    Timezone(s) you mainly play:

    -MST (western canada)

What group/nation do you consider to be your main?:

    -Wood Elf

Have you held a staff position before?:

    -No, I have not.

Do you currently hold a staff position?:

    -No, I do not.

Do you plan on applying for other staff positions?:

-Most likely in the future, yes.

Have you ever been banned before? If so, how long ago and what reason?:

-I have not been banned, nor do I plan on getting banned.

What kind of media formats would you like to work on the most?:

-My degree covers a vast array of media outlets. Raster and vector graphics, animation, video editing(adobe certified), film directing, web design, basic/intermediate photo editing, logo design, etc. Whichever position you need me for, I am sure I can put my schooling to use

List three factors/tips you feel are important to work in the fields of PR and expand on them.

-After working as a both a pr rep and a web designer for a local company (Agency Lux, calgary alberta.) I have seen first hand more than three pillars that keep the business thriving.

1.) -Be assertive and confident with your representation of your work. Be proud of what you have accomplished, make your client proud to have chosen thr right person for the job.

2.) -Deadlines matter. This one also falls under the professionalism pillar, but alas. Deadlines are one of, if not the most important aspect of media and design. Much like you, your client has a job to do; they cannot do that job if they do not have the right tools. Make sure to give them the tools they need, on time.

3.) Teamwork makes the dream work. Do not be afraid to reach out and ask for help from colleagues, or a third party. We are all in this business for the same reason, to make the client happy and to do what we love. We all want to succeed as a team.

Provide three examples of your previous work (Either three portfolios with different themed screenshots, three different videos or three different news posts):

-Will fill this out as a placeholder until I get home from work. In the meantime checkout my website. www.randomvisuals.com

Why do you wish to become an MST-Editor Member?:

-Much like stated prior, I wish to see this community strive and become the best it can be. The basis of any good gathering is good representation. I want to take that good, and turn it into a fantastic.

What strengths would you bring to the team?
    What are your weaknesses?

    Strengths.

Well I view my versatility with varipus programs an asset. Adobe certifications in Premier Pro, Photoshop, InDesign, illustrator, Audition, and Dreamweaver. Aside from that, I understand deadlines and how important they are. (As stated above once again)

    Weaknesses.

to be brutally honest, I think what I do is not good enough, even after being told otherwise. Self doubt is the word for that I guess. On paper, I am a professional. However my skill i nowhere near others out there, and I recognize that. Also, Pineapple pizza. Probably the biggest weakness.

How much time could you give to this position in the foreseeable future?:

Evenings and weekends, offtime during those... roughly 15-20 hours a week?

"To whom is reading this, My name is Kalina Linwelin. At this time I am overseeing a build for an estate and grand farm I shall be overseeing... however my builders are finding themselves low on supplies... Currently I m in the search of a few cords (stacks) of the dankened bark spruce wood... it makes quite sturdy support beams. Along with that I will need a few cart fulls of processed stone (smelted stone) The builders are then chiseling that out into blocks... the design is nice. And finally I am in search of a few cart fulls of bricks as well.

Currently I do not have much minas left, however I do not think that these raw materials would cost much; if they end up costing more I would be more than happy to compensate in grains, meats and cloth once my estate is operational. I would like to offer my most dearest thanks to those who may be able to help.

    Sincerely, Kalina Linwelin."

    (OOC Information)

Only have something like 403 minas... being poor sucks. Anyways, I need preferably 6 stacks of cooked stone, 1 stack of brick blocks, or 4 stacks of raw bricks, and 2 stacks of spruce logs. Message me here, or in game if you would be willing to help out. Thanks~
