quick tip, you can use the scale feature, uncheck simple scaling and scale the Z, making the person shorter, then go to head and up the Z, BAM you have a dwarf like this:

Yeah, we were aware of this feature, lol. We simply decided not to use it as it would just make the animation much more ugly in my opinion. I do not feel that the dwarven look fits the way minecraft models are shaped.

Mine-imator isn't the most powerful of programs. If you're serious about this, try out things like Cinema 4D, they're more... well... they look better, that's a first.
