What is roleplaying?:Roleplaying is playing as someone else, a character, like in a TV show, play, movie , it is also just as difficult as being a real life actor as you have to think what would your character say, remember rules, lore of the game you are playing too.. Unlike actors there is no lines to remember,and most of the time it isn't even a pre-made character, it is completely original which makes it twice as fun.
What is metagaming?:When you make your character know what is going on, like someone in trouble, when they shouldn't and doing something to stop it , like knowing what is going on where they are and gathering the right objects or people before saving them.
What is power-emoting (powergaming)?:Powergaming is when you force your actions upon another, example:
Lisa:*shoots arrow at Jonathon and it hits him in the eye making him blind*
The other player has to have a choice in what happens, otherwise it isn't fair at all.
In-Character Information Now you actually make your character -be creative but stay reasonable! Make sure they make sense and that they follow lore. Try to come up with a character that you actually want to play.

Character’s race: (you can find all the playable races here.)Candwen is a wood elf, I like how they are believed to be the oldest elven race yet don't oppress the other sub-races for it. They seem very kind and friendly and I like that.

Her father ,Uamen,was a carpenter , he made many beautiful ornaments for Candwen when she was a child, and tried to keep her away from all danger. Though Uamen tried to make his daughter see the world through rose coloured glasses, she soon discovered there was more to the world than Wood elves and Laurelin. All she has ever wanted to do was travel, more specifically travel to the Felsen in the Holy Orenian empire. Candwen has always been the perfect girl, up until she discovered the world of course but more information on that later, she did everything her father told her too, she learnt how to carve many things such as tables, wooden swords & really bad sculptures, because honestly, Candwen doesn't have the artist talent. Instead she has the vocals of her mother, and her grey eyes too, she adores singing and at times has written her own ballads, her father would listen to her and be amazed. Candwen didn't have many friends when she grew up, despite her fiery personality, her father just kept her away from others in case something bad happened to her, he didn't want to lose his only girl left.
At 16 Candwen discovered a map when she was exploring a usually locked room in her house, on the map had so many different places. As soon as she had discovered the map she made her way to do research on the different areas, discovering Felsen was populated with humans -and elves so she wouldn't be lonely- she decided that was where she wished to travel to and make her life,being a wood elf was getting boring when all she did was sing and carve wood, go to the library, eat, socialize very little and help out her father-She couldn't spend her long life doing purely those activities once she had found all this!Day by day, Candwen discovered more and more of the real world, she discovered that human boys were immensely attractive and they married at young ages there, she also discovered the curse her father had failed to inform her about, a curse which made it hard for elves to have children, and at the age of 500 they became infertile.But that was only a minor detail to her, she was focused on her plans to leave Laurelin at 18 summers and start her new life in Felsen surrounded by markets nobles and more. Candwen had also decided that once she had stayed in Felsen, she would move on to more places, not exactly knowing where ,YET.She discovered magnificent things such as magic, and promised to herself she would find a magic teacher, she wanted to become a mage or druid,it was her new goal.
And so, at 18 summers, Candwen Hurdes snuck out of her house at midnight, to start her new life...
Personality Traits: (what are your character's quirks?; habits?; likes and dislikes?)Candwen has a fiery spirit, she is in good health and very energetic. She loves books, adventures & discovering new things, although she finds it hard to make friends, she tries her best. She often has sarcastic come backs, but is also very kind and caring and able to keep a conversation up, not without awkward moments tho. Although there are many good things about her, she is extremely stubborn, it takes a lot to persuade her and when her mind has made a decision, it is usually final. She never speaks of her mother, and knows nothing about her either.
Ambitions: (what does your character aspire to be?)Candwen wants to travel the world around her and meet people, she wants to study magic and become a master at it. And if all else fails, she wishes to become a librarian and find love.
Strengths/Talents: (what is your character really, really good at?)Candwen is fantastic at archery, having being taught how to shoot an arrow straight into the bulls-eye when she was 10. She is also very good at singing, but she doesn't count that as a talent because it is natural in a way for her.
Weaknesses/Inabilities: (what is a skill that your character needs to work on?)Candwen needs to work on her self defense, she absolutely cannot throw a good punch , the only form of self dense she knows is how to kick a man where the sun doesn't shine if they bother her.She also wishes to strengthen her mind, Candwen has a very weak mind and usually her only protections are sarcasm and stubborn-ness. She is an open book and hates that fact, one comment and she could be in tears or have smoke coming out of her ears from anger, sometimes making her do unpredictable things.

She wears both long and short dresses that cover her back, she can sometimes she's seen sporting flower crowns in her hair or different hairstyles.
