What is Roleplaying?: A pass time that involves taking the role of a character in order to weave or further a story. It can come in many shapes and forms, be it in the big screen or in a small D&D game.

What is Metagaming?: The act of using OOC information in an IC setting. Like this one time, in another RP I play on, we had a few characters looking for a certain person against an empire. Despite never even meeting the man ICly, they eventually found him idling in the caves after being told by they group chat that he usually stayed around there. Usually looked down upon.

What is Power-emoting (Powergaming)?: The act of deciding an action for another player without their consent. The act of simply typing out "I slice his throat and he dies." is a prime example as not only does it cement that he dies, but also prevents any chance to rebut or retort in the situation.

Biography:  Born in the city of Auguston within the Holy Orenian Empire, Fylson grew up with his mother in a quaint home in the outer area of the capital. His father died of a weak heart when he was young and grew up with no father figure. His mother, Raina Garavin, was an experienced seamstress and was able to make a living out of it, keeping the two afloat and happy. During this time, young Fylson would grow to be the studious type, typically finding interests in books and study. Coming to age, he would work at a small tavern in Auguston as the local cook in an attempt to help rake in cash for the family. At the age of 38, he  would move to the newly built city of Adelberg in hopes of garnering a new grasp of the growing market and gain a bright future and start his own life. With his basic knowledge on sewing and cooking, he would brave the life of the city, hoping to one day be a master in the art.

Personality Traits: He can be thoughtful and kind to those he has grown close to, even going as far as breaking the law for them. But known to be quite the snob to typical people that he hold no respect for, which is his basis for everyone how shows to be of no power over him. Likes using big words, especially if it makes him look smart, though he only brags under the influence of a bit of alcohol or in an attempt to put someone in their place. Tends to be timid around those he sees as equals but still not in their acquaintance. 

Ambitions: Hopes of one day opening up an artificery, or a restaurant, who knows.

Strengths/Talents: Eager to pursue knowledge. Knows enough about sewing thanks to his mother. Can whistle and knows stuff in the kitchen.

Weaknesses/Inabilities: Frail and not that strong. Typically dislikes anyone that gives the slightest bad review of him. Will not do heavy/hard work (construction, mining, etc.), unless forced.

Appearance: Rising to a height of 6'0", this bespectacled elven figure would sport a soft, short, dirt brown hair. His irises sport a dark purple hue as a chiseled cheekbone would accent his eyes.
