    After 5 years, nearly 6 years of being on Lotc this is the longest I’ve been off the server. Granted it hasn’t been of my own choice due to some health issues that have come up, but even with that said. I’ve found myself a lot more at peace, less anxiety and sleeping easier at night. I don’t know if I’ll ever fully come back to the server, but for now I’m just going to enjoy my time off. You’ll still see me around in discord, Can’t get rid of that easily! Know you are all loved, please remember to drink some water and take care of yourself. There is only one you and you are important. My dm’s are always open if anyone ever needs to talk, and if anyone wants to play games hit me up.

    Derek Saltmen couldn't help but cry as he was cutting the potatoes for the stew he was cooking... The man who took him in and treated him like his own son was now dead... "Dad...I'm so sorry I never called you that..Please forgive me" Later on that night, he'd go fishing to honor the man he never got to call father.

    Personally for me the last time I did a app (that was not this month) was November 16th. Five days before my 17 year old cat passed away.(she's been with our family since I was 4) I had to go on a personally hiatus knowing I was not in the right state mentally to help new players, yet over discord I still helped where I could. Ct is a volunteer job that I know we try our very best to do. I will agree with you that we need more team members to handle the apps. Currently the team quota is 5% of apps done that month. Some team members haven't been meeting it, others have shot so far past it I'm ashamed that I can't keep up with them. Some team members have the okay not to meet it due to their media efforts. Today was the first day since the first I have felt okay to do apps again. We have a lot going on in our personal lives, irl should always come first. Especially with the up coming holidays making life even more crazy than normal. Trust me, I understand the frustration of not having that app page down to only pending apps or no apps at all.

    Derek Saltmen whipped his brow with his sleeve. As he went to work in the salt mine. Was going to be a lot of work filling up all the jars he planed to sell to help get some mina for the bsk. It however he worth it. Next stop was the beach then back home to start per work to make the bsk their meals.
