You’ve just arrived in a swampy, dim town. As you look around, your gaze is met with shacks and cabins. It smells of rotted wood and wet moss. You duck and step into a tattered tent, illuminated by a series of candles suspended in the air. At the back of the tent, an old hag raises her head, “What brings you to this dingy town? she begins, then pauses to study your face—”Ah, it’s you. I’ve been expecting you. Sit,” she gestures at a cushion, “Tell me your story.”

Example: *Bruno sat down and looked at the hag with tired eyes, "ive been traveling and needed a place to stay ill be on my way soon". As Bruno awoke in the bright morning noticing a cold chill in the air he set off back home. He had a long journey ahead of him but he was ready. Bruno ended his day "sitting by the fire he made", with the light breeze in his face cooling him down and the beautiful full moon he set off to bed. as he awoke on his final day he set off, climbing mountains, crossing rivers, even fighting wild and crazy animal he made it home! At last he was home in his cozy house with his fire going and a light rain outside he dozed to bed and had the best sleep ever.

How do you avoid powergaming in roleplay?: To Avoid powergaming i would make sure my character can only do actions they can realistically preform.
How does metagaming disrupt fair roleplay?: it can ruin roleplay by effecting how characters act and treat each other, despite the fact that they shouldn't have that information in the first place.
