    How do you avoid powergaming in roleplay?: Meta gaming is when a player uses outside sources and applies them to an in-game character when that would be unrealistic. An example would be if I needed to pass a level in a game and looked up a walkthrough when I was not supposed to, therefore disregarding the character’s position for my own gain.
    How does metagaming disrupt fair roleplay?: When the player gives themselves unrealistic amounts of power or influence in a game to benefit their own goals, with disregard to other factors such as storytelling. Such as when someone writes their origins to be from a wealthy family or to be a genius with all the knowledge of the world.
