  1. *His first stop was quite far from the Dwarven kingdom, in the main square of the town of Salvus, the Courrier takes a rest. Sitting on the central he drinks a bit of water from a bottle, even going so far as letting his companion, the white monkey, drink from the bottle itself as well. Looking around to see the many residents of Oren as well as many other travellers which pass through this town, the Courier removes the piece of parchment from his backpack, and opens it. Standing up, he coughs a few times, preparing his speech in his mind. It is not long until the ones who walk Salvus would hear the Courier*

"Hear me, oh people of Oren and travellers alike. I come to speak of the opportunities that come from lands far from here, but which see all as friends. From the Hold of VaerHaven I came, to bring you it's news of minas and land. The hold of which I speak of, has many shops and stores which many might require.

Of the shops, the apothecarium has been started, owned and managed by one who is nothing more than a master alchemist. If you are one who else has preference for knowledge then of plants, in the Wondrous Writings you shall find many books which you might find interesting. But Books and herbs are not all that the hold offers, as many peculiar animals walk those icy lands. From great Yak's and white owls, meat, wool, feathers and leather are sold."

*The Courier makes a slight pause, taking another sip of the water and coughing a bit before continuing*

"For those that seek a place to live and work, the hold of VaerHaven offers such as well. To house a fisherman, VaerHaven will suply him a house to live in and work, to suply the town with the fishes he catches. To those who wish to make a profit as a healer or doctor, the clinic shall be yours to manage. All these are free to those that join the hold, with nothing more than an interview with the Jarl beforehand.

The town also offers stalls and shops to be bought or owned, free for residents, and with only a small rent for those that only wish to own a stall. From the merchants who would sell to the town itself, at the moment the Jarl seeks many. A clockworker, one which understands the mechanics of the machines which tell time, a brewer, to teach and create alcoholic drinks from potatoes and seaweed, and some who would suply the town with metal for a bell (gold).

Many more opportunities rest in the Hold of VaerHaven, you may come to me to ask more."

*After the Courier finishes the speech, he sits back down once more besides the foutain. He awaits for any who might come to ask further questions.*

  2. *At VaerHaven's main gates, as snow falls slowly from the skies, two men speak. Both clearly middle aged, one whose beard just started to grow, small scars on his face from the many fights he has been one, this one being the Jarl of VaerHaven, Rosso. The other seems older, beard fully grown, many wrinkles shown in his face, yet he seems used to these cold lands, a resident of the town, a courier. As the talk ends between the two, Rosso hands the courier some a paper. To his surprise, it was not the man who took the paper, but a white monkey who left the man's backpack. They both laughed and said their farewells. The Jarl returns to his town, and the Courier begins his journey through the snow, with his monkey companion in his backpack.*

*To those that he finds on his way he speaks his message, but he heads for the towns and cities to better do his job.*

*The top of the mountains cover the blue skies, the land is silent and the light shines between the needles of the pine trees. In a forest in the cold Dwarven lands, you feel a welcoming warmth, one that assists your travels, as if guiding your path. For long has not a noise been heard but the rustling of the trees from the wind, and your feet stepping on the soft snow.

The night falls quickly here, the suns disappears behind the icy hills, and the forest turns weary. As if in an instance, noises surround the land and the warm feeling of welcome, turns into a cold chill of danger. The white owl's callings echos the forest as the temperature drops. You cover yourself better, pulling the thick robes over your shoulders. Winds start rising, the pine trees start to shake in the dark, yet your travels take you outside it. With the snow flowing from the side, a howl is heard from the distance, the wolves seem hungry, and the growing storm seems not to stop them. Raising your speed you start to seek shelter, until from the distance you encounter three figures.*

*For a moment the three eye you from top to bottom, but is not long until the dwarf laughs. The human follows with a smile, the elf stays the same, weary of the traveller, hidden behind her cloth. Finally the human speaks with a welcoming and confident tone*

"Greetings fellow traveller. These lands are not the safest to be on alone, the winds are becoming stronger and the wolves are hunting. Would you like to join us as we rest and await for the storm to pass? We do not mean any harm, only another one to keep us company. A safe location is near, ideal to make a stop and take cover from the cold. My fellow dwarf even brings ale, and he shall offer some to others that journey these lands"

The Dwarf chuckles besides the human, while the elf continues silent and still.

"Aye, however ma fella, aye be quite intrigued as tha why ya wander around tha lands here. We shall speak as we rest. A resident of VaerHaven most likely ar´ ya not?"

*The Strangers spoke the truth, and took you to a small cave nearby. The elf sits in one of the corners, her distrust seems high. The human more relaxed lowers his shield and starts a small fire as the dwarf grabs his keg and offers you some ale. As time passes the group ask you more questions.*

What if I am away from town?

The hold of VaerHaven will await your return for a period of time before your belongings and house are taken. This time period is extended if it is told to the council for how long you shall be gone.

If you are unactive for 2 weeks the house and the items inside will be removed. If you tell us that you will be away and for how long (example is a short leave or IRL related reasons), we will keep the house and the items yours until you return, unless it's more than one month, that is just too long.
