Io called over to some nearby women at the Sanctuary,
"Have you seen Andrus? I think I'm pregnant with his child. Exciting isn't it?"
They gasped and frowned,
"Come with us. Sit down."

Have you been previously banned or warned, and if so how many times and for what?: I have never been banned. I once received a 0 point warning for double posting when I first started using the Forums.
How much time a week can you dedicate to Forum Moderation?: It will vary week by week depending on school work and my time allotted. I will always try my best to have a minimum of 8-9 hours a week of complete and wholesome Forum Moderation (actually doing something). I can assure that I will be able to meet this minimum count, especially on the weekends. However, I'm not saying that I won't go all out one week and do 15 hours or more.
What experience do you have using forums, or as a staff member on this server?: I have been an FM before, as well as an ET. I know when to give warning points and how many, when to hide posts, how to NEVER DELETE A POST OR THREAD, who to ask for questions if I'm not sure, how to be accessible to players in game, how to finish trades on the forums, how to contact players about their inactive threads, how to move threads, etc. I know how to be a mature staff members that doesn't base decisions off of their personal feelings. I really do love to volunteer my time to help out others/the server.
Why should you be a Forum Moderator?: I'll be concise instead of padding the application with fluff (since I explained a bit above too); I'm not emotionally attached to LotC, so I have no qualms about following protocol if that means giving warning points to some of my in-game friends. I try my best to follow all of the rules, and I educate myself on them because I don't want to break them. I know what to look for as a FM because of my previous experience as one, and I'm capable of following directions. It's honestly kind of relaxing to go through posts/threads and make them better; I enjoy the methodical hiding of posts. *shrug*
Anything else you'd like to mention?: (If this isn't your first time applying, feel free to link previous applications here.)
I understand that there aren't any positions open right now, but I'm willing to wait. No rush. No need to comment below.

200 Minas Per Week.
Class B-Large Home
100 Minas Per Week(Unless deemed extremely large, where additional taxing will occur).
Class C-Stall/Home
50 Minas Per Week.
Class D-Public Externality(See Definitions Below)
Pardoned of Tax.
Definitions
Public Externality-A public externality is defined as a benefit to society without the society choosing to support said benefit. E.g. Library, Military, Church. These externalities would be pardoned of tax, and their tax will be attributed to the positive impact that this buildings make on an impact.
Shop-A building that offers goods through face-to-face sale.
Stall-A building that offers goods through bidding or without face-to-face interaction.
Large Home-Defined as case-by-case depending on the population it can hold and the space taken up.
Small Home-Defined as case-by-case depending on the population it can hold and the space taken up.
Punishments
Public Externality-If the externality does not provide its goods, services, or if it does not qualify as a “positive” externality anymore, it will be forced to undergo a fine or eviction, depending on the severity of the non-fulfillment.
Shop-If the shop has not paid its taxes within 2 weeks and is still selling goods, it will be forced to pay 800 minas(twice the amount not paid). If the shop is not active, then it will need to be evicted and repay the taxes missed in the future.
Stall-If the stall has not paid its taxes within 2 weeks and still has goods stocked for selling, it will be forced to pay 200 minas(twice the amount not paid). If the stall is not active(unstocked goods for 2 weeks), then it will need to be evicted and repay the taxes missed in the future.
Large Home-If the large home has not paid its taxes within 2 weeks, all belongings of the home will be the property of Felsen, and the missing taxes may need to be repaid in the future.
Small Home-If the small home has not paid its taxes within 2 weeks, all belongings of the home will be the property of Felsen, and the missing taxes may need to be repaid in the Future. The taxes will be exempt unless in a case of crisis, in which the owner will be liable to repay the missed taxes.
Disagreements and Policies
Disagreement with Citizens-If there is a disagreement between a citizen, two (2) other supporters and the punishment offered by these sets of rules, or if a government official wishes to provide a different form of punishment, it will be taken to a higher court to decide the punishment.
Amendment Policy-
If changes are sought to the tax system or the punishment system for taxing, it will be taken to a higher court to approve the change, or at the Mayor’s discretion.
If the Mayor’s decision is deemed unfair by seven (7) or more citizens or other government officials, then the case will be taken to a higher court.
The higher court has one week to hold a hearing.

What are the staff teams doing to increase new-player retention rates? I try to help out all of the new players that I see come online, and a lot of them truly DO need help. I feel like staff should try to help out more instead of me (a regular player) doing some roleplay tutorials for them.
Are there any ways for players to get some land that isn't through a nation leader? Ex: if my character wanted to set up camp at the old dark elf city, I would have to ask a ton of different players to get a campsite there despite it being unused, ruined land (trust me I've tried). Is there some sort of way to address that?
Does Media Team still exist?
When (if it is) is 5.0 coming?
