My appeal was accepted but im still banned... just curious as to whats up.

Do you have any past experience moderating Minecraft servers?:
Yes I do! I've had a decent amount of experience that I believe helps me become more qualified towards this position. I have several experiences as Mod/Admin alike!
I was a Moderator on the JacGaming Feed The Beast Server. Which was probably my first, and longest taste of the staff position. I got it mainly because I was extremely well known at the time, and tried my best to settle disputes, ask questions, and be active. During that moderation, I learned how to be a fair staff, and use anti grief tools. Which, at the time was the //wand. I don't remember the plugin, but it was a great one.

Where FTB was a non-PVP survival server, I was also a Moderator on their Hexxit server. Which was PVP Focused, which is a complete different side of the coin than a NonPVPsurvival. It gives you a whole new opinion and view on the server as a whole. I've learned that people will act up, and hate your decisions, and call you biased, cheater, and so on. However you need to learn to deal with it, and hold true to your decision. Which was a strange change, going from a "YAY STAFF!" To "Oh god.. Staff..."

There are other servers, I just cant remember them at the time...

Why have you decided to create a trial GM application?:

There are a few reasons...

1) There never seems to be enough staff to deal with Modreqs.. Maybe its just me, but I feel like there is a dry period at times. Usually later at night in PST.

2) I want to help. I've noticed that, as I stated earlier, there seems to be not enough staff for modreqs, or something along the lines.

3) I feel like I could be useful towards the server. I usually spend a lot of time wandering around, and doing whatever. In that time I could use it to help others, solve issues, and so on and so forth.

4) I try my best to be fair and unbiased, and to make sure i'm kept up on the rules. If i'm curious on rulings that are unclear or something, I will make sure to ask any staff who would know. Or is more knowledgable.

While I do have experience as a minecraft Staff, I also have experience In other games as staff.

I've been moderatior on TPSGaming Gmod DarkRP, EvoGaming DarkRP, Jacgaming TTT and DarkRP.

Give us a brief description of their life - their story, childhood, family (Include server lore when writing): - He grew up in a small town located in the Northern region of Anthos, where many dare to tread due to the monsters and fiends. He grew up with many friends in his small town, however one day his town was attacked by a mysterious group of bandits. He hid in the attic of his family's barn, looking through the small crevices as bandits slaughtered his entire family in many gruesome ways, taking the women alive. He was kept up that night with horrid nightmares, and when he awoke to the desolate town, he swore for revenge. He traveled and practiced his swordsmanship at a young age. Until he met a group of wandering travelers south of his home. They traveled together to Abresi, with promise of Rek as their bodyguard on the way. However, once he entered the town he didn't know what to do, so he made a living as a sellsword or a guard to those who can't protect themselves.

What are they like (personality)?: -  Hates the idea of the strong picking on the weaker ones who have no ability to protect themselves. He has a rash sort of personality, and is generally quiet unless provoked.

What are their ambitions?: - Become strong to protect the weak, so no one has to have the ones they love killed.
