothing. Bracing herself for a fight, Isha stomps up to the three figures. "Hey!" She snaps, "Leave him alone!"

One of the warriors turns, brandishing their sword.

With a gulp and without thinking herself out of it, Isha takes a feeble swing at one of the warriors with her gloved fist. Her bow would be useless here and she didn't want to mortally injure them...

Your character wanders into Alras, and comes across a small stall, behind which a well dressed man is standing. He’s offering various wares, the merchant turns to you and says in a posh accent " 'ello there, what can I do you for today?" What is your character response?

"Oh, hello," Isha says as if she has known the man her whole life. "I'm sorry, I didn't come to buy anything, actually just to sell. Do you have any use for leather?" Isha pulls four skins from her bag, each so carefully treated. "They are quite good quality, you know."

Whilst wandering in the wilds, your character comes across a small hut, which looks abandoned. Inside it you see a chest containing a few iron bars, and a golden sword. How would your character respond?:

Isha's eyes widen as she opens the chest. She would need to hunt for days to get items like that. With a sigh, Isha closes the chest and shoves it behind the dusty bed. Maybe the next person to find the hut wouldn't see it there and hopefully the rightful owner would one day return. WIth a skip in her step for doing the right thing, the elf leaves the hut, closing the door carefully behind her. Maybe she would ask around town next time she was by to see if anyone knew anything about the hut. If not, the iron and sword might be of more use to someone with a greater need.

Hungry and lost in the wilderness, you stumble across a small trading camp nestled among the forest, they greet you you in the common tongue, how do you respond?

With just a nod of her head, Isha drops her bag and bow then stumbles over and slumps onto a rotting log. "You don't mind if I rest here for a bit, do you?" They don't seem to be trouble, so maybe they wouldn't mind her resting for a bit. Oh, of course she wouldn't ask for food, that would be far too rude, however, "Do you have any food you might be willing to trade? I have a couple of arrows I could spare. Hunting doesn't seem to be doing so well lately, haven't you noticed?" With another grin, Isha closes her eyes and lets herself relax, happy with her good luck.

You hear word that bandits occupy the road outside the town in which you have been staying. The town guard have gathered, and are asking for assistance to help eliminate them. The leader of the party is offering a reward for any who offer their support. How does your character act on this information?:

Stepping over to the guards, Isha pipes up "I'll help. I'm quite handy with a bow." Not waiting for their answer, Isha takes her bow off her back and heads over to the entrance of the town where the people who had agreed to help decided to gather. "This is great, isn't it," the girl says to a gruff looking man. "Well, not the Bandits part, or the slaying part, you know, but the whole aspect of everyone joining together to do something good!" Isha decides to stay quiet after receiving nothing but a blank glare. "Someone's moody," she whispers to herself.

Anything else you would like to say?:

I was denied before, partly for powerplaying...due to my character's age. I changed that so she is like a twenty-four year old human, not actually twenty-four years old which apparently would make her a two year old elf and thus unable to do any fighting whatsoever.

I also added more Lore to the bio, adding places etc. Hope that is adequate?
