Born in Johannesburg to a wealthy family, Jerry Cali was introduced to literature at a very young age. His mother, Saylor Blanco died while giving birth to the great Jerry Cali. His father Pablo Cali was a renowned organizer and instructed Jerry until his demise in a raid. Jerry; then 16 years old continued his studies in private. He took his father's library of past works and studied them thoroughly. Jerry Cali then went on to become a top tier Seneschal within many organizations and is now most noted for his immaculate organizational skills; this allotting him his nickname the Organizational Guru. He is well known for his custom tailored, very stylish outfits. He is currently the Director of Organization for the Altasian Merchant Collective.

• What is your availability: Current work schedule I am available typically between 4:30 pm - 10 pm EST, weekends are always unpredictable and is dependent on scheduled dinners I must attend.

• Tell us an issue you currently experience on the server: In my opinion I think the GM team could use some work. In particular the consistency varies greatly between each of the members. Although not all are like this, I would say roughly 75% need to improve or be cut from duty.

• How do you feel individual GMs should present themselves?: GM's should always remain in a professional manner, whether that is directly dealing with a mod request or in out of character Skype interactions. These members are the face of the community and this is what new and existing players look to and judge the server.

• How do you feel the GM team collectively should present itself?: Hence the word "Team" I feel the GM's should act as one unit. If ever a situation arises where you are unsure of a rule or what to do each person should ask the other members for guidance and advice; this would help the inconsistency issue. If one member is sub par this should make the group as a whole value themselves as failures. Together a team with a winning attitude can achieve more in less time and have fun doing it. There should be no excuse for not being great if you are on this sacred team which is tasked with the immense responsibility of essentially running the server.

• Please list three players who will vouch for you: Tibertastic , Hoster102 , Birdnerdy (Karolus_)

• What is your relationship with the members of the current GM Team?: I have had disagreements with a staff member, although there was no one on one conflict I admit to criticizing them publicly. I don't feel great about doing this and honestly shouldn't have to, but this will not effect future relations in an way. On the flip side every mod request that is handled by a great GM I make sure to publicly recognize them and emphasize how great they treated me.  If selected I would be more than happy to go into great detail on both sides of the situation. 

• What are your finest and worst traits?: My worst trait is by far taking things too serious or too far. Eddy Wilson really made me reconsider some of my actions recently and have really reflected on this. I  am so used to being the boss and having a team with the mindset of what needs to happen. I do not accept anything below excellence and frustrates me when I receive insufficient results from people. Some times I take this too far and am now realizing I need to slow it down, take a minute and analyze the situation and realize this is not the office, this is a game, and more than likely I am dealing with a younger kid. 
  
  My finest trait(s) would be professionalism within tasks. Whenever I am doing something I value I take great pride in submitting top tier results. One in game example of this would have to be the company I created, 'Intlex Incorporated'. I had a strict guideline policy and an employee handbook and each new hire must read thoroughly and be asked about. The handbook covers everything the player would need to know and is very well made and professional. I have ledgers listing every transaction and important detail. I feel the reader of this post could ask any notable member within the game about my documentation skills and each one would say I'm among the top. Personally I feel I am the best at this and continually state I challenge anyone in game to out perform me in this subject. From my workplace history professionalism carries over to my every day life. Anything I put my name to I ensure that it is done to the best of my abilities.
  
  An additional fine trait I have would be leadership. Again, ranging from the workplace to my LOTC company and beyond, anything I am to lead I make sure to outperform any who may be in the same competition as me. Likewise the reader of the post could ask any notable member in this game. Geoff and Leader go hand and hand.

• Tell us about your time on Lord of the Craft: I originally joined this server to get back to the basics of documentation, organization, and management. As silly as it may sound, Lord of the Craft offers all of these in the simplest forms. I have undertaken each of these throughout my time here. I have most notably been a Seneschal which requires great documentation and organizational skills. I have led an in game company which requires all three of the listed skills. I started in Jberg and became the Seneschal for the ODST, then I took 6 months off as my work load nearly doubled when we took on a new client. I came back, went to Courland, and quickly proved my capabilities and landed another Seneschal position known as Lord Seneschal of Courland, and later held a position on the Privy Council. While I resided within Courland. I opened my business Intlex Incorporated and got right to work. We shot up and bought the Aleksandrian Tavern and Market Street 3 Shop. (This was the maximum I could buy within the city due to Steward rules). I bought a 250,000 square meter plot for a storage compound, later Copenhagen Manor and then moved out to Yowlin (in Urguan) to secure an iron stall, Farm, and Large Tavern / 'Hotel' combo. We then ventured into the Urugan main city to buy the first shop in the city making this our main Armor and Weapons shop. I then made a deal with Lorraine and secured three more properties and included a 750x750 plot of land. (Revoked our agreement and opted out of the deal). I then quit Courland based living as I seen how terrible the Government was (Besides Outspoken and Joel) and then moved into the North, again I quickly proved my value and became Lord Seneschal of the North. When the 6th reformation of the Holy Orenien Empire arose, I was granted the honorable position of Imperial Steward and is where I currently reside. I urge the judges of this application to venture out and question the other members of the listed groups and governments and ask how i performed. The members I listed as references have each been a part of my adventure and can without a doubt say they would confirm I have done exceptional. 

• What parts of the server are you most interested in?: As I previously stated I enjoy the market place aspect and the ability of running a life. I brought up the idea of a stock market to 501 and publically announced it as well, I feel it is too difficult and advanced for this community without it being a plugin, I really enjoy the ability to rise through the ranks from nothing just as I did. It really is a great time here and has much more room to grow. Hopefully I will earn the opportunity to prove my value and contribute to this wonderful fictional scenario.  I thank each of you that actually read my application beginning to end. I hope I intrigued you in some fashion and look forward to continuing my adventure here.

• Other than yourself, who of the current applicants would you like to see on the GM Team?: While I am unfamiliar with the majority of the community besides my direct partners of my current or former groups, one member that I seen apply today would be none other than Tsuyose. This man is fair and consistent and every encounter i've had with him. He stays even keel and I respect him greatly as a human and as a leader within the game. This being said it is not my decision to pick staff members nor do I know the criteria and is best left to the professionals.

Character : Geoff Copenhagen -

 

 

                        Geoff Copenhagen was born on the outskirts of Felsen, his father Julian Copenhagen was a simple farmer and mother died at birth.. Geoff was to follow in the footsteps of his father and be a farmer living a simplistic life. While strolling into Felsen an elderly traveler with two guards at his side handed the young Geoff a satchel of books and instructed him to devote his time and energy into reading and acquiring knowledge, promising Geoff prosperity if he took his advice. For the next decade Geoff read these handful of books cover to cover, analyzing every point of the economic based literature. One sunny afternoon on the 3rd of Suns Smile, his father Julian was tending the crops when a group of raiders slaughtered him in the fields… Geoff was lost and hopeless not knowing where to go..

 

                        He decided to wander into the Felsen city limits. He joined the Felsen watch and had basic training in combat.. Quickly Geoff learned while he is a poor warrior his strategy exceeded all of his peers… The general took note of this and offered Geoff a Seneschal position… Geoff proceeded throughout life training his mind in strategy, economics, organization, documentation, and leadership skills. Through the years he has stayed within Military organizations working as a Seneschal. Geoff moved on from the Seneschal positions to build his wealth and became a businessman. He focused on eternalizing his legacy by growing his company Intlex Incorporated and furthered the development of nations he had vested interests in.

 

                        In Geoff’s senectitude he has reverted back to what he knows best, he was briefly The Lord Seneschal of Courland and held a seat on the Privy Council. Quickly he learned how the majority of the Courlandic government operated, he decided to move on. He remains neutral with Joseph Alexander and Frederick Baden, as they’ve remained fair and consistent throughout Geoff's stay in Courland. Through business deals in Urguan; Kerwyr Frostbeard remained a true friend, this earning him a lifetime of gratitude. Today, Geoff is the current Seneschal of the North, with his forward thinking and vast knowledge of documentation, organization, and management he looks forward to establishing and seeing a Northern Empire arise. With his seasoned age he has learned to be blunt with everyone, whether it’s kicking the Prince Frederick Baden out of a meeting so he can have his seat; all the way down to the simplest General laborer of Intlex. Geoff Copenhagen knows one thing, weakness is futile.

Intlex’s proudest landmark can be found here. Located on a truly captivating 250,000 square meter plot of land would be the location of Intlex’s World Headquarters. Within these walls is a breathtaking tower that seems to reach to the clouds. Floors of offices for employees of Intlex reside within these walls, meeting rooms, a large bar with a resting area, and a fully equipped kitchen can be found within. Among the top floors of this building is a glass viewing room which overlooks the entire landscape of the Headquarters. Next to the office building is a vast storage facility storing not only Intlex materials, but a world class protected vault for citizens across the world to store items for safe keeping. Across the way you will find a workshop for all skillsets to craft at, employee housing with varying sizes to accommodate our staff, manors of regarded traders and clientele, a large breeding ground with several barns, and lastly as far as the eye can see would rest debatably the largest farm lands in the world. Agnar Reyurnt lives in the Jarldom of Mjöl, now more commonly in Courland and Lorraine. Having a distaste for war and fighting through his younger years of traveling and wars he's been apart of. Agnar is hard to anger, at least harder than some norlanders, and prefers negotiations over fighting. Though preferring not to fight, Agnar will not stand to have his home, family, or friends threatened. The more studious of his brothers Agnar has a thirst for knowledge. Agnar is also the most religious of his brothers, leading him to becoming a red priest. After the town of Mjol became inactive, Agnar took to learning magic and finding work in Courland.

Character : Conrad Roswell

 

Conrad was born in Krakow Pasnia, his father being the Duke of that land he lived a good life. His father had died when Conrad had turned 8 years old, from that moment of he was the Duke of Pasnia. Conrad sold the land in 1596 and merged into Courland bringing all of his people under the title of Istria to their new home. He currently resides there as a Count. Conrad has studied war and the church teachings his entire life and had joined the church as an acolyte at 16 years old. Conrad has a sister and multiple cousins, he is married to the lovely Anna Thassarion and enjoys the moments he spends with her very much. You will often see Conrad working in the tavern, not because he needs to, but because he enjoys the atmosphere, and the smell of the drinks that he brews. Overall Conrad Roswell is a very nice man that will help anyone in need, as long as you ask.
