You’ve just arrived in a swampy, dim town. As you look around, your gaze is met with shacks and cabins. It smells of rotted wood and wet moss. You duck and step into a tattered tent, illuminated by a series of candles suspended in the air. At the back of the tent, an old hag raises her head, “What brings you to this dingy town? she begins, then pauses to study your face—”Ah, it’s you. I’ve been expecting you. Sit,” she gestures at a cushion, “Tell me your story.”
((How do you respond?))
Lola jumped back a bit upon hearing a voice as she expected that she would be alone. "Ah! Well, hello there miss! Did not expect anyone to be here! Did not expect that...I've kind of just been. Looking. For a purpose...I have been underground for most of my life, specifically inside of a mine. Family was in there to hide from many dangers, but now that they are...Gone. The Mines had collapsed, and I was the only one that got out before all exits were blocked! They might still be alive...Somehow, but for now they're gone...I hope they found a way out." The young adult had sat down on the cushion too, shifting around slightly as if she was uncomfortable, which was true. The old cushion was quite caved in, so it felt like she was being sucked into it!
