I want to clarify that I don't have some kind of personal vendetta against you, like I said: I've only spoken to you once. I simply posted my experience with you like is expected when you apply for such an important position, but you are not even willing to acknowledge your own actions. Instead you try to call me a liar, like I'm out to ruin your reputation with my lies. 

 

The fact that you are still trying to turn me into the bad guy by providing altered evidence is for me the ultimate proof that you are not cut out to be in any kind of staff position.

I think it'd do a lot of good to go for something more akin to your experiences listed--like forum moderating--in order to first prove yourself to the community and to the staff that you are able to handle responsibility of this server specifically.

The Black-Desert community has sort of died down greatly, I'm mostly approving new posts/watching reported content now. Even though I'm still a moderator, I should just kill it off and put an end date on it. For the Life Studios, I was just given the position a few days ago, one of the head admins approached me and asked me if I was interested in it as he was one of the head admins at Renegade-Gaming (as listed). It's pretty much just a Teamspeak job, I keep open in the side, I'm not really doing much forum work at the moment. As I currently am, I'm able to spend a lot of time here at LOTC especially with a developing story line I'm having with Dizpanda15. 

I've obtained the ability to give a lot of patience towards individuals, as seen in Element Animation, I've worked with very young children for over a year and have adapted ways to restrain myself and behave in a child friendly environment which would include zero tolerance for swearing and being respectful at all times. From DayZRP, I've learned how to deal with thousands of people who're older than 16 (16+ community) and help keep the server maintain it's high quality roleplay and learned how to work with the staff team handling reports/ban appeals etc. 

As of now, I'm interested in any staff position, as long as I'm able to keep busy, which is why I'm currently a staff member in two other communities. I'd like LOTC to replace Black-Desert.

Currently, there's nothing I would change about the server. The system is very well done and I would never change anything without consulting other members of staff and the community. I'm sure as time passes, I will have suggestions in the future.

The worst quality about me is I may come off a little trollish since I'm not seen as an staff role model. I can improve this by calming down a bit.

I personally think this is a silly question. When you're new to staff, you should look up to all of your colleagues for advice, not just a select few. So to answer the question, I'd look up to everybody to have the best learning experience as possible.

#Who do you not get along with on the current team?:
 
I will always do my best to get along with the staff team no matter what. If I do not get along with a certain staff member, I'll attempt to make amends or talk to another staff member about the issue. Team members should always work together.

I have plenty of free time and I don't see that changing any time soon.

Why should you be a Forum Moderator?:

Moderating forums is one of my favorite hobbies, I find it much more enjoyable than actually playing the game itself. Every community I've been apart of and obtained a staff position, at least some form of staff work.. in the communities provided, you will see what exactly was expected of me.

I feel that there's lots of work to be done on the forums and I'm somebody who has the patience, time, and experience to get things done. As SpaceofAids can attest to, I'm not somebody who can be offended and have always been known to treat people equally and fairly due to years of experience. I'm also a girl.

It's not a solution but it's a way for you to help the developers investigate the issue to ensure that this never happens again for you. I'm pretty certain you won't be compensated the items going off of no refund on lost items policy.. however I may be wrong.
