It was a pleasure working for this amazing city, so much fun I have had here, from hosting trainings with the Vigil to discussing matter with the Silver Council and everything in between. This has been the best job of my life and I want to thank each and every one of you for always complimenting my work and being a well rounded society. Resigning was not an easy choice and took many hours of internal debate on whether I should retire from my position.

A quick word of advice to the next Tilurir'mali... Do not get behind with the citizens, always stay alert to changes of families, always make sure the citizens are well taken care of. Prepare for many hours of staring at documents and many meetings with the Silver Council and citizens.

A word to the citizens.. Look for a Tilurir'mali that sets aside personal pleasure and focuses in on you and most importantly one who is dedicated to the housing.. Never stop bugging the Tilurir'mali.. He is to be a servant to you, not the other way around. It is his job to satisfy you and provide for you.

Pay determined upon hiring

Foreman

Responsible for supervision of assigned crew, if member of crew does not fill quota the Foreman is responsible for making up the difference

Pay 25% Higher than Laborer (Ex: 1 Laborer makes 100 mina Foreman makes 125)

Responsible for seeking out orders from various locations

Pay is Commission (10% of Sales)

Yes we called backup, when someone brings 9 people to a raid then you have to call back up. 

Let's recap the rules you broke as well. You're trying to start **** for no reason so I will to :)

— Breaking raid cap rules
— Breaking raid cool down rules
— Running from role play
— Removing all of his items without region owner consent, from a rebelling settlement, while he was offline, with no prior RP

Go buy some of this, it might help.

Yes, we have the entire rebel force behind our back, as showed yesterday when we successfully defended an unauthorized 9 man raid and killed most of the Gold Corps that were raiding.

It also makes sense, if you're rebelling... you shouldn't have a cart or a boat in the capitals docks, it just makes sense logically and rp'ly IMO
