Statement from the Waldenian Embassy, Petrus:
We wholeheartedly condemn the formation of the Orenai Legion as a threat to the sovereignty of the states of the Mardonic League and frown heavily on Savoy's abandonment of its principles of mutual defence with Petrus and Werdenberg.
We thusly call for the disbandment of this divisional matter and hope that a restoration of the peace is made, as opposed to this preparation for war against the free peoples of Athera.

The treatise published would be pinned to the door of the Waldenian Embassy in Petrus, alongside a statement from the the Ambassador that simply put:
"A true Pontiff for Petrus, a true Pontiff for Aesterwald, a true Pontiff for Athera, may he come forth and smite the Banditkin Son of Sin that dares usurp holy authority!"

Mission Statement:
The Waldenian Embassy, Petrus, was established in order to best serve Aesterwald's diplomatic ties to the various states of the Mardonic League and the broader Heartland. It has long been Aesterwald's priority to maintain the liberty of citizens in the Heartland from any repeat of the historical crimes they suffered from the Carrion tyrannies, and through this tight friendship and association, serve to bring greater unity to the human race without any necessity for conquest or hegemony. At the end of the day, the Waldenian Reich seeks only to support the freedom of humanity and greater unity worldwide against the undead threat.

The Waldenian Embassy, Petrus, is located above the Bank of Petrus in the southeast corner of the marketplace, opposite the khafee house. Entrance to the Embassy is via the bank lobby.
If you are intending to see the Ambassador, be it for diplomatic reasons or to seek consular services, please make an appointment with either the Ambassador's Secretary, or by writing a letter to the Ambassador's Office.

The Ambassador would wonder why the Akovian King would accuse the northern powers of being the aggressors when Raevir raiders had refused, even with the transition of the throne, to cease their aggression against the people of Petrus.

It is with the greatest of pleasure, that I announce my appointment to the post of His Waldenian Majesty's Ambassador Plenipotentiary and Extraordinary to the Mardonic League. In this capacity, I represent and speak for His Majesty, King Arn of Aesterwald, and convey messages to him from the leaders of this League. Whilst I have presented my credentials and spoken so far to Lord Godfrey Horen of Petrus, and arranged the establishment of the Waldenian Embassy thereof, I am yet to make the acquaintance of either of you good sirs, and it would be most helpful if I could arrange to present you with my credentials and discuss the relations between our nations. Either an invitation to an audience at your court, or a visit to my embassy in Petrus would be most appreciated.
I understand the trials and tribulations that the people of the Mardonic League face, both on the frontier with the Akovian aggressor, and with such a close and looming threat of the undead menace, however I have firm confidence in your peoples to defend against them, and Aesterwald continues to pledge its support to you in order to achieve the ultimate goal of defeating both evils.
I look forward to meeting you both, and hope that it shall prove to be a productive beginning for the formalisation of our diplomatic relations.

What is roleplaying?: - Adopting a character within a roleplay environment in order to play out that character's story and interactions with other characters. Usually either done in a larger public sphere or in a tighter plot based format.
What’s metagaming?: - Using information found through OoC methods ICly, with your character having no legitimate IC cause to know that information. Usually done to gain an unfair advantage.
What’s powergaming?: - Controlling the actions of another player character, usually in order to gain an unfair advantage.

Give us a brief description of their life - their story, childhood, family (Include server lore when writing): - Born of a rather dull merchant family in Abresi, Alistair's upbringing surrounded him with finance and books, with his father's participation in merchant leagues bringing a mildly political element into his life. An only child, he spent a lot of time with local children in order to make up for his lack of siblings. He was generally disconnected from his mother, whose role was relatively minor within the household.Receiving tutelage from his father as he grew up, Alistair's understanding of money would be second to none. Unfortunately, this also brought about a slightly miserly attitude and Alistair has become slightly cold to people's concerns, such selfishness fueled by his lack of brother or sister. Despite this, however, he maintains a yearning to create his own family.Throughout his adolescence and his early adulthood, he has become increasingly devout to the True Faith and his belief in the Creator is unwavering, although his unsympathetic nature means he is unlikely to act on that devotion. That particular selfishness leading to an argument with his father, which led to him being thrown out. With only the money he had been carrying, he adopted a nomadic lifestyle and made money as a travelling trader, with every intention of settling down when circumstances permit.
What are they like (personality)?: - Miserly and selfish, Alistair is cold to people's woes, however it is possible to get under that shell and into his "circle", where he will actually care. Aside from that, he is a very loyal person, with his loyalty to the faith never coming second, but very closely followed by loyalty to whatever liege he may be serving. Dependent on mood, he can sway from relatively sociable to stubbornly irritable.
What are their ambitions?: - His ambitions are threefold: to make his own family, to secure his finances and to achieve some degree of power and influence. Wanting to spite his father for throwing him out, his life is focused on one goal in all - success.
Do they have any special skills?: - Alistair's acumen with money means he has become a very capable mathematician, able to calculate sums (especially with money) relatively quickly.
What are their weaknesses?: - His closed off nature means he has difficulty trusting people and thus whilst sociable, he can be socially unattractive at times. He also suffers from very bad seasickness.
Give us a description of how they look (not a screenshot yet!)?: - Alistair has a relatively regular appearance of a human male of average height, with a lean figure neither built nor corpulent. His green eyes and sharp nose feature on his rather unassuming face, and his raven black hair frames him. His normal clothing consists of a green jacket over a white shirt, and plain trousers - showing that he generally dresses for his station among the merchant classes.
