- A man is walking down a street in fine silks and exotic velvet, running up to him you see two goblins and a orc about to corner him in a dark alley by the tavern. You hear a yelp and rush in to find him dead, the three running down the alley.

I would yell, "You three, stop!!". If they do not stop, I would draw my bow and fire an arrows into back of one of the felons. I would then give chase, and try to shoot their legs to immobilize them when I see my chances. If they get away, I would report the entire incident to whoever it concerns.

Why do you wish to join the Hightowers? - I am new to Solace and feel the need to help out wherever I can best be used. With my bow skills, I feel the guard is perfect.

What skills do you offer to aid Solace? - I know how to shoot, I know how to sneak. I also know how to talk to people. I can be whatever the situation requires.

My character name is Cassandriel and I am using the Minecraft account called Xemnas2132. It is my brother's MC account. I recently got my own account which I would like to start using for Lord Of The Craft. I heard it was possible to white-list a new account and take the old one off. I was hoping this would be possible for me as well. I took a screen shot of my skills and cash balance;

Most people I know think of me as a rather eccentric, introvert. They aren't wrong. And that's the way I like it.

How much time could you be on the server weekly?:

I would be able to contribute a minimum of 10 hours per week. However, I will likely be here more than I initially thought. I get excited when I feel in the middle of things.

What do you know about Roleplaying? Give a definition of what it means to you:

Roleplaying to me is the act of shedding your skin, your world, your self, and adopting a persona that defies who you are in your own world. It gives you the opportunity to do the things under someone else's name that you would never do under your own. Then again, it could offer the chance for you to passionately and freely express who you truly are in a setting where no one would question you for it. Roleplaying is a gift.

What experience have you had in Roleplaying, if any?:

I have been LARPing a few times with my friends from High School. It wasn't very properly organised, but we managed to have a lot of fun. Minecraft holds the majority of my RP experience. I was involved in multiple servers that had working RP systems implemented. Sadly, the childishness of their antics grew and it became pointless for me to contribute any more of my time.

In your own Words, define what the act of Meta-Gaming is:

Meta-gaming is the application of external resources, such as one's experiences, conscience, and ideas that are outside the environment of the game. It enables one to delve into the "universe" of the game while still being able to feel like you are still you, and can act accordingly.

In your own Words, define what the act of Power-Emoting is:

Power-Emoting or God Emoting is the description of an action to which the affected player is not open to evade, redirect, or negate. For example; "Jennifer swings her mace and sends out a shockwave that devastates the entire city." A revised emote, to ensure that no one gets angry would be; "Jenn swings her mace and sends out a shockwave that rapidly approaches the city." This gives the affected player or players the chance to counteract the previous action. A possible counter; "Ben and the rest of the city's guardians cast a temporary shield of protection around the city, rendering the incoming shockwave ineffective."

What do you expect this server will be like?:

I expect that this server will be a venue at which I may leave the confines of my everyday life and pursue a life in which I am not shackled down by the stresses that modern day society places on us. I want to live free and let my imagination come to fruition.

What other server(s) have you played on and why did you leave them?:

I've played in 4 servers that had a RP system implemented, but the only one that's name I recall is Arctic Frost. I became the owner of the server after the prior owner lost access to his PC. I stuck with it for around a year and then passed on the ownership when I felt like the server was full of children who only cared about building, not the RP factor. Apart from RP servers, I have been a part of too many to accurately remember.

First thing I did upon creating my forum account was go through the rules thoroughly. I understand what I am here to do and what I can not do, and agree to those terms whole-heartedly.

Biography (Please make this at least 2 paragraphs long. This must include the history of your character and his life as well as age, appearance and personality, etc.):

Cassandriel is 18 years of age. She is a normal human being. One thing that sets her apart from other humans though, is the fact that she grew up deep in the desert, in an underground shelter that her parents ventured out and made when they grew tired of the city life. They weren't planning on having a child, but as they travelled into the desert to find a suitable place to call home, they had Cassandriel. When Cassandriel turned 16, her parents decided to send her to the nearest city because desert life was inexplicably difficult, especially for a child. So away her and her father went to find somewhere safe that she would grow up to be a normal person. When her father left her to head back to the desert, she didn't know what to make of her life. She tried many things like working at various stores around the city or making jewellery to sell at market, but none of these satisfied her the way the exciting yet treacherous desert did. Two years passed and she still didn't feel like this life was enough for her. So she gathered all of her belongings and the money she had accumulated and started to make preparations to trek back to her desert home. It took her months to find her way back home. Of all the things she was thinking about, seeing her parents again was always first. She made her way to the entrance of the cave, and peered in. No lights were visible. This was odd, as her mother always used to make sure there was light coming from the cave to be able to find it easily from the outside. She strode in and looked around. Everything was as she remembered it to be. All of her mother's and father's belongings and clothing exactly where they were kept two years earlier. The only thing out of the usual was her parent's absence. This eluded her as only her father would ever go out into the desert to scavenge and hunt. She decided to light the lanterns hanging around her desert abode and wait for them to return. They did not return. Come to think of it, it didn't look like they had brought anything with them when they left. Cassandriel pondered and pondered until she could no longer sit there and think about her parents. She decided to act. She took her fathers sword and bow, took any provisions that were in the cave, and she set off to look for her parents. The first place she thought to look was the oasis that her father would go to in order to collect water. She investigated the area and found nothing. However, stuck to one of the trees around the oasis, was a note. She retrieved the note and it read, "Cass, if you are reading this, then the city life was not for you as it was not for us. You have adventure in your blood. We have raised you to be more than we could have ever hoped. You are out daughter and we are so very proud of you to have followed your heart back here. Cass...no words can describe how sorry we are to not be here to greet you back home. We had to leave, and I can not say for what reason. Perhaps, if you feel it is in your heart, you will try to find us. I cannot order you to not after all. Just know that we love you very much. Best wishes and all the love in the world - Mum and Dad."

Cassandriel folded the note and put it into her pocket. Without looking back at her childhood home, she set off to the nearest large city to begin her search.

What are your Character's ambitions?:

Cassandriel's ambition is to find her missing parents. She loves adventure, preferably dangerous ones.

What is your character’s favorite tool? (sword, pickaxe, shovel, etc):

Her favorite tools are her father's sword and bow that he used in the desert.

What is one of your Character's most skilled talents?

She was raised in the harshness of the desert and was taught to survive with what she had. She was taught to hunt, to gather, and to craft. Also, her time in the city taught her how to converse, trade, and become friendly with people.

Whilst traveling from the Cloud Temple you see a small halfling, being harassed by two armed warriors. They appear to be trying to steal money from him, how does your character respond?

"So, you see someone smaller than you and you think him as an easy target, right? One thing you forgot to factor in is that not everybody in this world is scum like you! You think nobody will lift a finger to help the people you harass? Well I have something to say to you, you morons. Let him go and you will not receive an arrow into each of your right eyes. Does that sound agreeable to you?!?!"

*Cassandriel aims her bow at the taller of the two warriors with an unwavering hand*

Your character wanders into Alras, and comes across a small stall, behind which a well dressed man is standing. He’s offering various wares, the merchant turns to you and says in a posh accent " 'ello there, what can I do you for today?" What is your character response?

"Sorry, but I am just passing through....Wait, is that what I think it is? I've never seen such a beautiful flute before...How much?...That's nearly all I have though...It's so beautiful. I haven't heard one since my mother used to play for me when I was a child...I'll take it."

*Cassandriel hands over the requested amount for the ornate flute*

Whilst wandering in the wilds, your character comes across a small hut, which looks abandoned. Inside it you see a chest containing a few iron bars, and a golden sword. How would your character respond?:

"These look like they would be useful...But I know what it's like to survive out in the wild. On the off chance that someone still lives here, they would surely need these items."

*Cassandriel carries on her path without taking the Iron Bars and Golden Sword*

Hungry and lost in the wilderness, you stumble across a small trading camp nestled among the forest, they greet you you in the common tongue, how do you respond?

"I dont have much to offer, but I need supplies. Is there anything we can work out?"

The leader replies, "Hmm, if you are up to it, there is a band of thieves active in these woods. They've been causing us quite some trouble. if you were to deal with them, feel free to take what they have stolen from us. We'd also give you a generous discount on our wares if you ever visit again."

*Cassandriel accepts the quest and ventures out into the woods to deal with the thieves*

You hear word that bandits occupy the road outside the town in which you have been staying. The town guard have gathered, and are asking for assistance to help eliminate them. The leader of the party is offering a reward for any who offer their support. How does your character act on this information?:

"Even though I need to keep looking for my parents, I would never pass up an opportunity to help out."

*Cassandriel volunteers to go along with the town guard to put an end to the bandit threat*
