             Witch Doctor

     

    Describe this magic or a creature as a whole:

             

    Witch Doctor is a sub-type of shamanism that follows the concept of rituals. These rituals can be somewhat similar to alchemy where you collect different types of reagents for different purposes, but it all suits more as a way of bribe towards the Spirits to gain the curse which you wish to get from the Spirits.

     

     

    Are there different sections or subsections of magic? Can those be elaborated upon?

             

    Witch doctors have a collection of nifty things one can do, these include:

     

    - Rituals. Generally is a ceremony for the Witch Doctor to commune and trade with the Spirits to gain/bestow a curse upon someone/something, resulting in, hexes, curses, elixirs and a couple more.

     

    - Voodoo Dolls. A witch doctor using recently collected, blood, hair or bones can construct dolls

     

    - Cursed healing. Unlike general ritual curses, this one is more or less, the rebinding or reconstruction of a missing limb normally. But can be the restriction of parts of a body. This, however, heals the area wanting the curse and leaves the curse upon the soul for a negative effect. Return sight, get a lazy eye for a minor example.

     

     

    Can you give an example of a casting emote, of a spell of your choice?

             

    Shronka cuts their hand, a trickle of blood pours out upon the floor. She slowly walks around in a circle leaving this trail of blood upon the floor, doing a complete circle. Once done, she leans forward to place a herb upon the centre on a pedestal.

     

    The Lak speaks in old twisted words, these words powerful enough for the very winds to take notice and howl to its calling. As the Lak speaks out in their old blah, they shimmer around. An idle rattle and clashing of the alignment of bones that dawn the fe-uruks outfit. The smoke that sways in the wind idly builds up to engulf the small cave with its potent cloud.

     

    Shronka brings her hands together for a mighty clap. Her movement was slow and shaking around the circle of blood she made, her chant idly spoken in such a thump of a tone. The air around wisping about as the howls of the wind grow more and more. The rhyme created by the trinkets of the blood of bone echoing out as the area grows more with a presence that isn’t just the shaman’s calls. A response some could say.

     

    Shronka places a hand into the pocket, a herb was collected and cast out into the centre joining the first herb. Her calls are strong and powerful, the area remaining to respond to each word she mutters. Her circles remain as she sways back and forth. 

     

    [This is the part where we roll out of 6. As this is a TA I will now assume it was successful]

     

    The Laks tones break as she steps forward, a hand waves over the collection of herbs and blood in the middle. She screeches out her final words, only for them to drag out. The room itself, losing its windy aesthetic. Normality returns as the Lak smashing down upon the herbs, a bottle is collected as the crushing of the herbs align liquid juices from within. Yet, these juices appeared not to be what the herbs would normally make, it was some sort of cursed

     

     

     

    Can you give an example of a teaching-emote (interacting with another) of a spell of your choice?

             

    Shronka nods to their newly collected student, a hand extending for them to be seated. Only to seat themselves down as well. A grin rises as one can notice, the seat they squat upon the seat rather correctly “Now. Letz peep lat . . .” her eyes scan the potential student only to grunt and nod “. . . peep diz” a book was smashed upon the table. An index tapping it “We’re to run down diz piece of zkal. Big book of Old Blah. It iz deh blah of Zpiritz. If lat wantz tu be ah witching boy. Lat iz required tu blah. Cannot du any curzez without ah zilver tongue”

     

    The student slowly nods, a brow rose as they listen to the explanations 

     

    “Here.” the Lak shaman says, a finger opening the pages to point at some random words, she pronounces them perfectly but slowly for the student “Lat try repeating”

     

    The student attempts to repeat, the way they pronounce being crude, poorly spoke. A great struggle was made attempting to even grasp these words, but slowly. They spoke them 

     

    [After a week of Old Blah Study. A student can progress into a greater understanding of Witch Doctors. Where the fun begins. But all fun stuff comes with a boring start]

    I will correct them. Inform the wrongs. Give them three changes before contacting the LT to have them dropped from my TA. Always a stern warning and correction before this however.

             Shamanism: Farseer

     

    Describe this magic or a creature as a whole:

             

    Farseer is a sub-type of deity magic known as shamanism. It follows the idea of calling upon greater powers known as the Spirits to invoke a number of different effects. These effects are generally known as blessings for the Farseer as magic follows praise for blessing, which generally are a rather balanced collection of blessings aimed to boost morale.

     

     

    Are there different sections or subsections of magic? Can those be elaborated upon?

             

    Farseer holds a couple of different things to it, in my opinion, are the sub-sections such as:

     

    - Farsight, the ability to see into the past, present or future. A sight inflicted sometimes by the Spirits themselves to warn, or remind the shaman if they require such things

     

    - Farseer tattoos. These nifty little features are blessings effectively with no real effects, they are purely aesthetic spiritual markings that can glow or move around.

     

    - Finally the main bulk of the magic, the blessings. The blessings call upon different Spirits for different effects that they may bestow, due to it being deity magic. There is always a chance these Spirits simply won’t offer the blessing if it doesn’t suit the Spirits purpose.

     

     

    Can you give an example of a casting emote, of a spell of your choice?

             

    Shronka squats upon a log. Their feet are planted firmly and flat as she withdraws a collection of teeth, with a cup. Slowly she starts to shake the cup around, projecting a rhythm, a simple beat.

     

    [!] The wind blows freely as the Lak remains upon their squatted pose. The idle rattle of the teeth in the cup lingers as a faint whisper is heard travelling through the winds. Shronka, starts to croak. Her croak is low and lingering as a collection of words escape her very lips, these words a call to those greater than ourselves. With each word spoken, the whispers of the wind seem to answer, as this Lak Shaman. Speaks the language of the Spirits. “khlaar- izish. Agh peep izish.u  bugd-lat narn ghûlum” these words thumped out in such a powerful display as the clatter of the cup of teeth, rattles on

     

    Shronka raises their free hand, a faint rustic glimmer rises as the handshakes violently, the clash of teeth to cup lingers as her croaks groan, echoing the air. Her words are heard as the wind wisps around the Shaman, as they wait for the Spirits to answer their pleas

     

    [A roll-out of 10 is required to see the effect. For the purposes of the TA, it was successful]

     

    [!] The rustic glow but grows in shade around the shaman shaking hand. This glow projects forward upon the dirt below causing the dirt to become rich, making it more suitable for better plant growth within the 3x3 area

    The student nods along getting onto their knees. They place their hands upon thighs as they grunt, just to become silence

     

    Shronka chuckles a little at the display, keeping their squat they fold their arms upon chest “Hozh, now. Lat needz tu blah loud, agh proud. Blah out tu deh Zpirit. Blah out tu dere call. If lat haz nub blah tu blah. Latz blah iz uzelezz. Blah deh language of deh Zpiritz, blah deh blah of old”

     

    [This will lead into speaking of old blah by the student which should of taken one whole OOC week to learn, to progress onto preforming a blessing of Arwa]

    Deep within the jungle of the children of Krug, the heartland of the Uruks. Within these lands live foul beasts that plague roams and claim land right from under the faithful people of Krug. The creatures that spawn in these lands are powerful and dangerous to even the descendants who make this land, their home. 

     

    In the swamps of these jungles, reside a Shaman, one of blue skin and twisted words. From time to time they come out to rejoice with their brothers. But upon this day, they require them for a task.

     


     

    The Bounty

     

    Upon this note, a bounty for all those willing to uphold a shamans decree. A collection of hunters is to gather for there have been sightings of the dreaded Throqal. A powerful creature similar to alligators, but larger and more powerful than their cousins. 

     

    The Throqal has made the swamp a new home, attacking the Marsh Witch and all things that attempt to settle within these swamps. Those brave enough to accept this bounty, hold conditions of completion, these are the following:

     

    - Collection of the Skin

    - Harvest the Blood

    - Harvest the Claws

    - Harvest the Bone

    - Removal of the head

     

    Once the creature is dealt with and the parts removed for the Shaman, the brave hunters are to send a bird of completion for the reward that will not be disclosed until finished.

    An old, black leather-bound book with crimson blood splattered across the hard, rugged cover. It is large, holding many browned pages within which have seen better days.

     

    This book is a cursed book of Ikuras, the Spirit of fear and insanity. Those who happen to read a couple of pages within will slowly succumb to its effects, leading to paranoia and seeing things that aren’t there, shaking the viewer to the core with fear.

     

     

     

    Effect(s) of the Artifact:

             

    Curse of Ikuras 

     

    Nokion-bo al’balt Shatraug, or translated to “The Book of the Marsh Witch” in Old Blah, Is a book that, once read, will cause the reader to become inflicted by the book’s curse. This curse grips the soul of the reader, causing the viewer to see shadows that lurk in the darkness, usually in the corner of their eyes or disappearing within a moment. The reader will suffer the following effects:

     

    - Fear

    - Intense paranoia

    - Hallucinations

    - Insanity

     

    Over the course of three OOC days, the curse's effect will intensify. After reading the book, mild paranoia will afflict the reader, usually second-guessing, holding a belief that the world is out to get them, and general pessimism. Fear slowly brews as this paranoia develops.

     

    On the second day, shadowy figures will appear in the victim’s vision, but these figures will disappear once observed. The shadows often move and hold voices that are audible to the victim. As time progresses, the voices grow from a whisper to a talking volume. The shape of these hallucinations are determined by the inflicted but often manifest into what they fear.

     

    On the third day, reality and fantasy are indeterminable without the effort of the victim. The inflicted mind slowly loses sanity. At this stage, the frequency of the voices as well as the shadows have reached the climax. Day to day activities become almost impossible without moderate effort.

     

    Once the three days have passed, the shadows and voices will quickly reduce in frequency, perhaps leaving a mentally scarred victim behind.

     

     

     

     

    Red Lines of the Artifact:

            

    - Fear does not make the reader afraid of people, it only empowers fear itself. If there is fear in the reader, this effect will exploit it.

     

    - The reader cannot be scared to death or be driven to take their own life in any regard unless they wish to themselves. (OOCly wants to PK themselves. Cannot be forced to do this action but is an option if wished-for)

     

    - The reader can roleplay the effects as extreme or as little as they like.

     

    - OOC consent is required between the reader and the player with the book to use the curse. One cannot force players to read the book!

     

    - The effects are not instantaneous, taking 3 OOC days for the effects to reach their peak. The curse will last as long as the inflicted wants it to last, however, the curse can be purged out from the mind by either the Witch Doctor who created the book, a farseer, or a Paladin with a proper healing method.

     

    - Three emotes minimum of reading MUST take place to be cursed by the book. The reader can stop anytime between to prevent the curse upon them.

     

    - The information within the book remains unknown. Those who read soon forget the contents due to the fear it forces the reader to endure afterwards.

     

    - The hallucinations cannot physically harm the affected in any way. They are there to cause fear.

     

    - The effects of this book will quickly fade at the end of 3 OOC days. This can be extended if the inflicted wishes for it, but the effects will not worsen after the initial 3 days.

     

     

     

    Explanation of the effect(s) (i.e. how it does what it does - slight bending of magic lore is allowed):

             

    Nokion-bo al’balt Shatraug is the Book of the Marsh Witch, a cursed book so twisted by the spirit of fear and insanity, Ikuras, that all those who read its pages will become inflicted with uncontrollable fear and insanity.

     

    This book is a Witch Doctor’s cursed book. The power of Ikuras binds the words of unspeakable things to its pages. These wicked words are so unspeakable that the reader will forget the contents, but the lingering effects will mould the mind. This book is meant to be a darker understanding of the Spiritual Arts of Shamanism.

    Deep within the dense jungles of the Uruk lands. Lay a hut somewhere lost to those who seek. This very hut being a centre of wonder and mystery, a hut connected to the Spirits due to a certain uruk who decided to live within this building. 

     

    From this hut paths are set. Choices are made, those who wish to honor the Spirits, who aim to prove themselves to be worthy of their love and affection hear the very paths being made from this mysterious hut that has been lost for too long, a trial has began to those who wish to venture down the path of the Spirits. 

     

    The first trial is that of blood and honor. These two words follow the ideas of the Spirits known as Kezt, the very spirit that represents all things that follow. Honour and bravery. Alongside the Spirit known as Gazigash, the spirit that represents all things that follow. Blood, bone and the flesh, sometimes known as the queen of blood herself.

     

    Those who accept will venture into the jungle and call out towards the Spirits and hope the Spirits will offer them guidance in finding the shaman that lurks within.

     


     

     

    The Trial of Blood

     

    The trial of blood isn’t as one would assume. It is not the needless killing of those who crossed the loyal Spiritualist as they aim to provoke the response of the trials. It is symbolic, once offering themselves out to the shaman that holds the trails they will use the blood of foes, animals and even friends to mark the body of the worthy, these marks will be blessed each by the Spirits themselves to make the whole body, tribute to the Spirits. To say that this body will always be in debt to them and will act as a tool of their will.

    The Trial of Honour

     

    This trial isn’t the needless sense of acting proud, to be prideful. This is a trail given upon completion of the trial of blood. Once marked the body becomes a tool for the Spirits will and from this, the Spirits will use them as they see fit as warriors? as healers? as shamans? It does not matter, but they will show honour in the very task they hold without allowing their newly found position to go to head. If they do, they have failed and surely will be cursed as a fool till death.

    Briefly explain the lore behind this construct or creature:

             

    Atronach forging as a whole is the creation of voidal based magical constructs. The constructs are elemental (Earth, Water, Fire, Ice, Air). Constructing these creatures take an atronach forger alongside a transfiguration user as well as the related evocation. Each type of atronachs have its own strengths and weakness, a solid atronach is more able to physically interact with the world around it, while a liquid atronach is much more superior in its magical abilities. Atronachs require the use of a transfiguration user of T5 to charge them, for atronachs depending upon the types, (Liquid or Solid) will require to be charged with a mana obelisk otherwise the atronach will run out and become useless, reduced to the magegold core and plates it’s constructed from.

     

    Atronachs minds tend to be rather advance and can pick up things quicker than most, they are fast learners.  The only exception is the earthen atronach, this type is more slowly than the others. An Atronach holds an undying loyalty to its creator, they will not attack or aim to kill their creator and do as they are told if the creator says so. The construct doesn’t express emotions they can understand but not express such.

     

    If this construct or creature has some form of aesthetic choice, can you describe how they look? 

    This atronach will be an earthen atronach, so it will be primarily a mound of stone/rock/crystals of voidal earth. Bound together with a skeleton-like structure of a metal-plated design to defend the vital areas of an atronach alongside keeping its general structure together. An earthen atronach being the brawn of the group rather than the brain tends to be rather large in size, but this one should appear more or less like a stone knight that has its stones slowly shift around its body passively.

    MC Item description (the exact description that will be used for the MC item if this MArt is accepted):

             

    This ferrum Longsword is the Sun Blade of Aztran. It gives off a soft light to it, too soft to really be used as a light source but more of a faint glowing effect. The blade is around 5ft in length and is hot to the touch, the heat which is generated from it never seems to really cool down, or cause things to go on fire. The blessed blade of Aztran holds a number of orcish markings that are linked towards the Sun Spirit themselves all along the blade's length, if you look close enough it tells a story of the mighty Sun Spirit using this weapon as its sword of choice. If this sword finds its way high up the wielder's head it will project a blinding light which will blind friend and foe alike.

     

     

    Effect(s) of the Artifact:

             

    • Aztran’s blade generates heat up to 3rd degree burns. Which is explained in explanations for mechanical uses

    • When raised in the air it can reflect light from the sun causing it to glow and temporary blindness. Which is explained mechanically in Explanation

    • The blade itself withstands the generated heat of the weapon due to the blessing

    • Aztran’s blade, due to its ‘holy’ nature, can be used to combat undead as if it were a gold sword.

    • A shaman can perform a blessing which can temporarily allow the wielder to withstand the weapon's heat for them to hold it. This will grant an additional 10 extras emotes if performed, giving the wielder 20 emotes to use in CRP if they’re blessed by a shaman from a Spirit like Aztran, the Sun Spirit, Skathach, the fire Spirit or even Urin, the weather Spirit. All Spirits related to heat in a way and withstanding it. Aztran will grant you the ability to wield his blade. Skathach will grant you the ability to withstand the blades' heat and Urin will grant you the ability to change the weather to a chilling breeze around your hands, causing the cold + heat to cancel each other out.

     

     

    Red Lines of the Artifact:

             

    • The blade cannot be handled barehanded, and will cause the user to gain burns.

    • The heat generated doesn’t cause fire, even if put next to a flammable surface.

    • Raising the weapon into the sky to cause temporary blindness will follow an emote count and render the wielder defenseless unless they decide to stop trying.

    • The burns are not instant and will be based upon targeted location and how the weapon is used. Will be explained in explanation

    • The weapon can only be used for 10 emotes per CRP encounter

    • Unable to penetrate heavily armoured foes. It’s just a sword after all.

    • Will not heat up metals. The weapon is designed to harm flesh, bones, skins, people, animals. You get the idea

    • If combating undead, the blade will not be able to burn the undead and effectively become like a gold weapon to them. The wielder will still have the heat problems however. Just not the undead

     

     

    Explanation of the effect(s) (i.e. how it does what it does - slight bending of magic lore is allowed):

             

    Creation Explanation - The Blade itself is forged as any normal weapon is, it's a simple ferrum longsword decorated with a couple of orcish styled runes. The blessing from the Spirit of the sun is gained using Farseer magic and calling upon the Spirit to deem the shaman worthy of having the blessed blade, changing its properties to match the Spirit's characteristics creating a very hot weapon which shines brightly like the good old sun in the sky.

     

    Combative Explanation - I will split this up into two parts. One for the blindness effect and how to RP the heat of the weapon.

     

    Aztran’s Light

     

    Aztran’s light is what I will call the blindness effect, this is when the blade is raised into the sky which will lead to the wielder defenseless for the duration of raising the weapon. Each emote which leads up to the blindness is classed by CRP rules as a ‘major move’ so they have to raise the weapon and wait for the end of their combative move to emote another action. The light will blind everyone for 1 emote for recovery and it will blind everyone including the wielder if he or she happens to be dumb enough to be looking at the blade.

     

    The emote count is 3 emotes, 1 raising the weapon, 1 the sun reflecting upon it, 1 effect it holds. An example emote will be given below.

    Emote Examples

     

    Emote 1 - The holder of the blade of Aztran grips the hilt of the weapon, their hands covered in wraps of wet cloth to withstand the power of the weapon's undying heat. They slowly aim to raise it upwards to the sky, pointing it towards the sun; this alone lowers their guard.

     

    Emote 2 - The holder’s blade glimmers in the sunlight, it causes the weapon to shine in an uncontrollable fashion, the shine of the weapon starting at a dull glow. The weapon remains high up into the sky as the shine of the sun makes the dull glow of the blade become brighter with each moment. 

     

     

    Emote 3 - [!] The blade of Aztran produces a blinding light from the actions of the holder. It holds no prejudice in the lights ability to cast its blinding glow, friend and foe are affected by the light causing them to at least aim to look away from the risen weapon. This causes all affected to take one emote to simply recover their sight, blinking harshly maybe? Adjusting their vision for that one turn. Think of a flashbang without the loud noise.

     

     

    Aztran’s Curse

     

    The heat of the blade I will call Aztran’s curse. The idea is that the sun itself, very hot so this blade should follow that idea if it's truly a weapon by Aztran, Spirit of the Sun. In a combative sense the heat will affect the user unless the user has wrapped their hands in something cold and damp to nuffle the heat of the blade. When the blade cuts flesh it’s based around what attack is. 

     

    Slicing attacks which are quick will cause minor burns of 1st degree, since slicing tends to be quick motions of the blade, this means the blade isn’t upon the skin long enough to deal the full effects of the heat. Example emote will be given below

    Emote Example

    [!] Swings the sword of Aztran in a quick motion using the very tip of the weapon to slice towards the hand of the foe before them, if the hit was successful the hand will feel a burn sensation from the attack of the weapon and a minor burn wound of a 1st-degree burn if the hand isn’t armoured.

     

    Thrusting attacks upon limbs such as, arms and legs will generate 2nd degree burns, they require to be fully embedded into the skin and the blade must remain there for a couple moments to cause 2nd degree. Thrusting follows an emote count of 2 emotes. 1 to prepare the weapon motioning it backwards, 1 to thrust it forwards. Emote examples will be given below.

    [!] The warrior which holds the blade of Aztran stands put, they cock their blade backwards as their hands grip the handle. The shoulder of this warrior becomes more exposed due to the stance which they have taken.

     

    [!]  As the warrior is ready to thrust their blade forward they slowly walk around before doing so, waiting for a chance to dive the blade deep into flesh and bone. The warrior sees a chance and dives their weapon forward, the tip if successful will dive deep into the arm of the foe causing it to sizzle as the blade is lodged in the arm, causing great pain alongside a 2nd degree burn upon the area. After the successful hit. The Aztran Warrior withdraws their blade, taking a defensive position in wait.

     

     

    Finally 3rd degree burn attacks. These follow a emote count too, since they deliver a powerful burn upon the skin, a 3rd degree can only be done if the blade is thrusted towards the central mass of the foe before them. Following the same emote count as normal thrusting would, however due to it being focused upon a certain spot on the body like the torso which is the central mass, it makes the wielder a little slower forcing them to have their emote treated last due to this slowness. 

     

    Swinging the blade will fall under either, thrusting or slicing. If the swing is designed to be less impacting and not to piece deep into skin, it follows slicing. If the swing is designed to go deep into skin it will follow thrusting. Swinging will never cause a 3rd degree burn

     

    Due to the heat of the blade, those who wish to hold the weapon must wrap it up and keep it cool to not burn themselves, in damp rags or a bucket of water and kept cold. If they enter CRP, the handle must be wrapped up so they can wield the weapon and it will take 10 emotes for the blade to heat up the cooling making it nulled and effectively causing burns to the wielder of a first degree which will build up with each emote they maintain their grip of the weapon until 3rd degree burns.

    I do hope this is balanced. I tried to keep balance in mind because I understand how annoying it is to RP something like heat upon a weapon since there is no real guideline so I hoped to make a balance explanation on this MArt for a Spirit with the Shamanism I picked and never did anything with once I got T5 in it. I hope the LT sees what I’m trying to do and gives pointers so I can finally run around the map, praising the Sun and wielding a mighty blade which will burn me and cause my skin to bleach yellow for some funny roleplays and of course hopefully encourage shamans and players to be interested in the community for this magic. The concept is pretty interesting in fairness.

     

    I tried to make this MArt fair, I tried to have it linked to a couple of Spirits and I’ve attempted to make it annoying to wielder but rewarding without being 100% trash. Hope the wordings okay

     

    I can understand if this seems more of a guide as well as what the effects do. I'd just rather people understand how to RP it as I want it to be made. Noth heavily for combat but can be used with its downsides. I can change stuff up too if needed. Feedback is always helpful. I'm not always good at the writing stuff

    Describe this magic or a creature as a whole:

             

    Translocation is the ability of deconstruction and reconstruction of objects in the void. It grants the caster the ability to anchor themselves from one location and to another creating a bridge between them to, either. Dematerialised an object only to rematerialize it in the second location, or vice versa. Translocation is using the void to funnel these objects which can be singular or multiple from simple objects like stones to even transporting people from point A, to point B almost instantly.

     

    Are there different sections or subsections of magic? Can those be elaborated upon?

             

    Translocation itself can be put into two different aspects, one is Expatriation. Expatriation is the act of deconstructing and reconstructing an object in the void by understanding the very fundamentals of the structure of the object, which then can be used as an anchor point to deconstruct the object for a later time. This subsection is used primarily for storing objects. 

    Translocation also covers shifting. Similar to expatriation but rather than storing something it’s used for teleportation. This is done by bridging a mana anchor from the start location and a second on the location that the caster wishes to end up at. With shifting some limitations are given, such as the trial which the mage will follow from point A to point B, which must be seen alongside a sufficient tell is required. A limit of four individuals including the caster is allowed to be shifted.

     

    Can you give an example of a casting emote, of a spell of your choice?

             

    A mage raises a hand their palm facing outwards, fingers snap together allowing a linger flutter of a magical hue to rise from the hand, all the way up to forearms. 

     

    From the centre of the palm of the mage a collection of voidal energy mass. The gaze of this mage focused at the distance as the collection of voidal energy also rises from the targetted location, creating a link between the caster alongside location as an anchor.

     

    The mages fingers twiddle before the very same mage puffs in a burst of lights a small orb-like trial travels between one location than the other which was anchored, causing the mage to reappear almost instantly at the targetted location. Their hand swaying downwards causing them to disconnect before aiming to wander off.

     

     

    Can you give an example of a teaching-emote (interacting with another) of a spell of your choice?

             

    A woman steps forward they wave their hand gesturing the younger pupil closer “come forward” she says her palm presented forward “Collect your reward” a smile appears upon the woman’s face as the presented hand twitches notably causing a flutter of colour to rise and overtake the hand. From the very centre of the palm a more concentrated shade of royal purple rises, within moments a rod appears in her grasp the rod appears to be a normal-looking iron. As this iron rod appears, her aura vanishes without a trace.

     

    “First, I want you to study the material. To understand it and identify it. Do whatever you must to complete this task. Once done you’re to store it. To do such you focus. Imagine, paint a picture in mind of a random place you want to put this rod. But it cannot be here, it cannot be within this realm, must be something you’ve made it. Something blank and empty and picture yourself just simply putting it down in this blank room? corridor? House? Doesn’t matter. Once you know what the rod is and can identify its very fabrics and what makes it, it. Then picture and aim to move it into a place beyond ours” hand motions forward a smile on gaze “Have a go. Once you can do this. You can progress to something. Bigger"

    Correct them. Aim to help them improve and try to keep them around until they've done three major accounts of powergaming which I have been aware off. If broken the three chances, then a final stern warning before aiming to remove them and halt teaching them as a whole

    Describe this magic or a creature as a whole:

             

    Translocation is the art of creating a mana anchor to push objects or life into the void and reappearing in another location, also known as voidal shifting. Translocation is using ones willpower and understanding of the void to hold a mental connection to create mana links from them to the void and simply wanting the item to dematerlise and rematerlise in another location

     

    Are there different sections or subsections of magic? Can those be elaborated upon?

             

    Translocation in my opinion can be split into two subsections. One is the voidal teleportation of anchor and sending an object or themselves/groups into the void and coming into another location. The other would be the storage, rather then just sending things and having them pop up somewhere else a translocationist can use the void as personal storage, like weapons, if a complex weapon however is sent that weapon may come back to the realm in a number of pieces.

     

    Can you give an example of a casting emote, of a spell of your choice?

             

    - Summon weapon

     

    A small dwarf stands forward their hand twitches as that hand slowly grows in a greyish shade, swirling in a display of mana from the palm. The dwarves hand sways into a circle as this happens a small blade is within the palm of this dwarf raising this weapon up as she points forward, her aura vanishing after the weapon appears.

     

     

    Can you give an example of a teaching-emote (interacting with another) of a spell of your choice?

             

    "Translocation is a simple understanding once you've gained it. The idea is to send things or people into the void. The way we do this is with focus and study. We first focus upon ourselves and create a mana anchor using the void and ourselves. Once we've obtained we can visuralise the location of which we wish to go" A dwarf says towards an eager student. They wave their hands in the air as they speak

     

    The student responds with a risen brow "So we link ourselves to the void first?"

     

    Thyra sways her head somewhat "Somewhat yes. Once we've become an anchor we can part the world effectively and summon a portal, or use the void to pop us in short distances around. But we must first hold an understanding of the void and have a clear vison. Like so" As the dwarf finishes she takes a deep breath her gaze narrows as a hand casts outwards a trial of mana flowing from the finger tips towards the direction which she focuses upon

     

    The student watches slowly nodding as they inspect and take mental notes of the display

     

    Thrya the dwarf gasps as she holds her breath, in a sudden collection of colours a mana is shown rendering the dwarf unseen as they have just vanished, reappearing five meters away beside the student, gasping once more as she breathes from holding her breath " . . . and like so. Make an anchor focus upon it, then poof. What I did is quick and simple but more draining"

     

    The student nods once more "Okay. I can try that. Just need to connect, focus, look and want" the students eyes narrows as they got to attempt
