That still seems like pretty bad wording. I feel many players could interpret combat enchantments to refer to IRP enchanted items made for the purpose of CRP. A better wording might be "Non-roleplay enchantments (like the kind you make at an enchanting table) are strictly forbidden" It's a bit more wordy, sure, but it leaves much less room for ambiguity.

  Gabriel was born in 1554, in Lin'sulan. He enjoys the pursuit of knowledge, but felt like he was missing out just studying from books. When he expressed a desire

to leave the city and learn from experience about the world, his parents became extremely upset. They wanted their child to stay in the city,

at least until he was 75. Gabriel argued against this for months, but realized he wasn't going to change his parent's minds. One night he got

onto a boat and left to The Cloud Temple to begin his adventure.

     Gabriel has some money saved up, but not nearly enough to last him a substantial time. While many would be regretting their decision at this

point, Gabriel is taking it as an opportunity of adventure to learn about a different life. As hunger sets in, this optimism will waver.
