His Royal Majesty’s Armed Forces of Haense

PURPOSE

The Third Royal Army of Haense serves as the standing army of the Kingdom of Haense. It is the Royal Army’s duty to patrol the realm and keep the King’s Peace. Men of the Royal Army serve as protectors of the Highlander people and as wardens of the Yatl Wastelands, and are often found patrolling the southern lands to ensure the kingdom’s safety.

RANKING

LORD MARSHAL

Appointed by His Majesty, the Lord Marshal is the overall commander of the Royal Army. He leads the Army on campaign and into battle, his command carried out without question.

COMMANDANT

Appointed by the Lord Marshal himself as the second in command of the Royal Army. The Commandant will take charge in the absence of the Lord Marshal, and handles day to day training.

MAJOR

Majors are veteran officers of the Royal Army. They’ve served for years and are able to lead whole regiments into battle. They are among the oldest and most experienced of the army.

CAPTAIN

Captains have shown their ability to lead, and earned the respect of those under them. They are charged  with taking command leading their fellow soldiers.

SERGEANT

Sergeants are soldiers who have been given command over a small cohort of Royal Soldiers. They should be capable of leading their fellow soldiers in battle against the greatest of enemies.

MASTER-AT-ARMS

Those who earn this rank have proven themselves in the field of battle, having become veterans of many wars. Master-at-Arms are what all soldiers should strive to be.

MAN-AT-ARMS

Men-at-Arms make up the bulk of the army. They are soldiers who have fought a few battles and have earned many scars.

FOOTMAN

The Royal Army’s newest soldiers. Footmen are armed with a shield and a pike and should strive to prove themselves to their fellow soldiers.

SPECIALIZED RANKS

QUARTERMASTER

Quartermasters are tasked with maintaining the Royal Army’s armory and providing his fellow soldiers with rations of food, arms and armor, and an assortment of various supplies.

PHYSICIAN

It falls upon a physician’s shoulder to keep the health of our soldiers in a good state, both of body and mind. They often roam the fields after a battle to tend to the wounded men.

You think that's a good ban appeal system, Chorale? It'll allow staff members to ignore a player who has been banned and completely restrict them from the game. You think that'll be good for the retention of players? People already complain on the forums that Admins ignore them through discord when they appeal their community guidelines violation. This won't be any different.

Robert glared upon the dozens of undying beasts that surrounded and lashed against his comrade, the supposed never-dying knight Mercer. The man bellowed and barked incoherent words at the countless undead below as tears trickled from his eyes; impotence, rage and sorrow choked Robert's heart. The would-be knight implored the darkstalker of old to remain unyielding against the dozens, but only the crack of bones was heard-- his acquaintance and brother-in-arms had collapsed to the corpses.

"Mercer!" Robert roared as a curious cadaver seized the knight’s soul, contained within his cage of bones. An orcish hand grasped Robert’s pauldron, dragging the broken Raider of the Respite from the depths, and as he was forced to draw away, the shattering sound of Mercer's perish pierced his ears, withering the remaining hope in his being. Wrath bloomed within him.

Robert's gaze set upon Lurcano and the courier from afar, overhearing and observing the Narisgoth of the War Nation of Krugmar converse with the messenger. "Hmm," the man uttered, and sauntered after the courier after he had departed. Upon reaching him, he nodded at the courier's message, and wandered into the distance.

All right, I’ll start off by saying that Creamiest and I stopped being friends about a month ago, and that I’ll probably look like an ass by saying this, but that won’t change my opinion on the matter. As she has stated in the application, she’s somewhat new, and in many ways, unaware of how the server operates. As far as I could see when she and I roleplayed frequently, her knowledge on the server’s lore is really low, and the scenarios that she provided (the same scenarios she used in her previously denied application) are cliché, aimless and unoriginal.

Furthermore, she has shown an incredibly immature personality in the recent past. An example can be the obnoxious and pointless drama she caused on a daily basis in the Kaz’Ulrah discord server. She always resorts to powergame whenever she enters a roleplay fight, and when things do not go her way she goes berserk  against you in the OOC chat. Her emotes are poorly written, and her characters are repetitive, as all of them share the same personality (hers).

In conclusion, she is not, in any way, ready to be part of the ET. But if she corrects her issues, and if she spends some time thinking about fresh and innovative scenarios she could probably do well, but not at the moment or anytime soon. I’m sorry Creamiest. I appreciated you as a friend, but you’re not the type of person I’d enjoy seeing in the ET and I’m sure many others agree with me on this one.

Einar Stormbreaker sat alone upon his chair inside his cabin in the Ithrun’drakna. He stared at the wall for hours on end, letting his mind drift away as he pondered about his life. Einar took a piece of parchment and dipped his quill in a pot of ink and began writing on it slowly, choosing his words carefully.

To the dwarves of the Kingdom of Kaz’Ulrah,

I have to leave, my friends. With Barradin, Morug and most of our kin gone there is nothing left for me here. This world no longer interests me. That’s why I must submit myself to the tides, and the winds, and the will of the gods. Come what may.

In the sea, I shall find myself once more. I hope to come back to our kingdom in the future, but if I am fated to be taken by the tide then worry not about my soul, for I shall feast with our ancestors in the halls of Kaz’A’Dentrumm if the gods deem it so. Farewell to you all, and may the gods guide your paths even through the darkest of times.
