What is roleplaying?: Roleplaying is so much more than just taking the role of a character and interacting with others who do likewise. It's entertainment, a sport! It means a lot to me. You're able to be whoever you want, do things you couldn't do in real life, and have tons of fun!

What is metagaming?: Metagaming is using information that you've gained through out-of-character means and using it in-character. For example, I read the biography of somebody I just met and suddenly know their exact age. A good RPer would make a guess of their age based on the real one, not say their exact age. So like "You look around 50 years old!" instead of "Are you 53?"

What is powergaming?: Otherwise known as Godmodding, Powergaming is a frustrating way of making your character so overpowered that nobody can beat them. It can also be used for petty things like breaking into a chest with a single lockpick without even possessing the skill to, or even a lockpick! An example would be; *Johnny swings his axe and slices the man's head clean off* Johnny didn't let the other guy have time to react to the attack!

Biography  (Please make it a decent two paragraphs long. Remember to add server lore, and events that happened to your character so that they don’t contradict history.):

     Caitlyn was born in the town of Werdenberg not too far from the Human Capital city. She grew up to a baker's family, helping her mother and father bake delicious treats and sweets. She grew up learning that no matter how awful something might be, It can always be fixed with a happy smile and a little elbow grease. When she was 12, she was allowed to go out on her own to get some ingredients for a cake her Mother was making for her Father's birthday. However, as she was out, a slave trader spotted her and sent his men after her, grabbing the poor girl and taking her from her family.

     The years of her early teenage life were horrible, but she remembered what her parents had taught her about smiling and elbow grease. She worked hard for a slave. Harder than most. The traders were very pleased with the effort she put into her forced job, and allowed her a nicer living area and better food. She was 16 when she was sold off to a rich merchant to work in their mansion as a housemaid, a job she kind of enjoyed over the other things she was forced to do. The job wasn't bad; clean the house, cook the meals, feed the pets. It was a good, simple life. She was fed appropriately and praised for doing good work every now and then.

     Over the years, the merchant and his family came to love their little maid, and actually gave her a bedroom of her own and a wage for her future. She made 5 minas a week. The most she's ever made in her life. The merchant even granted her freedom if she ever chose to take it. But she remained their loyal maid. It was when she was 19 when the merchant had decided to move locations and sell his mansion. Caitlyn was offered to come along, but wanted to stay, and accepted her freedom. With a happy smile and a wave to her former master, the two parties separated, and she was left alone on the road without a job, a small handful of coins, and driving ambition to find herself a new home.

Personality Traits: Charming, happy, obedient, joyful, she has a slight German-type accent.

Ambitions: Caitlyn wishes to find a new home to be the housemaid of. Her life in the mansion was infinitely better than her life growing up as a slave, so she knows nothing better than to be a housemaid. She wants to eventually make enough money to retire and live a happy elderly life.

Strengths/Talents: Very good at cooking and cleaning, wonderful to be around, always happy and smiling when around the people she's familiar with, extremely polite.

Weaknesses/Inabilities: Terrified of nearly everything and anything. Very timid and shy at times. She also has a stutter, and she's colourblind to blue.

Appearance (List the extra details of your characters appearance, IE; height & weight): She stands at about 5'3", and is only 112 pounds soaking wet. She wears a simple maid uniform, the type that are actually modest, instead of slutty. Her hair is blonde and she has emerald green eyes.
