You’ve just arrived in a swampy, dim town. As you look around, your gaze is met with shacks and cabins. It smells of rotted wood and wet moss. You duck and step into a tattered tent, illuminated by a series of candles suspended in the air. At the back of the tent, an old hag raises her head, “What brings you to this dingy town? she begins, then pauses to study your face—”Ah, it’s you. I’ve been expecting you. Sit,” she gestures at a cushion, “Tell me your story.”
((How do you respond?))
Sebastian Night walks over to the old hag and give her a sturdy hand shake. As he is sitting down he then proceeds to say, "Ah yes my story well it all starts back when my great grandfather decided to leave the safe keep of the Great Balts Castle walls to live his life out in peace as a farmer. He would go work in the fields day in and day out only stopping to go to a near by town to sell his crops. He started a family and passed on his farm to my father who still resides their now continuing his fathers ways. My father met my mother and had five kids. Three of them went back to live inside the safety of the castle walls but one decided to live with my....." Sebastian is then interrupted by the old hag who says, "Oh my gosh just get to it I don't care about your whole family and there backstory why did you come here to this old town." He proceeds to say, "Ok well if you just care about that. I'm here to hopefully make enough money to start my own farm to crops and cattle." She says, "see that wasn't so hard." He says, "Ok whatever, do you know any place that need workers." She says, "He he, do you seriously think there's much work in this town like come on do you see what were living in. If you are trying top find a job you need to go to Ruggate Harbor. They probably have some stuff there but be careful that place isn't very nice to new people like you."

How do you avoid powergaming in roleplay?: Power gaming is the act of having over powered abilities/ unfair abilities that forces certain outcomes without any intervention from the other side. To prevent power gaming in roleplay we can choose to make actions that allow for at least some intervention from the other person that could change the outcome.
How does metagaming disrupt fair roleplay?: Metagaming is the act of gaining information in a way that the character being portrayed would not typically gain information. This would disrupt the roleplay because someone could just make decisions that would make no sense to there character in the game changing the game for those around them.
