Briefly explain the lore behind this construct or creature:

The wonks are a race of Humanoid Frog/Toad like people. Both the Frog and toad sub-race have many differences such as the height of a frog wonk can range between 4’6 – 5’0 and the Toad sub-race height ranges from 4’1 – 4’7 meaning that the toads are smaller. Apart from there height another difference between the two sub-races are that there skin is different, A frog wonk has smoother slimy skin and the Toad wonk has rougher dry skin that can also be pretty bumpy. Wonks have about as much strength as a regular human. Like a frog they are also able to extend there tongues out to the same length as there arm. The wonks are able to control their tongue fairly well but when it is fully extended they have a lowered control over what they can do with there tongue. The tongue itself also only has the strength of their own finger. Like a frog they are able to breathe underwater for an infinite amount of time, they are unable to drown, and they also have to bathe in the water to keep their skin slimy and make sure they don't “dry out”.  The Wonks can live until 120 years old and as they get older they must bathe in water to absorb it into there skin more often, At 120 this is where the Wonks life comes to an end and he returns to a pond to die and feed the next generation of wonks. Wonks do not have a whole soul like humans and other races they have a “Lesser soul” which means that all magics apart from kani is totally off the table because the other magics are mostly “Soul based”. The Wonks used to live with the orcs so they picked up features that the Orcs would have however the wonks from Arcas and Atlas were seperated by an ice wall and because of this they had their own “tribes” of wonks however nowadays most wonks have abandoned there tribal nature so they can join the rest of the world.
