Nope! I am not certain what the problem was. It is working now. Perhaps it was a fluke?

Hello there! It has been quite a while since I played LOTC last, and at the time, I had heard there would be a server wipe in the future. After looking over the lore, it seems that the server timeline and lore has indeed been altered and "fast forwarded" so to speak, and I was excited to log on and see how the community has matured.
When I try to log on, the server says I am not currently whitelisted. Is this because I need to submit a new character app? Or is this an error?
Please let me know what I should do. Thank you!

Definitions
This is simply so that we can get an understanding of how much you know about roleplaying. Feel free to Google the answers, but make sure that you write the reply in your own words, not another website / person's!
What is roleplaying?: Storytelling, in which each person assumes the 'role' of a character, attempting to further it's goals and supports its motivations.
What’s metagaming?: Metagaming is any situation in which you use "out of character" obtained knowledge to the benefit of your (or another) character, when that character would not have otherwise been able to do so. This is generally indicative of bad behavior and inconsistent writing.
What’s powergaming?: Powergaming is any situation in which you trespass the "lore" and "suspension of disbelief" which makes the story setting plausible simply because mechanics allow it. This is also an example of bad behavior in the context of roleplay, as it breaks immersion.

Now you actually make your character - be creative but stay reasonable! Make sure they make sense and that they follow lore. Try to come up with a character that you actually want to play.
What’s your character called?: Rylafae Maz'sar
What race are they (and sub-race)?: Dark Elf.
What sex are they?: Female.
How old are they?: 134
Give us a brief description of their life - their story, childhood, family (Include server lore when writing): Rylafae was born just following the death of her father. The elf's passing was of little note to Rylafae's mother, and it was under the thumb of such callousness that the girl was raised in the midst of Laurelin, the first city to defend against an assault by undead creatures. As Rylafae continued to grow, she studied the counter-machinations that would pass between her family and those of her neighbors, and from these squabbles she learned the importance of discretion in all things, whether it be footstep or conversation. In more recent times and following the passing of her mother also, Rylafae has chosen to rendezvous with her brother in Wilvenash, away from more hostile zones.
What are they like (personality)?: Rylafae tends to enjoy getting a rise out of people, or getting up to mischief. Some might call her ill behaved, but it's a trait that runs through her family.
What are their ambitions?: Her ambitions are to claim coin and kingdom! But. On a smaller scale, she'll can be sated with other shiny things.
Do they have any special skills?: No. Nothing to see here, folks.
What are their weaknesses?: She's a feeble creature, and values her life immensely. While she may not be persuaded by moral grounds, she is persuaded by serious threats.
Give us a description of how they look (not a screenshot yet!)?: Rylafae is a willow-like creature, ebony-skinned, with hair as snowy as as untraveled glacier. Her eyes are scarlet, befitting her race.
Anything else you want to say about them?: She loves a good drink.
