What is Roleplaying?: Stepping into the life and way of living of a certain character, you would act as they would and say what they would. 

What is Metagaming?: Knowing something and acting as your character on that information that you realistically wouldn't know. 

What is Power-emoting (Powergaming)?: Powergaming is when someone emotes in a way that should not in any way not be possible or not giving the other party a chance to react. Example: Jack leaps back with his steel blade, before striding forth and delivering a downwards slash, the arc of the blade taking Pete's head clean off.

In-Character Information
Now you actually make your character - be creative but stay reasonable! Make sure they make sense and that they follow lore. Try to come up with a character that you actually want to play.

Greed. If in one word you would describe Gladu's life, that would be the chosen. He lived a quiet life, not paying much attention to the outside world away from Kal'Urguan. This was until a terrible rumor was cast upon their Grand King, that of worshipping Iblees, and with the rumor, they were forced to war. 

While sitting in Fort Courland as a mere grunt, sharpening his axe and checking the bow of which lay at his feet. The other grunts and him had a good time there, singing songs of the Brathmordakin and drinking ale. Yet the air still retained a steely, cold feel to it. And as the sun set one fruitful day, a bird arrived with a letter to Grand King Frerir. 

All jokes and ale had been put aside, as Dwarves of Urguan, Humans of Orenia and Norlanders glowered out to the fields, only to see the banners of war rise up high. The battle was upon them, and trepidation took over their souls.

The smell of rotten flesh, feeling of charred bones and dried blood. These were all senses which lay siege upon Gladu's mind. A horse neighed and wooden wheels cracked to a halt as he groaned. Opening his eyes, Gladu only then realized where he was. The Siege was lost, and heaps and heaps of corpses were being transported back to Kal'Omith to be buried following Urguan's surrender. It was then when a group of merchants rode up on high and mighty steeds, bartering for corpses and the such to sell. 

It was then when Gladu jumped to arms, revealing that his heart still pumped. He decided to take up arms with the merchants and make a good living, for fighting was not of his expertise. 

After years and years of dishonorable deals, Gladu realized his plan under the current merchant band's leader would not suffice, so he set out to make his own fortune. . .

Ambitions: (what does your character aspire to be?) Really rich. 

Strengths/Talents: (what is your character really, really good at?) Gladu is very charismatic with his snake-tongue, good at maths aswell.

Weaknesses/Inabilities: (what is a skill that your character needs to work on?) Combat, has a slight drinking problem.

Appearance: (what does your character look like?; how tall are they?; hair color?; scars?) A grotesque, fat and ugly dwarf. His hair grey for no apparant reason.
