You’ve just arrived in a swampy, dim town. As you look around, your gaze is met with shacks and cabins. It smells of rotted wood and wet moss. You duck and step into a tattered tent, illuminated by a series of candles suspended in the air. At the back of the tent, an old hag raises her head, “What brings you to this dingy town? she begins, then pauses to study your face—”Ah, it’s you. I’ve been expecting you. Sit,” she gestures at a cushion, “Tell me your story.”

Khel'Turrii stands at the entrance of the tent, looks at the old hag and then around the tent. He gets suspicious about the old woman but at that moment something in the air makes him feel comfortable and his inner voice tells him that he can trust her. He sits at the cushion, begins to talk. "I am Khel'Turrii but seems like you already know me. I was born to a pretty normal family in Nor'Asath. My father was a blacksmith and my mother used to take care of a small garden we owned. At a small age my father taught me the basics of sword fighting and hand to hand combat. I grew up practicing my sword technique and also helping my father with the smithing. My father also had a big bookshelf with a lot of books. I loved reading them. I was pretty happy at those times. But then one day..." he stops talking, looks at the ground. "That day..." he stutters. "That one day everything changed." he raises his head looks at the old hag again. "My father was carrying some of his handmade swords to another town to see if he can sell them because we needed money. While he was traveling some bandits stopped his ox cart. They stole his goods and murdered him." his eyes got tearful. "After that day i was left with my mother. She began selling some vegetables from our garden for money but it wasn't enough. We had to sell some of our belongings as well as my fathers books. I knew i had to do something. I started forging like my father did. Several years later my mother died of an illness." he gets up and turns his back to the old hag. "If you'll excuse me..." he leaves the tent for a bit but eventually comes back. "My father always wanted me to become a brave person and a great knight. And i wanted to honour my family so i left home to become a great knight and learn from other people."
