Poor villainy roleplay

How has your blacklist helped you improve your overall/villain RP?:

Due to my blacklist I decided to focus more on none Villainy roleplay, which was what I used to do until the day I did my first serious villainy roleplay in which I got my blacklist, but these weeks with the blacklist I realized how many other roleplay possibilities there are. It made me understand how to actually approach a villainy roleplay, if I do intend in doing so, it made me understand how annoying it can be when you get killed/bandited without a good reason in roleplay. This whole blacklist made me roleplay with LotC communities that I didn't used to roleplay with, which I actually enjoyed. Overall I feel that I improved my roleplay during this time.

Why should you be un-blacklisted?

As I have stated before above. I think i should be un-blacklisted because i have taken my time during my blacklist to re-think how to properly do villainy roleplay and to see that there are many other ways to roleplay and still have fun. I have also re-read the Server and Conflict rules, in order to freshen up my mind on the rules and to keep them on track so i do not repeat the same mistake. I will make sure that the next time I happen to do villainy roleplay, I can offer them a more fun and immersive roleplay for both parties.

Little information is available about what they really do for earnings, but it is forbidden for legionnaires to talk about the Legion to outsiders. Those that do mysteriously disappear...

Briefly explain the lore behind this construct or creature:

History

The Hou Zi quickly started expanding and evolving and started making palaces out of stone and jade after 4 years. Hou Shen guided the Hou Zi through this whole process with his wisdom given by Metzli. At the 50^th  year they had built theyr first capital called Jing-Taiyun. Soon after they developed a complex society. Hou Shen and his sons then formed the top tier of society where they ruled from the Jade Monkey throne in the capital Jing-Taiyun. Under them ruled the Rulling council of Chi. One day Metzli ordered the Monkey King to expand beyond the Jungle to claim glory, wealth and fame in her name. After that the Hou Zi would rise up fast and become the master race to which they would bring wealth and riches from the enemies. And so began the Hou Zi conquest of ancient Axios.

But once Metzli was looking for candidates for his creation of a mortal race (Meltz was a daemon). Metzli created Axios and wanted a mortal race, to which he found the hou zi’s who were clever, knew how to hunt and were fast. So Metz began his experiments and approached the hou zi’s pack leader and unlocked his mind showing the idea of the future and much more to which he became the monkey king Hou-Shen.

Races

The Hou Zi have 3 sub races. The Laobai Zhu, The Fei Zhu and Hei Zhu.

The Laobai Zhu are one of the most common sub races of the Hou Zi. They are found all over the empire. Their fur is usually in shades od brown and they came with all shapes and sizes. They are considered to be directly descended from the god kings first born named Hou Wang. The Laobai Zu are the one with the shortest life span.

The Fei Zhu are the most colorful of the Hou Zi sub races. They are known to have multicolored fur which can be red, blue, hues of yellow and some even gold. The Fei Zhu are the shortest but most nimble of the Hou Zi. They live from 150 to 250 years.

The Hei Zhu resemble somewhat to silverback gorillas, almost always having a black fur. They are considered the strongest of the Hou Zi subraces. And they can get up to 6’5 and 7’ tall. The Hei Zhu have a lifespan of 250 to 300 years.

Religion

The Hou Zi’s believed in Hou Shen, they looked to him as the immortal god since he lived generations and seemed unkillable in battles, he had captured the hearts of the Hou Zi. Metzli was more considered the Awakener and was not actively whorshipped, except when payin tribute to her. Modern Hou Shen dont like Metzli, they started calling Metzli the Doombringer instead of the Awakener. All Hou Zi’s memory of being created of Dragur has been wiped from the remaining Hou Zi’s, in the modern Hou Zi Dragur is a satanic figure in their faith.

The great wars

The Hou Zi had two great wars with the elfs. The first began as the elven ambassadors and emissaries were sent to the Hou Zi’s but were turned away with no audience. So the Malin became weary and prepared for war. The war turned out to be a defeat for the Hou Zi and Hou Shen had died, Jing Taiyun was nothing but a ruin. So Malin thought they wouldnt be a problem anymore, but that wasnt true. Metzli watched all that happen and saw the Hou Zi civilization  being destroyed at the hands of the old god Poison which irritated Metzli, so she considered her duty to undo the damage poison had done and let the Hou Zi rise again or fall by their own merit. Metzli so took then the soul of Hou Shen and didnt want to bring him back to life but that was necessary to fulfil his project. So she gave Hou Shen a new body. The return of Hou Shen made the Hou Zi delighted who were scattered for around a century. Hou Shen became the beacon of hope for their people and soon after he started rebuilding their civilization. He was able to make Jing Taiyun once more the center of the Hou Zi’s. As Hou shen saw that Malin had disappeard he know that it was now time to strike if he wished to conquer all of Axios. So he once more began rebuilding everything, his population, their army and their technology. After that he was ready to attack to which the high elfs were his first target, then the wood elfs and then the dark elfs but they were not able to fully win the battle since either they had fled or were able to push the Hou Zi’s away. After those attack all elven races met at the isle of malin to which they made an alliance together to defeat the Hou Zi’s. The Hou Zi’s then stormed the isle of malin trying to defeat the elfs, but they werent strong enough so all of Hou Shen sons were killed. Hou Shen then fled back to Jing Taiyun where he stood there with what little remained of his army preparing to make a final stand. Yet they were shown an act of miraculous mercy and offered the Hou Zi to stay in the Jing Taiyun and not leave the jungles of Asul. Hou Shen agreed to that and a official surrender was signed. 

500 years later the wealth flowed steadily into the Empire and the noble families of the ruling Council of Chi which all had opportunities to grow rich. But instead of seeking to out do one another they started fighting each others for possessions. That conflict was known as the jade wars. Hou Shen tried his best to stop that war but now in truth he held not much power, since he had lost two wars against elven nations. This war between them continued for another 500 years and Hou Shen saw the painful corruption of the Hou Zi society. So Jing Taiyun slowly started falling apart and buildings began to crumble. After all that destruction and weight of nearly thousand of years of defeat Hou Shen just disappeared  into the jungle. The disappearance of Hou Shen woke the Hou zi’s up and made them stop the jade wars. Metzli furious in the work of the old god left the Hou Zi’s to their own fate and seeked other candidates to be her servant. Once more had the civilization of the Hou Zi entirely collapsed, but they had hope Hou Shen would return, to which he didnt.
