What do you think the server will be like? Just, amazing, because it is a role-play server and you can do so many things.

Have you read and agreed to the rules?: yes, I do.

What’s the rule you agree with the most?:

• We don’t allow descriptive sexual roleplay of any kind. This includes explicit nudity and actions involving a character’s sexual organs. You may however ‘fade to black’ (referencing the hollywood technique where the screen literally fades to black when an explicit, sexual or violent scene is happening) for the purpose of, say, conceiving a child for your character. Fade to black means you skip the roleplay of the action, but you may roleplay out the consequences, for example having the child. Both players must consent to a Fade to Black.

This one, because it somehow protects some players' normal sense when they get involvd in this kind of rp, and there sure are some younger members on the community.

Definitions

 

These terms are a major part of the server and in a few of our rules. Please define them so that we can get an understanding of how much you know about roleplaying. Feel free to Google the answers or check on our wiki, but make sure that you write the reply in your own words, not those of another website or person!

 

What is roleplaying?: Role-play by definition means that you take over a character and act with it as realistic as possible. And, by realistic, following the community's lore and act as your character would.

 

What’s metagaming?: In a short form, metagaming is defined by the idea of using information that you gained trough ooc ways in the ic world.

 

What’s powergaming?: Powergaming appears when you, as a part of someone's role-play action, you don't let the other people respond to your role-play by doing impossible actions.

 

In-Character Information

 

Now you actually make your character - be creative but stay reasonable! Make sure they make sense and that you follow lore. Try to come up with a character that you actually want to play.

Give us a highlight of their past, What life events make your character the person they are today? This is your character's biography. It is also required to include server lore when writing. (Names of towns, major server events, ect. Most lore can be found on our wiki.):

 

Robert was born in a small family, with just one brother Alhen who was three years older than him. His mother, a housewoman would've always take care of the two brothers as their father was usualy absent from the house. His father, Aleistar, was a sailor for all his life, he worked for the Imperial Army on a great ship, a ship that could count up to seven blue whales on it's lenght. While his father was home, he'd always spend his time with his two children, Robvert and Alhen, always teaching them sailing tricks and skills and eventually take them in a long fishing trip on one of the big lakes of the area while their mother would stay home and read her life-long books.

A family would soon have to disbound it's connections. While Robert was sixteen and his brother was gone in his life's adventure, and-- eventually, dead since Robert would've never seen him again for the rest of his life, but their mother got sick, and died of Measles without even a small chance of surviving. In that moment, Robert started his own adventure, this time, in a search for his father-- but he was never told where his father's ship would eventually arrive on land. He was never thaught of something else than history as a theoretical knowledge, meaning that his only skills were fighting and most probabably sailing.

Well, for a long journey that was to come, Robert took his brother's old greatsword and a soft, leather armour that noone really used too often. But, as soon as he got out of the door, something else hit him, a courier bringing him a bag full of gold coins and a short letter that was to come from his father, writing: "my dearest family, if you recive this, I am dead. Take the gold I left you and start your new lifes without me." After that, he was alone in the whole world, eventually starting to travel from town to town and get employed for 'hits' by elven merchants.

One day was hanging in an old tavern in the city of Vekaro, while he was drinking a good cup of ale, a few mercenaires got in an argument, of course being drunk helped them to not understand eachother too good and then a brawl started. Robert, as an always helping kind, he entered the fight and managed to stop some of them, eventually getting knocked out after a few punches. When he woke up, Robert was found in an Orcish caravan, at a few miles from the city. This time he fucked up badly, but hopefully there were other two people inside the caravan he was transported with. When the caravan stopped, they quickly managed to help eachother in cutting of the ropes that were holding their hands bound. And, ran away as fast as they could do it, after one mile of intense running they were alone but, togheter. Well, they all spend a few years on an elven's captain crew, where Robert eventually managed to become a mercenary for the high ranks of the ship.

With some of the gold he owns now, Robert isn't much of a made man, but he lets the wind take him and eventually do something good with his life, not liek he did in the first part of it.

 

What are they like? (personality): He has a strong personallity, but he isn't the most determined man, he just lets the wind take him. He always wants to help but doesn't always succeed, altrough he is na good man, who doesn't have much of a remorse after killing someone he is sure was a bad person.

 

What are their ambitions?: He has none, as said, he just lets the wind take him.

 

Do they have any special skills? What are their weaknesses? (Try to list a few of both):

 

Skills:

• He is good at using a greatsword, mostly because of his strong arms.
• Sailing skills that were thaught to him by his father helped him in his life, after being kidnapped in an Orcish caravan he joined a ship crew and started a true sailor's life.
• He is a heavy drinker, meaning that he can drink a little more than the averange person and not get too drunk.
• He can create relationships with animals somewhat easier, such as foxes, hounds, wolves.

Weaknesses:

• His right shoulder is weakened after a few years navigating.
• He isn't fast, so his only advantage in a fight might be his force.
• He is easly affected emotionally.

 

Give us a description of how they look?: He is taller than the averange, not too tall, just a little bit. His strong arms make a difference in a man's look, they are obvious and he doen't really protect them with armour. He is a red-brownish haired man, with a long hair bound in a thick tail, his hair continues in an usual beard that covers some of his face.
