Briefly explain the lore behind this construct or creature:

Marko started his life as normal. He lived in a tribe with his parents in a rather normal family. However, one day, he wandered off and got lost. He searched for days and days but could never find his home. He could only find scraps to barely keep himself alive. One day, sad and alone, Marko was found by a human woman and taken into her home with her husband. They searched for a while, but they also could never find Karjo’s real parents. Eventually, they lost hope and decided to raise him themselves, teaching him the ways of knowledge and research. When he turned 19, Karjo decided to explore the world and learn more about his surroundings. Following in the footsteps of his adopted librarian parents.

Marko is a slender Kha who’s main traits are his keen mind and his quick feet. He wears a set of dark green robes. He never found shoes that fit him, so he just has some simple foot wraps. His fur is mostly light brown with black and white accents in the face. His eyes are a deep yellow color. He has long pointy ears and a tail that goes about down to his feet. He carries a satchel with him that’s always got paper and ink in it and sometimes som books.

Being raised by librarians, he’s been taught that knowledge is one’s true power. He’s very smart and always willing to learn. He’s very open-minded and can see the world from many different perspectives.

A leg up he did have on his parents, though, was that given his cat-like features, he was very quick on his feet. He was easily the fastest runner and the highest jumper in the family. This mostly was only useful for fetch quests given his rather isolated nature.

Also because of his isolated nature, he isn’t very strong and is very inexperienced. A life of study requires little physical fitness. As such, Marko isn’t much of a heavy lifter. He’d struggle with some of the jobs even a normal farmer had. There’s also only so much you can get from a book. While Marko is very educated, he’s had little experience to apply that knowledge in practice. In a “fight or flight” situation, he’d likely take the latter options due to a lack of actual practice in confronting issues directly.

Being raised by humans, Marko has a few other quirks. A Kha has a different oral structure. As such, while most of the accent of a normal Kha has been replaced with that of strict human’s study, he still has some lisps and has to repeat himself a few times to say things correctly. He also speaks rather slowly because of this. He’s very playful, but a bit paranoid of the outside world and its dangers. Being so isolated, he finds wonder in meeting new people. Sometimes even fear.

But seriously, where are all the kha? And I don't just mean why aren't there more, I mean "Where do you find ANY?"

It's too easy to find an elf, human, or maybe even orc just roaming around. (Me being new and not knowing where I'm going.)

But I've not seen one Kharajyr ever. Where would one go to find one?

I recently installed a useful and legitimate mod with no truly terrible features. It's called Inventory Tweaks. It's a mod that lets you organize your inventory with the click of a button. However, because of a few setting that are necessary to the mod's actions have been deactivated, the mod does not work and any changes  the mod tries to make are immediately reversed. I was told in a /modreq that I needed to post on the Tech Forums to get this solved. The moderator told me that this mod is allowed on the server and does not break any rules. I request that the necessary changes be made to let this mod work like it's supposed to.

If doing these things proves to cause other problems or makes other cheaters more able to cheat, then it's fine. I just wanted to address this problem.

Argothin steps down the road and stumbles along the note, after reading it he simply lets the note be."Why? It would make life so much more uninteresting. Knowing you have literally all the time in the world to do whatever you want. Sooner or later, there would be nothing left to do. It's an interesting concept, but I'll pass." Argothin then sits and pulls a book from his backpack and writes a small letter to also put on the note on the post reading: "To those of you who would be enraged by this note, this is not necessarily an evil or disgusting thing. Just an offer. Take it or leave it, don't get mad at a note." Argothin would then smirk at ,what he assumes were, the enraged reactions to this note and walks away. "Perhaps that comment was unnecessary, but I've probably caused at least one person less stress." 

Argothin comes to find, not only a few tears in the original paper, but a new note. "Pfft, some people have no important things to say. I know what I'm doing." Argothin then tears the note from the pole. Taking it with him. "Insulting someone for a simple choice is stupid within itself. Especially if it's the sharing of knowledge." 

A note sitting on a wooden pole in the easter cities reads:

I am young fellow named Argothin of Werdenberg is looking for a teacher of the voidal magic telekinesis. If you know of anyone who can teach me or can do so yourself, please contact me or Gorn of Werdenburg. I am in the eastern cities, near Petrus and the undead mine.

I just wanted to ask, since it's not in the rules, if another character is a part of your roleplay, are you allowed to use that character in text based combat? I was in an RP fight and I used the character. Since it's not in the rules, I just want to make sure.

Biography 

Argothin is a nomad. He left his tribe as a Kitten since his Munna died as a child and his Patta left him when he was young. They were a poor family so no one knew them and Argothin was too afraid to talk to anyone. He although had to take his Mua'na ,Maya, with him. She was only 1 year old when he left. Now, as a nomad, he sifts through the sandy dusts of Deus Proditor looking for a better way to live. He doesn't know much of the Daemons or their evil intentions. He is a simple man.

All Argothin wants is to protect Maya. He has looked to research for this and determined the best way to do this is combat.  Argothin, in his travels has learned to hunt, gather, fish, read, and even cook. He, along with most other Kha's isn't very good with people and doesn't have a good singing voice, however only one thing angers him enough to stoop to violence. If someone threatens hid Mua'na, his blood-lust overtakes him until he feels the danger is gone. Be it a Kha or not. He is ready to fight even the Abyss to protect his Mua'na

He had to travel at a young age for personal reasons. Using what his mother taught him he hunts gathers and defends all for the sake of his sister. Wielding his staff, he is ready to take on even the Abyss for the sake of his sister.

Argothin obsesses over magic. He although doesn't care for the gods so he doesn't like to use it too much. He's studied s magic since he was a kitten. He's advanced-ish in the field and is always willing to learn more.
