    How do you avoid powergaming in roleplay?: Metagaming is the use of out of character knowledge for an in character benefit. Say I told you out of character that I was a vampire and that I am the leader of a city, which is said to have no vampires. You, being prudent, grab a wooden sword and walk around with it. That is technically metagaming.
    How does metagaming disrupt fair roleplay?: perform an action when you are technically unable to do so
