My experience lies mostly in staff-positions on minor RP servers (Not limited to Minecraft.), usually consisting of 20 to 30 active players. Those staff positions were also mostly Moderator and one time Administrator for a brief period. other than that I was the Captain of my local soccer team together with two others, though I was usually the one actively yelling at my teammates if they needed to do something. I've also been the assistant of what you could say was a Class President a few years ago, since I was the only one in the class to have access to a functioning laptop, which was extensively used for communication between the classmates and me.

Why do you want to join the GM Team?:

The reason why I'd love to join the people in the GM team is that I want to improve the already amazing RP going on on the server, and I often come across people who OR disregard rules, or are straight up harassing people oocly, and I want to have that not happening at all, at some point in the future

I might be considered a fairly new player myself, as I joined February of this year, and I would love to be able to help new players on their way like people did back when I was just a new player. To pass on what I've been granted to the next generation, so to speak.

I'm also anti-toxicity so I try to avoid or ignore when people are toxic or are known to be toxic

Despite me checking the question "Do you have access to a Microphone" with a yes, I'm unable to speak proper English (or any other language aside of my native tongue) without fucking it up. Though I am able to understand and write in semi-fluent English.

The reason why I said that I have no microphone, is because of the fact my English speech is pretty damn bad. I ain't gonna talk when I don't know how to pronounce most of the things I'd have to say.

Jokes aside, if you've been here consistently since Febuary, I'd def recommend you gain a bit more presence on the forums first. Helps a lot with getting people comfortable (or uncomfortable) with you being a GM!

In all honesty, the only reason why I ever log onto the forums is to read any posts that are placed in the Duchy of Rivia subforum thingamajig, though thanks for the advise, I'll try to be more active on the forums.

Yes, on several other Roleplaying servers (Not specifically being Minecraft roleplays) I've been Moderator and Admin. Was a good time, training was kind of lacking, so I had to learn much on my own, but I survived for as long as 3 years on one, and 1,5 years on 2 others.

Why do you want to join the GM Team?:

The reason why I want to join the GM Team? I want to make Lord of the Craft a fun experience for everyone, no matter what country you're from. If it's Canada, Ethiopia, Mexico, or South Africa, I want all of you to have a fun time playing on LotC. I think being a GM can make my job at creating a fun time playing more easy, though I the challenges are still there, which - if the people of LotC want to cooperate with me - we will overcome, as a community. I honestly think I could be a great addition to the GM team, though that's how I see it. I don't know how ya'll see it.
