A) I think you may be a little confused on what a halfling is. A halfling is essentially a Hobbit from The Lord of the Rings/The Hobbit. Your race would be either high elf or wood elf, depending on which side you would want to take. 

B) Your biography is good, but you are missing the required AT LEAST ONE lore reference. You can find the lore on the Wiki!

C) You are missing part of the power-gaming definition. You can find that on the Wiki!
