    How do you avoid powergaming in roleplay?: Metagaming is when you're told out of character something is happening but you never learned this in character.
    Let's say you were told by your friend that you were being hunted down by the army so your friend goes over to help you but had no idea this was happening in roleplay, that would be metagaming.
    How does metagaming disrupt fair roleplay?: Powergaming is overpowered or unrealistic character ability, like a fairy would not be able to knock you off the face of the earth with one blow, or maybe not at all since the fairy is small and weak compared to the human.

I've been trying to see if this city had lovely scenery so I can write it down.." He was putting with his fingers nervously, while starting to breathe a little bit heavy. "I didn't mean to cause trouble for you and your city of course!" He shook his head, smiling. "Now I shall be off to see what this city brings me! But things for the question and what to do!" He ran off, going to a random area he had no clue of.
