Definitions
This is simply so that we can get an understanding of how much you know about roleplaying. Feel free to Google the answers, but make sure that you write the reply in your own words, not another website / person's!
What is roleplaying?: - Roleplaying is the act at which you take up a role of a character and place him in this environment where you at your best, pretend to be that person. Making real life decisions in-game, trying to survive to what is offered around you. RPing includes interacting with others, such as you would Irl.
What’s metagaming?: - Meta-gaming is taking outside knowledge and placing it inside the mind of your character, having it influence your character's actions or predictions.
What’s powergaming?: - Power-gaming is forcing action on someone else, not allowing them to respond to your emotes. In order to prevent power-gaming, well first you have to make it realistic, and second you have to attempt your emotes.

Give us a brief description of their life - their story, childhood, family (Include server lore when writing): - Dexter grew up as a peasant, he's father and mother always trying to make ends meet with their small little farm. They struggled, Dexter was the oldest of his three siblings, he was the one they looked up to in his family when his father wasn't around. This pressure of responsibility he took at a very young age, drove him almost insane, though he needed and he knew that his brother and sister needed him. So he never gave up. Years past, Dexter was now 18. His father had died from a painful disease, Dexter was devastated, his mother took the worst. She was always blaming her children for her husband's lost, she kept getting drunk day after night. Dexter hated it, he couldn't leave though, he loved her. He swore to his father that he would protect the family when he was gone. The day that all ended was when Dexter's little sister phoebe killed herself in the bathtub, he found her there, her artery just under her calf was cut, she bleed to death within minutes. Dexter lost it, he was confused, scared, and angry. He stormed downstairs where his mother was, and continued to beat her over the head with a long thick wooden poll. He couldn't stop, Dexter was yelling at her the whole time. "YOU KILLED HER!" He shouted multiple times as he continue to bludgeoning beat his mother until she faded from the world. At that very moment, Dexter took his younger brother and left the home. They spent years on the road, fending for what they can scavenge. Until they cam across a rumor of this place called Anthos. Dexter couldn't raise his brother in this environment, he needed to have a safe heaven for them to live in, for them to start a new life. Abresi was the city they lived in for quite some time, they slowly begin to find new ways to live. Dexter having to do all the work since he was the oldest. Together they survived and overcame most of the obstacles that were placed in there path. Together they both we're able to survive..
What are they like (personality)?: - Dexter is friendly, he usually hides his true feelings, he says the opposite of whatever he thinks. He believes that he cannot open up to anyone else out there. Dexter is also loyal and honorable, he will fight and do whatever he can for the people he loves. When it comes to politics or serious situations that might be consider a threat either to him, he takes things very seriously then.
What are their ambitions?: - Dexter's goal, is to find a master swordsman who deems him worth that he will be willing to take Dexter under his hand and train him. Another one, is to keep him and his brother alive. To make sure they have the life their father would've wanted for them.
Do they have any special skills?: - Fairly decent with a Sword, and a very charismatic guy. He can usually talk his way into things, maybe positions.
What are their weaknesses?: - Dexter has one eye, the other one blind, he is easy to manipulate when treated right. He often lets his guard down around his enemies, he is also quick to make decisions.
Give us a description of how they look (not a screenshot yet!)?: - Dexter stands tall around 6'1, he has perfectly toned built. He has long dark brownish hair, along with his hunting survival garb.

Give us a brief description of their life - their story, childhood, family: - Dante is born an only child, his mother a drunk and his father an executioner. All Dante's life was, he was a son of a killer, his father always coming home late the nights of the executions. He was left to rot alone, his mother would forget to feed him some times. As Dante grew older he begin to fend for himself. His father taught him to wield such a great fine metal work of steel, the Longsword. Dante practice countless hours, 7days a week with the blade for the rest of his life. Learning to fight and defend himself. He was a Warrior, Stronger by the years past by. His mother died when he turned 16, his father sick and mentally falling apart as the faces of lives he took run through his vivid memory. Dante saw he had only one option, he left. Never to return home, he sent forward on his new journey at living off the scraps of food he could bugger off shopkeepers. At the age of 23 he heard of a realm called Aegis from a group of bandits on the road, they spoke of a city, homes, and a place to start new. Dante thought to himself that this was his chance to begin his life as a swordsman. He sent voyage to Aegis only to reach his destination at the age of 25.
What are they like (personality)?: - Dante is an Honorable man, he will never outcast someone who is need of help. He has a straight forward attitude, sometimes liking to mix a riddle or two in his conversations just to spice things up .
What are their ambitions?: - Dante wants to become a knight of aegis, serve as a commander of his own militia. He also wants to become a teacher and role-model to others by demonstrating his particular skills in swords
Do they have any special skills?: - Master Swordsman (focuses in Longswords and shield & sword)
What are their weaknesses?: - Dante is to honorable, he would never fight against someone by outmatching them. He fights with dignity and honor, he would never before assassinations. Dante is blind in his right eye, lost it during a dual.
What do they look like?: - Achilles stands at the height of 6'1 weighing around 185. He has dark brown hair and a light skin tone. He has a lean musclier build, nothing too big that would damage his speed, but enough to strike with deadly powerful hits.

What is your name?: Dexter Vann
Do you have any previous military/combat experience?: I'm fairly decent with the Blade and Board. Primarily a Bastard Sword and small Tower shield.
Why should we recruit you?: I'm a fighter, and hella of a good one. Though words only speak so much. I can say I'm honest and loyal, I would fight for the ones who are innocent. The lives of the innocent will come before mine. I've known how to handle a sword for quite sometime, but I'm always willing to learn a few new tips to help me improve my skills to their max potential. My will, my power, and my sword will be at your side if you recruit me.
