I've been on several RP servers before and this wasn't properly implemented, I'm glad it's something you guys have and are using.

How did you find out about Lord of the Craft?:
Honestly, I've been heavily into the RP side of Minecraft for the last several years, as a matter of fact, I was working on my own server for a long time, but, I didn't have the resources or following to go really far with it. I found out about LoTC when I was looking up what my competitors would be like. Oh how the mighty have fallen (in a good way, all I really wanted to do was just RP). Now you actually make your character - be creative but stay reasonable! Make sure they make sense and that they follow lore. Try to come up with a character that you actually want to play.

Alistair was born a Highlander, just outside of Vandoria, he was a man raised with the roots, a farmer, a man of Wymer blood. You see, the great and well withered Wymer name holds literally, absolutely, inescapably... no value whatsoever, you could literally ask anyone in all of Vailor who the Wymer's are, and nobody could tell you. Why? Well because the generations upon generations before our dear Alistair, were all absolute hog-toss at farming. Seriously. The only thing his family managed to grow was Cactus Green, and even then, it didn't even give the proper burn in the lungs.
As a matter of fact, they were pits at everything, you name it. Fishing? Alistair's grand-pap, Marmo, once spent 8 hours on the lake, just to catch a minnow, that slapped about so much, it gave him a black-eye. Baking? Alistair's mum once baked a mince pie so rank, folks three villages down got food poisoning. I'm serious, right hand to god. As a matter of fact, Alistair's last living relatives, his cousins, Laht and Rayne, were recently gutted by a baby boar out on there weekly hunting expedition attempt. You may be thinking, "but that isn't Alistair, who is Alistair?" Alistair is exactly that, or he's trying to find out if he can be anything but, because all his life he's been nothing but a Wymer, a screw-up, a really bad and poorly executed joke. So now, seeing as Alistair is the last of the Wymer's, he's just got to figure out who he is without his family, and on top of that, he's just got to try really hard not to be super awful at everything.
Personality Traits: (what are your character's quirks?; habits?; likes and dislikes?)
Alistair is really, well, soft spoken. He minds his own, and sort of avoids others. Unless of course he's got drink in him, then he's a bit more bold, but definitely not rude. His mum taught him manners, don't you mind that. But he's a good man, polite, quiet, and he loves to go on walks.
Ambitions: (what does your character aspire to be?)
Not awful... he just wants to be good at everything he can, he wants to be educated. Have a well structured and healthy living for himself. Have a farm, sell goods at the market, settle down, have a family. Not die at an early age because of some ridiculous boar related accident.
Strengths/Talents: (what is your character really, really good at?)
Honestly? Alistair isn't particularly good at anything... well, I mean besides writing. He enjoys poems, and books. He wants to write and have his work sold and spoken about. That and he does love fishing, something about sitting out on that lake, bring in a salmon... mmmph, heaven.
Weaknesses/Inabilities: (what is a skill that your character needs to work on?)
Pretty much everything, or so that's what his family name says. He's mainly pits at talking to women, seriously, his palms get all gross, and he chokes up. It's really sad.
Appearance: (what does your character look like?; how tall are they?; hair color?; scars?)
Toned, he did grow up feeding himself, and trying to survive on little to no in-come. He's skinny, tanned, a few minor scars here and there, one mainly on his right hand from when his brother Marlow was trying to peel and potato, and accidentally reared back shoving the peeling knife through Alistair's palm. Other than that, he's dark of hair, has a scraggly beard, and wears an old vest given to him by his grand-pap after his passing (awful bee-hive incident, seriously, his whole face was essentially just like, a zit).
