What’s the rule you agree with the most?: The rule that does not tolerate toxic behaviors because the last Minecraft community that I was a part of had a lot of bad blood in it that lasted for many years.

How did you find out about Lord of the Craft?: A PotatoOrgy video back in June of 2011 that promoted the server.

What is roleplaying?: Roleplaying is the act of creating a unique identity that is separate from the actual person who is acting as them.  

What is metagaming?: Metagaming is when you use out of character knowledge in roleplay. It is the roleplaying equivalent of screen looking when you are playing a videogame with friends.

What is power-emoting (powergaming)?: Power-emoting is when someone has their character execute a task and presuming an outcome that is unrealistic. For example, if a halfing walked up face to face the Rex of the orcs and simply emoted in chat that he stabbed the Rex in the heart assuming to kill him with no retaliation.

Biography  (Please make it a decent two paragraphs long. Remember to add three references to the server lore):

Ranav was born and  raised in the countryside near the city of Metz by his parents Beylant and Gloria. His early childhood was spent almost entirely helping out his parents doing farm work. He enjoyed doing farmwork  during the days but as a consequence he received no formal education. However, during his childhood his mother, Gloria, would read to him scriptures and various works regarding the Church of Canon before putting him to sleep for the night. This lead him to learn how to read and write under the tutelage of his literate mother. The stories of the Creator and the tales of the High Pontiffs peaked Ranav’s curiosity and put him on the path to righteousness.

After becoming of age, Ranav said goodbye to his family as he left their family home to make his way to the city of Metz. In the city of Metz, Ranav spent his first couple of weeks on the streets as a beggar. He had little money to no money but he did not travel to Metz for wealth he was seeking others like him, men of the faith. Soon he heard word of a group of people traveling to the city of Ponce, home of the Church of Canon. Ranav convinced the travelers to take him along with them to Ponce and in return he would help out with the labors that coincide traveling long distances.

Now Ranav is currently seeking his future in Ponce. Hoping to join the Church of Canon as a member of the clergy and begin spreading the word of the Creator far and wide. His only goal in life is to enlighten the lives of other just as his mother had for him during his early childhood.

Personality Traits: Ranav is obsessed with the holy scriptures of the Church of Canon, he is completely enthralled with the worship of the Creator. He finds himself walking late at night alone as he searches for the solitude that brings him closer to the Creator. While he enjoys the scriptures of his faith, Ranav passionately denounces any form of violence on the principle that all are children of the Creator.

Ambitions: Ranav aspires to be a member of the clergy in the Church of Canon. He has no political agenda except to spread the word of the Creator.

Strengths/Talents: Reading and writing. Ranav is in the simplest terms a religious fanatic who wants to dedicate his life to his faith.

Weaknesses/Inabilities: His proficiency in reading and writing may assist him in his own personal knowledge of his faith. Except Ranav is terrified of the prospect of speaking to more than just a few people. His speech breaks down and begins to trip over his own words when talking to audiences larger than a few people. Ranav also becomes light headed at the sight of gruesome accidents, such as war wounds, which can sometimes leads to him fainting.

Appearance: Ranav has medium length reddish hair along with a beard and fair skin with dark brown eyes. He is average to below average height standing at about five foot eight inches.
