    How do you avoid powergaming in roleplay?: Metagaming is using information not readily available to your rp character and using it in an rp situation, such as an elf knowing of a dragon's weakness when in the rpg elves and dragons have never interacted.
    How does metagaming disrupt fair roleplay?: Powergaming is using gameplay that is overpowered, such as saying you have a really big sword that you can hold because you have so much muscle that you can lift a car, and then saying "I kill (name) with my sword" instead of "I swing at (name) with my sword"
